Thank you for your efforts. You did an amazing job. I don't have any more that I could add to your report.

I was glad to have met all of you who attended the meeting. It's always interesting to attach faces to ailiases.

The most important piece of information that I felt was important, was the fact that we are weeks away from generating revenues from a few brokerages. I don't think there is anyone on this board who can emphatically state how long it takes for a brokerage to convert to using Spooz Toolz. The conversion seems to me would easily take five months or longer, depending on how large the brokerage house was. SpoozToolzV2 has only been available for less than 6 months. In that period of time they had to hire personell, develop potential buyers, begin to interact with the brokerages and not to mention the time it took to get 141 Capital's office set up. Give me a break! It's obvious to me that many of the "short fuses" on this board have never started a company.

If you go to Spooz's headquarters and meet the human beings that are dilligently working to advance Spooz's mission you would come away with a more sensible attitude. Tom Opper, John Unwin, Jim Hensel, Darryl Dennis, Catherine Rains and Paul Strickland Jr. are genuinely, the real deal. Their have been bumps in the road however, with news that revenues are only weeks away, from a few brokerage houses, might I suggest that we give them a little slack and let them do their job, for the good of the company.
