Having been a Spooz moderator, along with a sense of credability that I feel you have, I assume that I can get some straight answers to some basic questions from you.
I, at last recollection, had 2,985,000 Spooz shares in my Scottrade account however, presently there is an international lock on buying or selling this stock. The presence of this stock is no longer reflected in my Scottrade account. The Spooz principals have not been in touch with the share holders for years and have disappeared off of the radar screen. Hundreds of share holders have lost thousands of dollars. Yet there is still I-Hub posting regarding Spooz.
My questions to you and Boca Bobby as well as you other posters who are still giving artificial life support to Spooz with your posts on this dead horse are:
Is there something that I am missing? Is there any possibility of marketing my 2,985,000 shares let alone the millions that the rest of us own?
Has anyone heard from the Spooz officers?
Has there been anything positive during the past couple of years that warrants any further discussion regarding Spooz?
I, like the rest of us have taken a very pitiful hit, It was hard to get over the denial that I was feeling. However, it's been a couple of years now and I have finally gotten over it and moved on. It looks like some of you posters are still in denial and would be better off moving on also.

According to a phone call this morning to the Chicago Scottrade office Ben told me that they were still processing "Sell Trades", however, "Buy Trades" were being halted indefinitely.

I too am having trouble with Scottrade. I inquired by phone at 8:45 CST at the Chicago office and found out that only sell orders are being accepted and buy orders are indefinetly halted.
Any suggestions on switching to a user friendly brokerage house?

Thanks for DD on potential "buy back" possibilities.
"Traderfan", where are you getting your information that would cause you to state the "buy back" arrangement as I stated was illegal?
MRKCO
"Traderfan"
Sorry, it was just a thought since the possibility was brought up before. I didn't know it was illegal. Excuse the post everybody.

If I am correct, I think Mediation is a step in the legal process that is imposed on litigants in order try and relieve the over burdened court system. Just because the court imposes Mediation on both parties doesn't neccessarily lend credence to the strength of one's case.
In answer to "Why would Spooz allow this if they had such an iron-clad case?" I don't think forced Mediation is going to weaken Spooz's iron-clad case.
"MC" Maybe you could shed some light on Mediation.

I thought of the same scenario which is a practicle business move especially if anticipating a sizeable revenue coming around the corner. It seems an obvious plan considering the statement by Paul that the possibility of a share buy back was eminent. The suggestion of a share buy back was made before and quickly laughed at by one of the naysayers with a negative response "buy back with what, Spooz doesn't have any money". I don't think Paul would make a statement eluding to a stock buy back if he wasn't expecting a revenue source. And "Boca" I agree with you that the announcement of "brokerage deals" is going to be PR'd after a sizeable buy back, which is going to be announced in QTR 3. Only the naysayer who can't vision the brokerage revenues can't see the possibility of a stock buy back. It is easy to see why the news of revenues would be held in confidence until a stock buy back is accomplished. IMO

As quoted from the most recent hand out:
"Spooz is currently deploying Spooz Toolz with a select group of Chicago based brokers and proprietary trading firms. As of this writing, millions of trades have been placed through the system without a single error, proving the platform software is solid and stable."
"Several broker distribution and trading firm sales are in progress, each requiring unique product configurations and different levels of customer support. FINALIZATION OF THESE SALES IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN IN JULY OF 2008." This aforementioned statement would imply that we are only weeks and not months from completing these sales transactions.

Thank you for your efforts. You did an amazing job. I don't have any more that I could add to your report.
I was glad to have met all of you who attended the meeting. It's always interesting to attach faces to ailiases.
The most important piece of information that I felt was important, was the fact that we are weeks away from generating revenues from a few brokerages. I don't think there is anyone on this board who can emphatically state how long it takes for a brokerage to convert to using Spooz Toolz. The conversion seems to me would easily take five months or longer, depending on how large the brokerage house was. SpoozToolzV2 has only been available for less than 6 months. In that period of time they had to hire personell, develop potential buyers, begin to interact with the brokerages and not to mention the time it took to get 141 Capital's office set up. Give me a break! It's obvious to me that many of the "short fuses" on this board have never started a company.
If you go to Spooz's headquarters and meet the human beings that are dilligently working to advance Spooz's mission you would come away with a more sensible attitude. Tom Opper, John Unwin, Jim Hensel, Darryl Dennis, Catherine Rains and Paul Strickland Jr. are genuinely, the real deal. Their have been bumps in the road however, with news that revenues are only weeks away, from a few brokerage houses, might I suggest that we give them a little slack and let them do their job, for the good of the company.

I also concur while not directly quoting Paul, that he did say there would be no R/S and that there would be a share buy back. "Change Director", You have nothing positive to say about anything related to Spooz which obviously suggests that you have an adverse agenda. If posters like you and Rock are so bent to help save the lambs that have invested in this stock, why didn't either one of you show up at the SHM? The fact that you attempt to deny a statement, made at a meeting that you didn't have the backbone to attend, affords a lack of credability on your part. IMO
Needless to say I also attended this year's SHM and the reason I haven't posted my thoughts as of yet is most of the information has already been put forth and covered well by the attendees. I will add to anything that I have to say after "It Guy" finalizes his report.
It was great to meet all the share holders that did attend. I was looking forward to meeting more of you. Maybe next year, when some of you can fly in on your charter planes. LOL
MRKCO
"Cent"
That's the second time someone has referred to the SHM is being on the 11th. The SHM is on the 12th of June at 4:00 PM Central Daylight Time.
MRKCO
"ITGuy" Please add this to your questions.
Correct me if I am wrong. Going back to the deal that was alledged to have been brokered by the Kauderer Group, the principal investor in "141 Capital" was to invest 3 million of which 1.5 million was to be paid to Spooz for the licensing of "SWARM". My question is, is the deal with this investor still intact? Has the 3 million been paid to "141 Capital" and is there 1.5 million available to cover the "SWARM" licensing fee?
Hope to see you Spoozers at the SHM.
Boca, I was looking forward to seeing you at the meeting. Sorry to hear you're not going to be able to make it. I'm barely going to make it myself. Parkinsons and chest pains are my poison.

I agree with you regarding great posts here. Also I am having a daily vocabulary education reading this board besides learning about trading. "IW", I had to look up Sophistry! LOL.
Remind me to bring my dictionary, should we meet at the shareholders meeting. LOL!
MRKCO
"Allie" now you're thinking
How about a little more gyration and come up with a hook phrase.LOL
MRKCO
"songbirdia" good hook phrase.
Keep them coming.
MRKCO
"mtncabin" excellent hook phrase.
Don't stop now, keep them comming.
MRKCO
"songbirdia" A little more concise and attention getting.
Kind of following the speed theme with the race car only more dramatic in the allusion of speed. For example.
"Traders, using SpoozToolz trading technology, speed from conception thru execution at 90 THOUSAND BITS PER SECOND".
"While the world traders are bogged down in data transmission, missing investment opportunities, Spooz surges ahead at warp speed providing greater windows of opportunity."
While there are many facets of SpoozToolzV2 to accentuate, it seems to me that none are able to be dramatized as is the speed of data transmission. A good hook captures the prospect's attention to get him or her to the wordy part.
The second paragraph is a little long however the first is under 20 words.

"Traderfan" please take the positive approach...
I agree with you that classic "puffing" is redundent, useless and a waste of time in captivating a prospect's attention long enough to generate enough interest to solidify a sale. What I am suggesting is that assuming that STv2 is truly disruptive technology, then somewhere out there, lies a divinitive language that expresses the "truely unique" capabilities of STv2 in a concise manner that, at least, makes a prospect "trader" want to see the demo.
There are a lot of intelligent minds on this IHub board and maybe if enough people put their heads together we can come up with some creative input.
MRKCO
"songbirdia", "MC" that's the spirit, you read my mind.
Fine tune your post and come up with an opening, attention getting hook that would not only compel but demand a potential "trader customer's" attention to want to hear "the rest of the story" and by-george, I think you have a submission!
MRKCO
"Birdito" "some identified, highly probable partners"
would sound more comforting if and when these alleged partners stick their heads up and acknowlege their association with Spooz in some fat and juicy PRs.
Do to the complexity of what STv2 is all about as "Mtncabn" and others have stated, I think it would behoove Spooz marketing to come up with a highly demonstrative, concise, energizing, hook, in 20 key words or less explaining the enormous advantage STv2 has over every trading technology available in today's market place. Why is STv2 the ultimate answer to the trader's dream! How about a creative think tank of board members submitting some ideas to submit to MC and ultimately Daryl.
Just a thought!

"mtncabin"
Very nicely stated, sound and conservative.
