I agree, it is not a contract, a non-binding agreement.but is a step towards using the APP process. would you rather there was no LOI? flag trading recently released their hash coin through Sproutly's licence which means some revenue will be coming.Toronto herbal remidies (a Sproutly subsidiary) will soon be producing gummies and such. as for when the sproutly/kci beverages will be ready the NR stated first quarter of 22, although considering the success of past time lines I would not be terribly surprised to see that slip. In any case it is enough to keep me in the game and maybe increase my share holdings. P.S. and of course I'm still have hope of Moosehead finally getting in the game.

sure cannot blame anyone for being upset at the very slow progress Sproutly has made. but things are starting to look up. kingston cannabis being the latest good news. been invested for 2+ years and have been very frustrated but with the latest news over the past couple of months I am greatly encouraged and intent to continue to stay around as success is just around the corner. of course those who have lost all hope should just take their loss and move on to something else. but don't look back as the only thing worse than losing on a stock is selling that loser and watching it have wild success. GLTU all.

It can be a little frustating huh? I continue to hold as we should finally be getting products released this year, possibly as early as this month although I expect it will be August or september. with the taste,on-set and off-set advantage of APP products we should have a huge winner as our superior product is disseminated among the masses. so you can sell now or suffer for a while longer and receive a probable huge reward. I will hold!

All of the previous 4th quarter reports have been in the April-May time frame, so it seems we may have to wait a little longer.

don't you think that with a large cash position that the share price would go up a little and least at first? have not heard much from EMBI for quite a while,don't hold out much hope from them. however the grow operations EMHTF has left seem about ready to blossom. although I'm not sure they will be able to produce enough product. It will be interesting to see what happens as long as it isn't Avtar Dhillon sucking up all the money into his pocket!

borysek, I am not so patient but still hoping for the best.It is too bad that management poked the pooch so badly in the past but I expect things to get better in the next quarter or two. It has been on my mind for the last couple of weeks to buy a little more so maybe soon my average will get lowered a bit. :^)

Scout, I imagine all 6 reps have equal input and are equally responsible for the JV operational direction. although since they are located on Villages property village probably has more influence on day to day ops.
personally I think both companies are lucky they started the JV, but emerald is probably a little luckier.
I have a few shares of EMBI but not sure what to think of them as they don't seem to be doing much. I'd like it better if the Dhillons where not on the board of directors.I don't like them much. what do you think?

Scout, you are a little inaccurate also. The JV is not run by Village it is run three reps from Emerald and 3 from Village. I believe the percent of the ownership is down to about 41% which settled the debt they owed to the JV. so it shouldn't diminish any further.
It looks the me like they will start to pull out of their troubles in the next two or three quarters. Time of course will tell.

looks like arbitration will be completed in the second half of 2020.

my guess is that it will just be a so-so report and with it being tax season I fear it will lose even more share price. it will have to be a gang buster report for any decent appreciation! of course I wouldn't mind being wrong!:^)
