Hey Resectorman...
As I posted on the Yahoo Message Board, this is basically non-news...other than that it will hopefully mark increased visibility and set the stage for some additional news to come.
As always,
We shall see.
J-R... I'm hoping to buy some of these cheapies....but am pretty well locked up in other positions.
I think the Seneca license thing will work out favorably, but we shall see.
Regards,
Randy
Well said Brent, I mean BillyJack....While we can't see the future or often don't understand the events of history (let alone our own lives), we can trust that history's God.
When we go through the figurative "fiery furnace" and "deep waters" we find out How Firm a Foundation we actually have. It is that perspective that enables us to give thanks in all circumstances.
Be strong and faithful.
Well Folks,
IN addition to having a fairly robust looking website, it also seems to be garnering some attention. After hardly trading for the last month or two, we've seen some buyers show up today.
Not huge volume...but all purchases took place at the ask.
We shall see. It would be nice to see them catch up on filing and maybe put out an shareholder/investor update.
Later.
Randy
Pure Play Music Website...
showing signs of life and activity....and I must say quite impressively so.
Watching. I would love to know more about the share structure...and what the plans are.
I'm still holding a fair position...would love to see it back at breaking even.
RK
Greetings... Things are rumored to be heating up. As always, time will tell.
RK
I think this explains something about the "spending freeze" you're worried about:
The Spender-in-Chief's Fiscal Freeze Follies
By Michelle Malkin
January 27, 2010
There are more loopholes in President Obama's proposed "spending freeze" than in an Olympic volleyball net. Gargantuan government entitlements (Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid) are exempt. A half-trillion in unspent stimulus money is exempt. Foreign aid is exempt. The Democrats' proposed $154 billion jobs bill (Stimulus II) is exempt.
Pet federal education programs will be exempt (including $4 billion for the White House "Race to the Top" standards initiative and an additional $1.35 billion he just requested in the 2011 budget). Green jobs spending will be exempt. (Obama proposed $10 billion in new clean energy spending earlier this month.) Electorally driven tax-credit expansions will be exempt. The health care takeover plan is not included. As even The New York Times reported, the "estimated $250 billion in savings over 10 years would be less than 3 percent of the roughly $9 trillion in additional deficits the government is expected to accumulate over that time."
Which amounts to a molecule in a drop of the ocean of red ink in which American taxpayers have been drowning.
The current Spender-in-Chief unveiled details of this lofty new work of political fiction on Monday with more fanfare than a new "Twilight" title. It was supposed to be the centerpiece of the State of the Union address. But by Tuesday morning, Obama's illusion of fiscal discipline had been shredded left, right and center. By Tuesday afternoon, irritated White House spokesman Robert Gibbs was already downplaying the gimmickry. It's just something Obama will "mention," Gibbs bristled.
After campaign videos of Obama repeatedly deriding "hatchet"-wielding spending freezes spread like Kudzu across the Internet, official White House blogger Jared Bernstein tried to control the widespread hypocrisy charges:
"During the campaign, you may recall that John McCain touted option 1 -- the hatchet approach of an across-the-board freeze.
"The President was critical of that approach then, and we would be critical of it now. It's not what we're proposing. To the contrary, the entire theory of the President's proposed freeze is to dial up the stuff that will support job growth and innovation while dialing down the stuff that doesn't. Under our plan, some discretionary spending will go up; some will go down. That's a big difference from a hatchet. ...
"President Obama deeply understands the various imperatives of this moment in time, even if they don't always point in the same direction."
So, he had a hatchet on Monday when he wanted headlines praising his return to austerity in the wake of the GOP's Massachusetts Senate victory; a scalpel on Tuesday when he needed to mollify the big-government left. What will he wield at the State of the Union address on Wednesday night? A variable-speed Dremel rotary tool?
Some conservative Beltway analysts are cheering Obama's fiscal freeze follies as a step in the right direction, a rhetorical victory and a "good start." Pardon me for not joining in the standing ovation for the latest performance of White House kabuki theater. Praising the president for carrying on the charade of budget reform because a few piddling cuts are real is like complimenting the Naked Emperor's fingernails: So he didn't have any clothes. At least his cuticles were real. It's a start!
I don't know if it's been publicly released yet, but Mirador Consulting has signed on with DNRR. I've dealt with Mirador for long time, but from what dealings I've had I have to say I'm impressed.
They don't just promote stocks for a quick buck...they take on longer term relationships which requires their clients to be substantial and successful in order for them to succeed.
I'm thinking of becoming the moderator on this board... I'm presently invested...not heavily...but substantially.
I've sat on the bid trying to buy shares the last while and haven't caught too many. That doesn't mean there won't be sellers down the road, but it does mean there aren't many at current levels.
When you say hoping for a pull back... would that be to buy more, or did you mean some upward movement?
Not much action on this board since November.
I've had a couple contacts with the company and they seem pretty excited about some upcoming events.
I think the most important news we have to watch for is the 30 million dollar line of credit. If we hear anything defintive about it I think we see and increase in volume and interest and likely some increase in share value.
Which Rams were those?
That was pretty funny. It made me LOL. I
News today!!! $700K order to Chinese R and D Company.
Sounds good.
Hopefully, more to come.
Re: New Corporate Update 1/5/10
I think the next PR we'll be hearing will be that htey've filed their 15c211 (which means they've become fully reporting) and will commence trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.
If they increase the number of eyes on this little company I think we will see the share price move North. To back up my conviction, I've picked up an additional 10K this afternoon.
Here was my posting of the recent update:
New Corporate Update 1/5/10
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/FormCap-Co...
Highlights....
1. FORMCAP CORP (FRMC.PK) is an emerging junior in the oil and gas sector. We have recently acquired strategically positioned acreage located in the Permian Basin, a prolific area that has produced over 35 billion barrels of oil and 100 trillion cubic feet of gas, and is host to over 20 percent of all domestic oil and gas produced in the US.
2. FormCap holds 100% Working Interest (80% Net Revenue Interest) in the 4,900 acre Weber City Prospect located in Curry County, New Mexico. These leases have been assigned and are duly recorded with initial 5 year terms.
3. The Company has completed its registration to conduct business in the State of New Mexico and is in the process of establishing itself as Operator. The Company plans to drill an initial 7,000 foot well to test four potentially productive hydrocarbon zones; the San Andres, Clearfork, Wolfcamp and Cisco formations.
4. Approximately 100 wells (based on 40 acre spacing) could be drilled on the Prospect. It is estimated that these leases could contain over 220 million barrels of oil in a successful case.
5. Finally, the Company is making its 15c-211 filing for listing on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
Hey Quality Stocks.... I especially appreciated the last sentence of the recent PR:
"In conclusion, the company told investors that it is making its 15c-211 filing for listing on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB)."
Who knows for sure, but the uplisting could though relatively minor, will probably put some additional eyes on the stock. And as this one seems pretty tightly held, we could easy see a little pop.
I've made a few posts over on the Yahoo Message Board... maybe I'll paste them over here for discussion sake.
Randy
That was a funny comment. Made me LOL.
Pretty cool video.... and thanks for the opportunity to waste a few minutes of my time.
I think the "more power" you're looking for might be illustrated in this video.....
hydroplaning.... flying RC boats. Pretty wild. It reminded me a little of Monk's flying car.
http://www.bofunk.com/video/3420/rc_hydroplane.html
LOL... that was very funny. Still. LOL.
I suppose there's always mystery when investing in a company like this. ... but the stock has been trading pretty seriously upward since the New Year.
It would be nice to hear something.
I don't know if you can watch Level 2 but earlier this AM there must have been an All or None attempt to buy at the ask.... cause the ask went from .42 to .47 and then .48 and then a little while later there was a transaction for 50K shares at the offer at .48.
It remains interesting.
No problem...one item I'd be interested in hearing more about is your comment about the "Big Promotion" planned for later this month... mentioned in your earlier post.
Regards.
Historically, I've been a big fan and proponant of DRGZ. I've made and lost money on the stock.
As I see it... the pros and cons are these:
PROS....
1. Pretty exciting industry. Infomercial companies can succeed and prosper.
2. Medico Express is a new and potentially profitable direction with recurring revenue. But we need cash to make the engine run.
3. Since restructuring business model has been turning modest profit.
4. Supposedly, Spin-fryer product, consumer and commercial versionS, have some great potential....let alone the Riddex Plus and Proceed.
CONS...
1. Undocumented increase in outstanding shares.... was 1.1 million... to 5.4 million... to 12.8 million at date of last 10Q. If I'm not mistaken Mirador ended their relationship with the company because these shares were issued without 8-K notice. ON that huge volume period when share prices went up to $1.25...lost of shares were being sold.
2. Press release issued with last 10Q was that they were having trouble with creditors. They have debt owed... mostly for infomercials...I think I read Media Com or something like that...and they were not able to come to agreement.
3. Price per share has plummeted since that release. In my estimation...MediaCom or whoever would have to realize that DRGZ is worth more alive than dead. If company survives they have hope of repayment...if the go into bankruptcy they will get nothing.
As bell345 has been faithful to point out the company's balance sheet is not healthy... Would financing help? Certainly...but until we hear something... I think DRG is pretty well between a proverbial rock and a hard place.
Supposedly, the company was close to lining up financing but so far has not closed the deal. If it comes together...I think it will come with additional board members and perhaps even management changes. We shall see.
I-Man....I think there's a lot of truth in what you've said.
Thanks for the reminder.
Thanks Blockman.... It was really quite interesting to watch keep up on the contest. Although I have to say, I agree with Brent...that it is a lot of work.
Maybe we will have to put together another contest sometime.
Regards,
Randy

I've not heard a word. I think teh biggest question in my mind and likely others is whether or not the company will survive without doing some sort of toxic funding.
If company comes out with positive funding news or viable Medico Express news....we could probably see some fairly serious share appreciation....but as always.... everything pivots on the "IF."
This company was a darling in my eyes for quite a while...but right now I'm mostly on the sidelines.
Later.
I was reading the 10Q a while back it mentioned their hope that the funding for Catskills/Seneca Nation Casino Project would close before the end of the year.
I'm thinking that if it happens, we should see a pretty substantial bump in the stock price. It would also fit with the recent private placement of $2 Million shares @ .50 each.
We shall see.
Fred....finally a bit of action with ESNR...I wonder if this is connnected to the viabilty of the Z-nose to stop bomb attacks like the one that didn't explode on Christmas Day.
Have you heard anything?
I actually read most the Bankruptcy Reorganization Plan. It says that the company has a "Merger Candidate" and that common share holders will be reversed 200:1. Various debt holders will receive different ratios of shares for each dollar of debt or financing.
So... at .0025....the post reverse price would be valued at 50 cents each.
Not so good...but if "Merger Candidate" is sound and eventually profitable today's share price could be comparatively low.
Might be best to wait till more information is released...but at least there seems to be some signs of progress being made.
From the Freecourtdockets website the last date any creditors can file claims is 1/21/10...so my guess is that we won't hear anything publicly until then.
You can't access the actual court documents without fee, but you can see which documents have been filed...
http://www.freecourtdockets.com/Dockets/Enucleus-Inc-3-09-bk-45368-Washington-Western-Bankruptcy-Court-Docket-Page-2-76547-91891.htm
As more information becomes available, I will post it here.
Regards.
Wasn't my intent to insult you....it just seemed to make sense. As for being a mentor...I make waaaay to many stupid mistakes to qualify for that.
My motto seems to be win big lose big. I guess a fair amount of these things are the cost of education. To put a series of winners in a row....that's all it would take.
Later.

If you think about the "big sells" and you were selling 1/2 your position.
Did you ever think that maybe some others were doing the exact same thing you were doing??????

Howdy,
I just replied to your post on the 10 Bagger Board. I've spoken with management and they said the approval they're seeking is preferred but not essential for the project to go forward at the Catskills.
I don't know the two ways indian tribes have for building casinos but one is Land Trust and the other is a bit different. The one makes property indian land and the other one grants them sovereignty on acquired property that they once owned. I'm not sure which is which. But I am clear that the project is moving forward.
I've pretty well posted here and on Yahoo Message Board what I know.

I'm not real familiar with the geography in the NW. I remember reading that comment on their website. It'd been a while since I read it, but was just back on there today. See Highlighted paragraphs below:

Any thoughts ?
I will grant that with Google's resources defending oneself against them will be pretty tough.

Hey Raw,
Are you serious or was that sarcasm?
I could probably do some research and figure it out myself...
but could someone explain what the DL600 is? My guess is that it is the land allocation survey...but it's just a guess.

Randy
