I would say the boat in the picture probally holds 15000 gal.
of fuel. It costs $2.80 a gal where i purchase fuel at.
If the boat works out of the dominican republic they would be much better off if they bought fuel in Barbados($1.40) or if possible venezeula(.14c)
It would be half the distance to one of these countries than it would be coming back to the US.
The genset on my boat uses an average 35 gal. a day.
If the genset was your largest source of consumption of fuel the boat could easily stay on site approx. 8 to 10 months.
