Robert.. Mining is quite new for me and am hoping you could help me to understand assay work. Considering the amount of core samples taken and I assume at a variety of locations, how will the assay work be conducted? Are there multiple assays by location? Is there multiple assays per sample? I assume there will be varying results, how is it determined amount of gold per ton considering all the samples and locations? If you have a tutorial that will provide answers and education, please direct me to that work.

Looks like UNDR served the lawsuit. This is getting very interesting IMO.

gumzsa From the court docket it shows that the case has moved forward. The court is serving through a public notice which means UNDR could get a ruling real soon. Speculation driving things now, without any eyes on it, yet. UNDR wins this and look out above, IMO.

The lawsuit they have has moved forward in the last couple weeks. It is a 10 Million$ lawsuit and has interest that will push it over 20 Million. This will be a game changer for UNDR and the reason for speculation IMO.

If UNDR wins this lawsuit....... HUGE

From what I can gather, The Court has served Madero with direct correspondence and also by publishing in the paper. it looks like he has to respond within 60 days, so it can happen at any time before. It looks like COVID slowed things down but this action re-starts things and it will hopefully move quickly now. Depending on how he answers, we should have a decision by the courts in the next 60 days. IMO..
