Here is an interesting video on the rise of Samsung and other Korean chip companies.
Was hoping for some mention of NLST, but none.
Samsung
'the long wait' and there lies the rub. If we are talking about around two more years after all appeals as suggested in CC then our money will be sitting here, most likely in the red, not earning anything. I've been in NLST almost two years and that how it has been, in the red, expect for a brief taste of green. At 73, months do matter. This is why I kind of wish that NLST was on the NASDQA . The we could buy a long LEAP call and use rest of money to buy a good dividend stock to make some money while we wait "the long wait."
On well, at least the shares I bought yesterday are in the green.🤑
Does anyone expect any surprise on earnings?
Loses have been increasing on past earnings.
Along with a pps drop afterwards.
Guess I have to buy some more shares down here.
But do I wait until after earnings release???????
Just hate to keep going into the red!
Guess I will go watch my SOFI.
It is making me very happy today.🤑

As we wait for the earning call next week, I wondered how does NLST actually make some "earnings?"
So I began to look through what companies actually sell NLST products.

It is a crowded world out there of components.
It was an interesting endeavor while I drink my morning coffee.

Apr 24, 2023: NETLIST WINS $303 MILLION IN PATENT INFRINGEMENT TRIAL AGAINST SAMSUNG
Isn't there a definite time limit on a judgement rewards?
Does the judge wait until the company goes BK.
Sure feels like it as I begin my second year still in the Red.
I know this is a stupid question to ask since it been asked many times before: But does anyone have any idea of how long we have to wait for punitive damages award? I am 73, so time is important. I even asked AI:
I could not find any specific information about the time frame for punitive damages to be issued by the judge in this case of Netlist vs Samsung. However, based on the available sources, I can tell you the following:
The jury trial lasted six days, from April 19 to April 24, 202312.
The jury verdict was read by Chief Judge Rodney Gilstrap on April 24, 202312.
The jury found that Samsung willfully infringed all five Netlist patents, which may trigger punitive damages123.
The jury awarded $303 million in compensatory damages to Netlist, covering infringement by Samsung through March 202312.
Netlist may also seek an injunction to prevent Samsung from further infringing its patents3.
Samsung may appeal the verdict and challenge the damages award4.
Therefore, it is possible that the judge may issue punitive damages in the near future, unless the parties reach a settlement or an appeal is filed. However, this is only my speculation based on the limited information I have. If you want to know more about the case, you can click on the links below or ask me another question. 😊

I have been with TDA probably since the DOT COM days. Have four accounts with them. I have all four linked together on one screen. Easy to jump back and forth via clicking tab. Sure would hate to lose that feature. Also have accounts with Etrade, Webull, MooMoo, SOFI, and Public. Webull and MooMoo are good but you can't linked accounts that I can see. Don't care much for Etrade.
Well, I bought a 100 more at 3.10. For now, I can at least say to my wife that I do have some NLST shares in the Green.
Well, for all of today's pps excitement, my last buy was at 3.64 some 10 days ago and I am still in the red!
To think that after almost two years, I was finally in the green on Monday, felt good bought some more on the dip at 4.48, as in the past dips
And now I sit in the red at -18%
This lawyer game kind of reminds me of a stock I owned many years ago that won a lawsuit but the appeal was dragged out so long that the company went BK as it waited for it settlement money.
NLST is playing against not one but three big boys who have plenty of cash to drag this out until NSLT could possibly go broke.
Will NLST ever get paid???
I sure hope so. Got lots of money tied up here.
I can tell you that here in Jacksonville there are plenty of areas for a shrimp farm. We have a closed Navy base that the city has converted to a enterprise zone. An Amazon has a big warehouse a mile away.
We have several empty old Kmart building which Amazon converted one to a distribution point. Very nice place I must say.
We have an very big empty Mall which as plenty of space with a closed JC Penny at one end and a closed Sears at the other.
Plus these sits are all situated close to I-95 and I-10 for easy access.
Plus we have all those crazy New Yorkers moving down here who would love to have fresh shrimp!!!
Great News today.
I live in North Florida: Jacksonville, so I am excited to be able to drive to a nearby NSI plant and see shrimp in process as well as my investment growing.
My only question is that we have a shrimp boat industry here in N FL. There is Mayport live Shrimp. So, I am anxious to see where in N FL their plant will be.
You are not alone BBD. I imagine there are quite a few who are in the same situation. I have been here for 3 1/2 and sold some. But not enough to cover what I am losing now. I don't expect anytime soon that the old FUSZ investor will see green on those shares. The pps would have to be about 15 times higher.
This is not to say that VERB can't be a great company one day in the future but that day is a long way away.
There will be no big dip on Q3 unless the revenue is a BIG disappointment. Rory guarantees at least 3.9 million.
So, the worst you will see is maybe some short trying to take it down on a few trades, but not enough to do any damage.
VERB is where it was three years ago and it had NO revenue back then. Albeit, VERB is now Sound Concept which had produced revenue for years.
The only VERB "truism" here is that almost every VERB shareholder is underwater and probably most have a very long ways to go to get back to breakeven so they can breath again!
I am going to be curious to see an updated list of the Institutional Holders for the 9/30/2019 date. All these guys have been underwater since almost day one!
Well, took a small position today.
Been watching since .39.
Kept trying to get some on a low bid.
It kept passing me by.
So today, I jumped in.
Hope it doesn't sell off tomorrow since it is a Friday!!!
One reason why I like NGTF is because I actually have seen the product on the ice cream bin shelves. So hopefully that means people may be buying it. Plus the good news that is happening.

I agree, it is. Rory fit all the characteristics of a great founder. The only x he has against him is his age. According to the speaker in the discussion, most great founders were young when they started their companies and had youthfulness and vigor to stay the course. Now I am not saying Rory is old, I am 69 and heck look at Trump, Biden and Bernie, they are even older! But does Rory have the time horizon to carry VERB forward?
However, I sure hope he does and he can do it sooner rather than later because I am not sure about my time horizon anymore.

Investing in Founder-Led Companies
I listen to a financial guy talk about this subject matter yesterday and VERB came to mind.
Is this Rory??
"… there are certain structural advantages that founders may have … The social capital and moral authority that comes from being the founder and having built many of the company’s key products means that on balance people trust you more and give you the benefit of the doubt more when you make tough calls ... Everything is easier with social capital.”
- Mark Zuckerberg, Founder/CEO of Facebook
We believe that people matter. A lot. ?
We want to invest alongside people who have a track record of success, have significant “skin in the game”, and have incentives closely aligned with our own (as shareholders).
Founders Are Different
The person who gave birth to a company is often best equipped to nurture, lead, and inspire the people who comprise the company. Founder CEOs are more likely to have the will and the power to make tough decisions that go against conventional wisdom. This can lead to bolder product innovations, more inspired team-members, happier customers, and even better capital allocation decisions.
Some Good, Some Not
Research shows that founder-led public firms have historically invested more in capital expenditures and generated more patents. They have also generated better long-term stock returns historically.*
However, not all founders are created equally. Some are past their prime. Some don't have "skin in the game". Some run unprofitable businesses.
Skin & Soul
It is not just skin in the game that matters. Soul in the game matters too. Founder-CEOs are more likely to have it. They are often driven by a longer-term vision and sense of legacy. When a CEO has skin and soul in the game, we trust that their interests are better aligned with ours as shareholders.
Values
Investing in founder-led public companies also aligns with our personal values. We want to invest in businesses that are innovating - that are creating new and better technologies and services that make all of our lives longer, safer, easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable.
This is exactly what Apple did many years agos. It practically gave their pc and tablets away to the school systems. Get the kids hooked and they will stand in lines for hours in front of an Apple store!!!!
That is what it all comes down to in the final analysis; Revenue.and subscribers.
We will see come May 15.
I can no longer find NotifiCRM on the NETSUITE app list.
Is it still listed?
Are we still being sold by Oracle????
Yes, NASDAQ tomorrow
Just be aware that almost everyone can now Buy/Sell in pre/post market hours.
Lots of trickery goes on during these hours!
But now, VERB is Marginable
Just be careful if you Buy on margins
Options will soon follow.
Let the news start flowing.
Good luck to all who rode this roller coaster to the end.
Ugly isn't the word for it!
Down down everyday.
Look like it is going to work it way back to where it started 2019 off
down below .10 as people bail out.
Typical OTC stock.
Either way, for now SHMP is just another OTC stock that its one time run up for the year. Now, those who bought higher can only sit, wait and dream of getting green again!
Looks like some can't wait as the sell off continues.
Back into the 20's!!!
Hope they say something soon.
My SHMP shares are starting to rotten in my account.
Red is not my favorite color!
Last trade was 13.11
but doesn't show up yet on streamer
Hmmm... seems like someone wanted to give them more shares below $15
If it is a scam, then it is a scam I have been invested in for 2 1/2 years and doing very well in, Thank you very much!
$20 coming today!
Guess someone didn't like the news and sold 1,100 shares at 16 in premarket????
Still trying to figure out how to sell OTC in premarket.
How many days is the road show?
Maybe Mar 1 uplist!!!!
Game is rigged when WE can't can't sell Pre Market!!!!
The Gap from yesterday was filled.
Should go back up.
I guess this is a reminder that this is an OTC stock!!!
Sell on the news..any news!
Looks like great News today!
PPS should be a popping today!

AMAZON. To think that Amazon would buyout SHMP and then they could sell fresh shrimp on line and deliver it to your house: Fresh or Frozen.
Let hope they can drive this up to $45 or higher. Would be nice to see some institutional buyers to start stepping up.
Well, if it is going to $10, is there a chance that it can make it way up to a big board like the NASDAQ. It should would be nice to have it marginable. Or is a buyout the way to go?
Too think that I had two OTC stocks make it to NASDAQ in same year would be great.
I believe you are right. Just been precondition in the OTC market.
Hard to believe that I bought in just at the right time down at below .05
Wow.. .77
Just hope this is real, not some flash in the pan OTC company.
How are people able to buy premarket on OTC?
But it is nice to see it at .72!
