( So you are saying Beebe had no financing ? I specifically remember a bond sitting out there. Due to the market conditions, it would seem he did not wish to utilize the bond although it was still available. ( Is this the no financing you speak of ? )
Since there was no financing, how in the world is the plant currently in Opp Alabama near completion, and Beebe has pubically stated he is looking to acquire more plans ? )
