( With all do respect, please tell me your knowledge or lack there of in regards to Beebe and any dealings he has or has not had as related with accredited investors since your statement seems to imply great knowledge of inside information.)

( Can you please give me details of your knowledge that Beebe/PHGI never had a business plan although you further state that non existent plan had delays, cancellations and changes in plan every other day. These could not be possible if there indeed was not a plan from the start as you stated in the same sentence? I would also like to see an example of a company who has never strayed from a business plan and who has become successful as a result. )
