Scout, I imagine all 6 reps have equal input and are equally responsible for the JV operational direction. although since they are located on Villages property village probably has more influence on day to day ops.
personally I think both companies are lucky they started the JV, but emerald is probably a little luckier.
I have a few shares of EMBI but not sure what to think of them as they don't seem to be doing much. I'd like it better if the Dhillons where not on the board of directors.I don't like them much. what do you think?
