Flipping burgers at McDonalds is not rocket science either but obviously a very successful concept for a publicly traded company. How about used french fry grease for your diesel engine !
jock
You can look at the share structure 2 ways. 580 Million A/S with a lower O/S, or maxed out A/S of 580 Million. Either way, 580 Million is a low number.

Unlike some, I do not come on here and tell the CEO of a company what he should and should not do. It seems to me if all the posters who know exactly how Beebe should run the company were worth their posts, they would indeed themselves be the CEO of their own company and would have no time to post on the board with all their knowledge and such. How funny is that ? " I know what and how it should be done, but, I just can't do it myself !" That being said, take all of the FACTS of running a public traded company and have at it yourself. I am sure much success awaits a few naysayers who seem to have all the knowledge.
Happy Birthday Ken. Fresh out of the gates and comes out swinging.
jock
"shareholders pay/paid for what you see in opp right now. again read that 504 is all in there. the refinery he acquired in exchange for stock."
Of course shareholders paid for what you see in Opp right now. Isn't that the whole reason this is a publicly traded company ? I would assume when I buy shares of a company my money would be used to grow the company. Are you implying shareholders money should never be used by a CEO to grow a company ?
Yes, laugh hard but not last. Beebe is looking to acquire two additional biofuel "plants" but has no financing to speak of. Regarding the bond. If chances looked favorable of a recession I would be so inclined to look at alternative ways myself. As far as the last update, the bond was still available ?
jock
I would assume no revenue from biofuel plant at this time because the plant is not completed ? I believe that will all change if biofuel production begins during the first quarter as estimated for completion is during this time per PR's. It would appear that time is drawing near. Feedstock in place, chemicals secured, plant assembly ongoing, distributor lined up, contract for export. I expect news the plant is in operation soon. IMO
BTW, I am NOT a Day Spa kinda guy myself. LMAO
jock
Revenues around the corned should take care of that. No worries here.
jock
"beebe had a vision, but not much of a plan and i'm talking detailed and precised plan here. to build a $40mil, 60mil gall/year biodisel plant without having any financing available at the time and without very basic knowledges as of what do you need for it to run (see his 1ton/day feedstock statement) ... that sounds more like a dream or desire or wish. hard to find someone to finance your dreams, with no questions asked."
( So you are saying Beebe had no financing ? I specifically remember a bond sitting out there. Due to the market conditions, it would seem he did not wish to utilize the bond although it was still available. ( Is this the no financing you speak of ? )
Since there was no financing, how in the world is the plant currently in Opp Alabama near completion, and Beebe has pubically stated he is looking to acquire more plans ? )
jock
I fail to see what this post has to do with PHGI? Care to enlighten me ?
jock
" the unfortunate thing is that beebe could not find accredited investors to sell the stock to and have them hold instead of dumping right away. there are many accredited investors out there that hunt for startup companies, after all that's the investors dream, get in at the ground floor and enjoy the ride, get out at 3rd, 5th, 20th floor"
( With all do respect, please tell me your knowledge or lack there of in regards to Beebe and any dealings he has or has not had as related with accredited investors since your statement seems to imply great knowledge of inside information.)
. "however, to have those guys involved you need a very detailed and precise business plan which beebe has never had one put together. delays, cancelations, changes in plan every other day, those don't attract serious investors but scares them away."
( Can you please give me details of your knowledge that Beebe/PHGI never had a business plan although you further state that non existent plan had delays, cancellations and changes in plan every other day. These could not be possible if there indeed was not a plan from the start as you stated in the same sentence? I would also like to see an example of a company who has never strayed from a business plan and who has become successful as a result. )
TIA,
jock
"Because when the company prints fresh paper and sells it as fast as it can over the last 15 months"
So you are saying the company (hedgefunds) have to print shares now ? I thought they just created them out of thin air ? What company are you employed with ?
jock
No, I do not know if he did or didn't. Perhaps someone else did ? It wasn't that much money. I still can not understand why this is trading like billions of shares are out. Any idea why this is ?
jock
"why didn't he buy the whole a/s when this was trading in the 3x0s, or even now while trading 2x0s"
How do you know that he didn't buy the whole A/S ? lmao
jock
Of course it is always the company EE. All those scamy CEO's with dilution machines. ( What about the other side)

We know that the AS is 580,000,000. Is that a high number compared to most pinks ? Not at all. There are pinks with AS in the billions with higher PPS who do not generate income. Hopefully, revenues are right around the corner. That being said, we know if the AS was maxed out 580 Million is still a low number.
jock
I agree. Here is a quote by Alberts in the announcement:
Adds Alberts, "I welcome the opportunity to bring Clemson University, Planet Earth Engineering and Perihelion Global together to continue our research initiatives such as bio-fuel research. Corporate partnerships are key to Clemson University's continued climb to become a Top 20 university. Clemson and its corporate partners understand what it takes to be a top research university and what Clemson's success will mean for students and for society."

jock
I am not much worried about the share count at this time considering the CEO reduced the AS from 30 BILLION to 580 MILLION. This does not demonstrate the works of a dilution machine as some posters seem to imply. Quite the opposite. Did you conveniently forget this information ?
jock
"do you not think that it is important to the stock price of a company if there are 950 million fully diluted common shares outstanding versus 155 million shares?"
I think at this point it is only important to the crew who wish to hide their activities of shorting the company in coordinated efforts by a few hedgies. Now, would it not be funny if the outstanding still sits at the 155 million even though the authorized moved to 580million ? Now, if this were the case (hypothetically speaking of course), how would you explain the 100+ million traded in a single day ?
My point being, with all the suspicious trading days we have had taking down the PPS very rapidly, I think it better to be able to see just what the heck is happening here rather than hand the shorters over figures on a silver platter and give blessings to short the company to oblivion. As it stands right now, no one knows those figures but the CEO and the bashing crew seem to be WAY more concerned about the numbers at this time and certainly in the past than the actual investors in PHGI. Care to explain why ?

I'm going to be very blunt. What I have to say has been said before, but, in my opinion must be reiterated. There have been miscalculations made by PHGI, but who is perfect. In my opinion, what is happening in the financial world behind the scene is sinister and alarmingly, forebodingly ominous. It is clear that there is a massive discrepancy with existing shares and shares that have been actually traded. There is concrete evidence that proves this by people that have painstakingly saved frames of trades that have actually taken place and what is later reflected in " reports" of trades by brokers,MM's and the DTC. There is also evidence that these players recruit low level people to frontrun (what they would call "research") a company such as PHGI. Many such listed Pinks have been targeted by this "crew", some posting on this very board. There is also evidence that these cats have been paid by MM's/brokers with prepaid credit cards in order to conceal the relationship between these low level players and the more powerful hedgefunds/MM's/brokers. Those low level players beware: Your "employer" will hang you out to dry when the rubber hits the road. The "prepaid" payment arrangement is to protect them and not you. Those low level players may be cocky enough to think this will never happen, but my prediction is that it will, maybe not tomorrow, this year or next, but it will. The evidence is there, just a matter of time before all is brought to light and finally enforced.

" I still believe however that lamar lindsey and robert boothe of Opp had sincere intentions but were mere pawns of John h. beebe and continue as such while he continues to milk investors for all that they are willing to gamble. When will Lamar and robert open their eyes, say enough is enough and offer to the folks of Opp an apology for their failure and allowing John beebe to make such a mockery of all? Dog"
All this opinion from just posting on a message board ? Strange, those two names always seem to be mentioned by you ? You appear to feel sorry for these two people, defending them in some way. Do you know these two people personally ? What contact have you had with the above mentioned names ? What information have you obtained from Boothe or Lindsay ? What reason would you have to feel sorry for them or defend them ? Have you ever received any privy company information from either person of whom you feel sorry for ?
Please tell me about these sincere intentions those two had that you are in the opinion of ? What intentions ?

What securities law would that be shorts ? Is that what you call a verifiable source ?
jock
Imagine that. Here comes the "attack any poster who has it figured out" crew member, will the others arrive soon ? I prefer to not get in pi$$ing contests. You can deny the NSS till you are blue in the face, but, Cox doesn't deny it, just refuses to do anything about it. NSS is so rampant the market would collapse if the cat was let out of the bag. I can see it now:
" Guess what market investors, you have been getting screwed since the creation of the DTC. To those companies driven into BK, oh well ! "
jock
Illegal huh ? Can you back that up with any verifiable source ? Curious at how you came to that conclusion.
