Holter!! I am surprised you would ask that!!! Of course it matters!! Just because Globetel changed it's name to Sanswire, doesn't mean all the baggage goes away!! Everything comes along with the new name and all the bad debts and IRS liens and still on-going investigation from the SEC is all relevant today!!! [:
