Absolutely - tried that but comments kept coming. The name of the board is: 'DD Support Board and Fraud Research Team'.
RE: but such is life.. I have had my say here. Thanks.
Bye..
but such is life.. I have had my say here. Thanks.
I think the suit against posters for libel is a loser. He can not prove they knew they were wrong. I also think iHub could work better if content control was given to an independent organization. Because of this control, iHub is not just "the phone company" carrying messages. I have been banned from boards, not for any TOU violation, but just because my questions irritated. You can see how that is true. LOL
I think there is a vunerability iHub faces in Federal law. My first post here described it for comment and ideas.
There is no Encore Energy Systems (ENCS) to do business, merge, or sign its name to anything. Before getting too excited about anything here, look first to the SOS in Nevada to re-create ENCS. It died and was buried. The stock is just script of a defunct company.
I was in the position of defending myself from anon posters who felt free to say whatever to tout a stock. Because of my relationship with a company, I was fair game - old PDGT board.
I am not interested in the validity of his specific complaint. I am interested in a better iHub. Rules are unequally enforced across boards. It is necessary to see "what goes" on each board. Rules can be unequally applied depending on whether the post supports or weakens the positions of mods or groups. Stocks are touted and CEOs slammed with innuendo. We all know this to be true.
I think the rules, and who applies them, are ready to evolve.
This lawsuit may be part of the solution.
You said you were MOD. Deleted posts show and can be read and copied. They were once public access. Is there some rule about PM them?
Since I'm a mod on both, I was able to read the posts.
Great! I would certainly like to read what he said. I read his complaint, and it sounded like he did not know the rules - like many newbies. But, then again, there are tricks to responding. I would like to see if he was just responding in what an uninitiated would see as "in kind."
Since you are MOD - you can go back and see and copy the removed posts. If possible, could you PM them to me?
The guy is pissed at the things that were said about him. You would be too. According to the position taken here, he can not defend himself. A poster can always say "prove it" and then deny any statement made - flat Earth defense. Somebody feel it fair that posters be protected from answering for their claims and statements? IHub protects the poster and also claims no responsibility for any consequences - like investors losing.
The privacy act may apply, but 240.10b-5 and related also apply. The elements are here and apply to IHub. And they Should. Find the hole IHub can hide behind.
IHub may respond in making the TOU applied by an independent company with an appeal process. Could result in a better board. We certainly know of the abuses and tricks now.
JMO and hope, people.
That is true and he is wrong. But, lets not forget his case was just filed. There will be challenges. He may also revise and extend his case. Remember, he needs to collect from iHub.
RE:Eade is also accusing IHub of having paid us
It can easily be shown that this element is not the case with Ihub. Control over content is exercised. Witness the deletions and restores on some topics.
Update: All five are now restored. Green apple-pie being served.

ZENG is derelict and generating no value. No doubt there.
The PPS is declining. Who will win and who will lose?
Those holding the stock will lose or find a new bagholder to take his place. That's just the way it is with most pennys.
The play moved past here a year and a half ago.
The ZENG story still remains the same day after day:
1. The CEO abandoned Zenergy a year ago.
2. Zenergy projected $12 million revenue and $0 produced.
3. Zenergy is and has been bankrupt.
4. Zenergy facility is derelict, power off, toxic chemicals strewn
5. IR has quit for non-payment and inability to reach company.
6. Corporate offices are a mail drop – nothing more.
7. PPS pumped in Oct, dumped in Nov, now in new pump phase.
8. Fraudulent stock sale disclosed in filings.
9. Founders looted the company in its cradle
Pictures available on request.
one whom released they should correct it.
Whom would that be be to orrect what?

RE: per their website under Services
Yes, as a basher dealing with massive pump squads, I play close to the edge. But, personally attacking someone is just wrong and I try not to get that caught up. It's a weakness to get reduced to personal attacks.
So, yes it sticks - like being jailed for something you really didn't do. But that's why we make the big bucks - (just a weak joke). LOL
I consider RESTORES a coup. Got 4 of 5 on JUNP today. Here's the one I lost -
"Thin air? Agreed this is thin hot air posted today.."
This was a personal attack. Oh, well you lose some!
Covering. $36,894 at .0172 and $4,284 at .028. You think the .0172 buy was covering a higher short sell?
77 million shares traded out of 520 million total tradeable shares. That's 15% of all shares traded just today. A lot of buyers and sellers. Some want in and some want out.
Strong close. Average trade .0195. Up 2.6%
6,835,653 shares and $130,922.
That PR from BKPR today sure was a bust.
Like the last one - shareholders saw BKPR for what it is and sold accordingly. Another one along in two weeks?
Doesn't that mean somebody is dumping .0005 like trash?
Thin air? Agreed this is thin hot air posted today..
Maybe we won't. It's been the "mission" all along and yet I see nothing happening here either. In all this time and borrowed money - not even one acquired? Guess it sounds good in the mission statement. LOL
Can you supply a list of those acquired companies?
RE:The Company’s initial business strategy focuses on acquiring companies
Also when they moved from .0011 to .0005, they were $29 million in debt. This company can not perform its mission without more borrowed capital.
I thought this stock was NOT about the fundamentals but the quick play?
Fully reporting? What is the share structure -the float? The TA is gagged. JUNP is $29 million in debt and are making loans convertable to undetermined number of future shares. That's what NIR is suing about. JUNP made a contractual stipulation not to do this. It damages prior loan positions.
This company is in big trouble and not good as an investment.
I'm almost... heard that before. It makes no difference to me, but where's the trade for BKPR? Waiting for the real cheapies next Tuesday?
You think this is going lower for the long weekend? Might look for more cheapies then.
Pickins might be very good after that fluff non PR today.
Got a link to NIR bankruptcy? I did not see anything but NIR having a tight grip on JUNP. If NIR is having trouble, wouldn't they dump the 1 billion shares quickly.
I saw where NIR had never lost a case like the one it has with JUNP. JUNP has played out all its challenges and it looks to being going to jury trial next month. JUNP is some $29 million in debt now. I thought it only the convertable loans it was making that was keeping it alive.
Please send the NIR link. Thanks.
I called the company again trying to get share structure and word on how the company views the lawsuit. I had called last Wednesday and was told they would be in on Friday. Guess what - the only person who can answer IR questions will not be in until Monday. Monday is a holiday -we'll see.
Just have to keep trying.
Don't you think NIR would want to dump those 1 billion shares BEFORE the lawsuit settles for another $7.46 million?
The rich get richer in the JUNP game.
Yes NIR can sell their JUNP shares - all 1 billion of them and it should be expected they will sell to recoup their loan to JUNP. Since they got them for .00014, they have a lot of room to dump. And they should not stop when they have recouvered their loan money, but get all they can.
Yes we agree on that.
It does not hurt to warn of the problem. BKPR stock is not about the fundamentals. The company is not increasing stock value, traders are. The result is, money does not come from the company increasing the value of holding its stock - it comes from other stockholders - the losers.
Seen this way, BKPR is a casino. Fine. But the pretense of a PR, the company is doing anything but drawing off a huge house cut - I think is worthy of pointing out. Might as well be honest about this stock. Yes?
PR? A piece of mumbo jumbo fluff. Any business mentioned? Any revenue? Anything but forward looking diversion? It should be a strong warning to all - this is not the place for your dollars.
Expectations were dashed. Many trying to make the best of it. GLTYA Your faith in the company has not been rewarded.
THERE'S GOING TO BE A PR TODAY. Hope you are right. Looking forward to new acquisitions and brave "new capabilities that will be outlined and harmonized throughout the new year."
Outstanding shares:
33,500,000 5/1/2009
59,700,000 2/17/2011
Float:
4,850,000 5/1/2009
Let's see that's 26,878,420 new shares. Question is, how many are now tradeable and how many are restricted for a year? The total float last reported was 4,850,000 and 10.2 million shares traded in the last 5 days. Looks like the float has increased considerably.
Consider all the After Hours T-trades below bid lately:
655,000 2/17
837,561 2/15
926,500 2/14
867,677 2/3
That's 3.3 million shares in a negotiated block sale. That would be 70% of total tradeable shares - not likely.
The TA is gagged. The Company has not filed share structure.
mick, we have been althrough that mistaken article which mis-identifies ENCS as partly owned by Mitsubishi. This was discussed here last week? Is the article re-posted as correct and should be used to guide investors?
