IMO & forward looking statement!
In the future I see that we going to be sick of reading IMO & forward looking statement.
IMO & forward looking statement. LOL
what does that mean for the permit holder of the key west area. If this proven will they pull that permit.
just checking to see if it is worth investing, without to many drama's. You know how the treasure business is. To make a buck or not that is the question. P.S maybe if I had of asked questions before it may have saved me some doe. Know what I mean jelly bean
I really don't need to contact anyone. I'm sure B W is experienced at what he does but like he said it is like looking for a needle in a haystack. But why do it for 20% when you can do it for more?
ok now this is insane or getting to the truth of the matter! They are looking for a wreck, they don't know where it is, but it's some where in the area that they are aloud to look. Sound familiar!!! For 20%!! now he is going after this when there is Jamacia from what I have herd is for a larger payoff if they find that one
very very very deep deep water out there
And what about the other fella that has been diving and salvaging that wreck I'm sure he has got alot off it too. Maybe it's nearing its end thats why he has given it to someone else. Any thoughts?
yes I understand that, but anything more than 3 miles offshore isn't that in international waters?
I dont understand why some company who is already giving the government 50% would turn around and give half of their 50% to someone else when there is supposed shitload of treasure on there, divers are a lot cheaper than that please explain
diving in america is just as dangerous or anywhere for that matter. weather is seasonal, their weather should be shifting to the south and they will be in the lee for most of the summer so no worries there except for hurricanes
so does that mean if they give the government 50% and the other company 25% that only leaves them with 25%
the weather down there to day is fifteen foot seas. how do you even expect them to get in the water let alone get out of the water. they wont be able to see any thing and they would be holding on to the ocean floor for dear life because the swells arent just on the top of the water they also go to the bottom at 25ft, they would be rolling around like bowling balls
hey WT it was just a shoal reef very spread out with reef coming up 6 to 7 in one spot but just flat no cigar
sounds like your a relitive of eds who led you astray on stocks. hang on to them you will be fine
yea thats who it was
it just goes to show you can't believe every thing that is posted here. MY name is steve and I just think i caused an up roar
that guy was negitive all the way thats way he is no longer working for DPBM
not really he is what you call over enthustastic. he has a love of what he does. and thats not what I said. I said investors can scream and they have a right to but not former employees
the football field size ballast pile was a tad smaller than that but large just the same and it was on a side scan, and looked great, but when dove on it was a bunch of rocks not ballast, he was excited but it turned out to be just rocks, cant blame him for that.
well thats fine but I love to punt on the horses and the stock
capted I agree with you. but I think wilf was going on what infomation he had at the time. He found it didnt work out he had hoped and should have put a pr out but that is up to him
does that mean your a chauvinst. I am sorry to hear that does that mean your gay. I have my finger in a number of stocks. some are a gamble some I hope are not. But sometimes I would rather put my money on the nose of a horse that I think is going to win but that takes research you have to see who the trainer is who the jockey is how far are they running did the horse just come off a spell or is it close to its last race for the season, it all takes research and then it is still a gamble and I am gambling on DPBM not alot of money but it is just for fun after all, and I think I am a winner here. but this race isnt 50 seconds long.
thanks wormjmc but i happen to be a girl with positive views
PS how would you like to be a bear stearns investor right now when it was 60 bucks a share and now it is 2.00 bucks. investing is a gamble and it is just that
thanks i will, you are very entertaining but you know the crew is trying its best to do their job for the company and they are doing a good job. this company is about finding treasure and you cant do that without good crew. wilfs job on the other hand is to keep the company going which I think is hard enough when things aren,t happening as fast as he would like.
I'm sure the company needed some constructive critisim, but let the investors scream not disgruntled employee's but hang on aren't you doing the same thing on mexp another former employer
yes this board is very quiet at the moment. goldenboards is something to look at. waterboy 2 days left! WT good luck. and when i say go deep blue crew, crew is the word for the workers on the boat. crew diving next week good luck, you will find cool stuff
yes the stock is buggered at the moment but there is still hope. even as low as it is, can it recover by just going up some with the boat and most of the crew in the DR? you bet it can we ain't dead yet giddy up
you get what you give GO DEEP BLUE CREW
good on ya rusty maybe you can be his first mate
haven't they always. check the boat out do you think that it bacame that way from sitting on there buts. who wouldnt want to be diving all day and know that on this dive it could be the big one. you won't be able to keep them out of the water. they did so much diving in crap last summer this is a piece of cake.
annoying tracy with this is not going to hurt dpbm, wont even slow them down. they are working their area and only good can come from bringing up more treasure and artifacts. just remember everything written on here is public and may come back to bite him in the butt one day and if that don't do it karma will. GO DEEP BLUE CREW PS not much longer waterboy
If tracey bowden owes you money why are trying to get wilf to get it for you. if you are owed money why are you trying to get it now after many months or over a year of it apparently being owed to you. I'm sure tracey is a reasonable man so why dont you talk to him yourself or is it just because dpbm is there and you are trying to throw another wrench in the works. If you put as much effort into writing your 1000 or more posts into starting your own salvage company you would probably have your own treasure group right now, and you wouldnt give a flip about dpbm. everybody owes money some where and has to collect it sometime but letting everyone know on an investor board is not the way to go about it. The boat is in the DR right now and they will be working their but off, there is heaps more to find not only on the scipion but in that whole permitted area. GO DEEP BLUE CREW
so I dont post very much. But I expect to be able to ask a couple of legitimite questions that I am sure everybody wants to know what the answers are, with out getting threatened. GEEZ
yes nice chart photo but as you can see no reef off ballast key and you havent made it large enough to show satan shoal which is way south so everyone can see just exactly how far it is away from the island. GO DEEP BLUE CREW
Ok I have a question. How do you know that for sure? Were you on the boat that day? Have you ever dove satan shoal? Do you know the exact dimensions of the permitted area? What makes you think there is a big ass reef just a couple of feet off Balast Key? I thought you said you dove that area extensively and if you had you know that there is grooves rocks sand mud junk all over the place and no reef just off the beach. GO DEEP BLUE CREW
Billy wasnt it capted the one that found the spanish silver coin at woman keys? Thats what somebody said. It must have came from some wreck nearby?
WreckTom On a shrimpboat your outriggers tie into the mast.bow.the ladder on the stern it creates stability, when at anchor a displacement hull tends to roll, with the stabilizers(flopper stoppers) deployed it keeps you from chasing your dinner plate up and down the galley table not to mention peace of mind. Rolling around day after day makes for unrest amongst the crew. The outriggers also can be used to lift heavy objects. I have used my riggers to tie my skiff off this keeps the stern open and also keeps the tow line out of the wheel. Its something to watch large seas pass by only to lift the boat up and down and not even a slight hint of a roll. Of course when running you lose a knot or two but well worth it.
LB
I can think of many more reasons to leave the outriggers on.
But i respect your opinion.
I would say the boat in the picture probally holds 15000 gal.
of fuel. It costs $2.80 a gal where i purchase fuel at.
If the boat works out of the dominican republic they would be much better off if they bought fuel in Barbados($1.40) or if possible venezeula(.14c)
It would be half the distance to one of these countries than it would be coming back to the US.
The genset on my boat uses an average 35 gal. a day.
If the genset was your largest source of consumption of fuel the boat could easily stay on site approx. 8 to 10 months.

Wreck Tom I own a 72ft desco shrimpboat (fiberglass) I have always thought what a great treasure and salvage vessel my boat would make. I think the shrimpboat idea is perfect. The amount of fuel it can carry would enable you to stay on site for months. However i disagree about the outriggers. If you have ever been on a shrimpboat without stablizers you would know what i mean!
Excellent choice for a salvage boat
