I Hope the news comes out on filing the NDA on their pre-loaded syringe before they issue more shares in another offering. Adamis has only 4 million dollars in cash left.
I agree, unfortunately I sold @ 1.30 before the runup...That being said, not all is lost as I got into TLON before its runup because I did not want to miss the boat on that one...I think DYNT has got a good future, no doubt about it..I just see more potential in the short term with TLON (only my opinion)...I will keep DYNT on my list once I raise more cash from TLON.
Good luck DYNT Longs!!
I bought the day they announced a 22% increase in third quarter profits last month @ 1.90 and saw this drop .60 since. I'm not a happy investor here short term but I am holding in anticipation that the earnings will continue to climb. I would be happy to see 2.50 if that is possible in the next 6 months or so.
Adam is a moron, He helped bring down NEOP 2 months ago briefly on no merit right before another moron(smart, because he profited but nevertheless, a misguided moron) heading a hedge fund company took it down even more...and now AF is trying again with TLON with no explaination for his predictions. I would expect him to try and bring this down after a huge runup from .97 to 2.50...You just have to be ahead of the shorts before they play us longs.Sell half at 2.00 and then buy back in at 1.25..IMO
Good luck longs.
How much less?
Panic is the only guess...and I guessed right today and loaded the boat @ .35 two minutes before the closing bell!!!
GREAT INFO!
Okay...while I'm not surprised, CYGT stock is still available for investors to buy on my Scottrade account( I tested a buy order and it would have executed!). This investment/symbol should be barred from every brokerage firm looking for sales!!
Looks like Cygnus has changed their name to Accesso. Are our shares still good here? I see that it had a small amount of activity here.
THE COMPANY HAS CHANGED THEIR NAME TO ACCESSO...ARE OUR SHARES STILL GOOD HERE?
What's with the 900% upward movement on 150 shares of volume? Is this resurrecting?
As long as there are more buyers than sellers.....exactly!!
I take that back....maybe selling for $50,000 is too little...gonna wait until sales flood in and the buyback is through.
Been holding shares for over a year: bought some at .003, and .004 last year and some recently at .0005 and I'm not selling until it breaks into pennyland....I don't need to make a quick $1,000 only to ruin the chance to make $50,000 !
This looks interesting....will this pop? Or will it go below a dollar? The low for the year is a dollar....I wonder if this is superior to Mexoro MXOM ? And if it is....it's a bargan!
You keep going Stockinsider.....and I'll just keep you in a special place in my heart once this hits .05!!!!
good for you Daytrader! I'm going for the long home run....considering that i have a pathetic pittance invested here,I can't lose much...maybe a dollar amount equal to to a weekend getaway...which a do anyway!
That is great news!! I don't know completely as to why this stock plummeted from $2.00 + but there seems to be some potential to make at least a buck/share in the 12 month range(IMO).
Thanks Sheepdog. I loaded up the boat today @ .02. Maybe we can break a dollar in a year!
Mining Strike Begins in Peru
By ICEM 30/6/08
Jul 1, 2008 - 9:24:49 AM
Despite President Alan Garca signing into law on 24 June a measure which gives new rights to contract workers, legislation remains stalled on raising the national threshold for profit-sharing plans and on improvements to pension schemes.
The union had twice previously “in May and again on 16 June“ postponed strike actions by its 28,000 members in hopes that the government would act on all three issues to avert a national mining strike. The indefinite strike began at midnight today by several of FNTMMSP's 70 branch unions, and is expected to spread over the next few days.
There is a total lack of political will by the government to solve the demands of miners,â said FNTMMSP Secretary-General Luis Castillo Carlos late last week. Many miners exist on starvation wages, they do not have access to health benefits, nor do they have the right to retirement benefits for their service work.
On 28 May, the National Assembly passed an outsourcing law that affects 85,000 contract workers in the mining sector. Garca had 30 days to sign it into law and did so three days before it was to expire. The law places stricter regulations on contract employers, including adherence to the nation's labour code. It also grants contract workers the right to grieve adverse work conditions to the primary employer, and sets up an agency to monitor such abuses. Employers with contract workers can now face first-time sanctions.
Today's strike is expected to hit Peru's copper, gold, silver, zinc, and iron ore production, as well as send prices upward on world markets for those commodities. The strike will also again close Grupo Mexico's Southern Copper mining and smelting operations in Peru's southern Moquegua province, and Canadian Freeport-McMoRan's Cerro Verde mine, also in the south.
Southern Copper was closed for ten days in mid-June as roads were blocked in a regional dispute with the central government over tax revenue sharing. That dispute saw mayors of several towns in the south embarking on hunger strikes in Lima. The Cerro Verde mine saw 900 miners walk out for 11 days on 10 June over working conditions. The two mines comprise 35% of Peru's copper output.
And Peru's largest national labour centre, the General Confederation of Peruvian Workers (CGTP), has called a strike of its member unions on 9 July over rising food and energy prices, as well as on the legislative inertia over the profit-sharing and pension issues.

I saw on the Yahoo Finance blog that there is a miner's strike in the whole country...which leads me to believe that this is what is driving the price down....any thoughts?
I hope we go up somewhere from here....still waiting this thing out! Good luck to you!
Poopy,
I appreciate your opinion and Amazingkarma's as well..this would be a dead board if only one opinion prevailed here...I like to way everybody's opinion before I make my ultimate decision on a move. That is the beauty of these boards, you get to see everyone's point of view here...only the fools take action on one point of view...I remain cautious but optimistic here. Flippers or longs.... I believe the more exposure to Spicy pickle stock...the better we all are going to be. Noone wants to be invested in a stock with low volume.
I remain humble and observant!!
Good luck to all!!
NAH, I say don't leave AMAZINGKARMA and I'll tell you why. You suggested that we should sell back last fall of 2007 (OCT or NOV) and collect the profits that were made when I invested before the big push to 2.02 per share. I waited a little too long but in the end after reading your no nonesense posts I took your advice and bailed at $1.35. Okay, I made 35% in two months at that point no big deal but....not too shabby either. So I say to you that I am grateful for your extensive DD....and I am able to distinguish between bashing and constructive criticism. Believe me...more of you should listen to him...it just makes sense...now is not the time for this potentially great company. I'm also going to wait to get back in at the right time. So there is my opinion and two cents worth....take it or leave it. Keep up the good DD amazingkarma...you are without question more than welcome here.
I agree, thanks for the advice!
I agree with you too....I should have sold for a 20% profit back in late august!!
Yeah, I feel your pain...this is a crock of s(*)^t. Any company with this amount of problems would have took the buyout offer. All these great clients and they can't make it happen. This stinks....and yes, they deserve to go to jail....the son's of bitches!
What ever happened to the 20 million dollar or so deal with being bought out by ticketmaster?
No doubt, this is a great buy now...at these prices.. However, I'd be happy just to get my initial investment back @ 1.88 per share!
Sounds like you received a blessing in diguise!
Where the ^%$$#&^&** is the gold? I wonder if they can find it without reporting it. POS stock.....This is very depressing!!
Stockwire is in it for themselves. I made a little money on the SPKL recommendation but that was after the fact that most of the insiders (only my opinion)bailed. So when I got excited about MXOM, I bought @ 1.88 following their "estimate" of 5.00-7.00 per share when the gold is found. Most, I suspect got in @ .60 to .75 before the second pump which I believe hit 1.90sh last November if I remember correctly. I learned my lesson....I should have realized that there was no support for a $1.88 range when I bought!! All I can do at this point is wait this out for the better part of 2008 before I sell. This ain't worth a crap unless they find the damn gold!
I'm not happy either...1.88 per share....fell for the crap!
Indeed, I would be overjoyed too to pick up some shares at .02 even with low volume! It makes sense to be patient with this company for now. Thanks for the input!
Good Luck CYGT Investors!
Yeah, I got back most of my holdings....(on paper at least). I decided not to get greedy with this stock...just a small profit a run....the volume scares the hell out of me....man, I hope I'm wrong and this shoots up to .20 on some great news!
Thanks OldPro. I suspect it will jump back sometime. This is one of my investments that I need to just sit on for a while, regardless of the lost.
I don't get it. Yesterday's price plummets to .01 on a lousy 4,000 share volume but when I bought 20,000 of this @ .06, the price goes nowhere! Is this a ploy by the MM to get everyone to sell their shares on the cheap or what? It doesn't make sense to me to sell at a 83% lost. I will hold on but damn, this is frustrating.
Yes, thank you!
Thanks for the post!
Got Your Message Scully....sorry I can't private message you. I hope this one doesn't tank...with gold going up it's hard to imagine it dropping much worse than .80. And it's puzzling that the weekend pump didn't push the price up a little bit more! I'm hoping at best this goes to 2.00 sometime in 2008. Perhaps Stockwire will bring this up again like they did today!
