I don't have a paid account anymore and cannot send PMs. Do whatever you want with the board.
Added xero90 as a mod.
Not really. Still alive, just moved onto other investments.
Yes, many times. A bunch of rumors of finally back to pre-war amount of $2 also. 50 cents is more realistic.

Buy some while you can!
And here we are still waiting, but it looks close!
Hey guys. Still alive. Have not logged in for like two years. lol
Got kind of disgusted with stock trading. More into precious metals and currency investment now. I think the USA is going to fail financially unless things change very quickly.
Read a good quote in a daily email this morning:
"Bulls get rich, and bears get rich, but pigs get slaughtered."
Oink oink! lol
Yeah, I've never tried the whole short thing. Hard enough to learn how to make money on them going up! lol Although, my personality would lean more towards betting on things failing. lmao
Got any questions with short answers? lol
Bouncing is due to people selling in larger volumes when they are happy with their profits and also mainly due to MM games. They manipulate the market with tricks like paintjobs where they sell a low dollar amount at a low price making less experenced people think "it's dropping, I better dump my shares while I can" - but it is merely a ploy to buy your shares cheap and to keep the boucing going and they make money on every bounce instead of just one rise. Sometimes trying to cover short sales is a big factor also, but I'm not real knowledgable on that topic. There's a website where you can see how much a stock is being shorted. Good info to know.
investopedia.com is good for terminology - they have a word a day email list that is cool
Just hold-tight bagholders. It will pop again. I'm cool with my 50% gain even if it holds here though.
Going to try to get all my money put in, out of this and going to let 500 thou ride long-term. Ka-ching!
FYI, we are having some issues here with Malwarebytes live protection interfering with MSE major updates. I had to disable it and then install MSE. The daily virus updates are fine - it was just a major update of the whole MSE program that caused an issue. I noticed everyday when I shut the PC off it was trying to install the same update over and over again.
Thanks for the heads-up. Glad to know also that TD is getting around it. Anyone have scoop on Etrade?
Yes, you can put whatever type of file you want on the card, but it will not be "transmitted". It will do any pic or video format pretty much. But my files are ".rec"
What are people's thought on this bizarre idea(lol).
I'm trying to network an SD card that is going to be plugged into a machine(not a computer) and I tried a wireless SD card but the bastards designed them to only copy picture files. I'm wondering if it would be possible to somehow use the USB port on the machine to go to a USB hub or something like that because if I can use a computer to rename the files for one minute to JPG, then they will copy over the network wirelessly, and then rename them back to the original extension.
Or any other ideas??
not cruel - realistic
People in Ethiopia don't even have food, and she is worried about stupid stuff. That's why those games are so evil with the way they force you to check in every so many hours.
Yeah, we lost power for a record 27 hours recently and my woman cried when it came back on. lol
Of course she is addicted to facebook games and her crops were withering. I thought it was great.
I knew two women that went to China for at least a year and they lived in one room apartments with no heat or electricity. One of them went back a second time! That's why I appreciate the simple things in life like a hot shower.
Yep, I enjoy technology, but could live without it easily. Give me a paid-off unabomber cabin with food and books and I'd be fine. lol
That's really scary. Entire companies will go out of business. Glad I am getting old. Life on this planet will not be fun anymore soon.
can't u just plug it in when needed for backups?
Did you try restore after you got it working? Seems like the peripheral is causing the issue. Clean the jack and plug with canned air and don't move the cable once it is working.
But only a $200 trade - small enough to be a paint job perhaps.
I usually do not even worry about that. Just hold the power button down till it shuts-off. My desktop at home eventually fixed itself!
Yes, I recently had the first serious accident of my life and when I realized I was about to be t-boned, I didn't panic and tense up, but rather decided to sit back and enjoy the ride. It worked because I got right out of the car without a scratch. Both airbags popped and all the glass in the right side gone. Tail end did a 90. Airbags actually did nothing because of the angles involved.
Good catch, Columbo. lol
$20K of dumping is not too bad...
But maybe not alot of peeps buying what's being offered.
Unless you have a large amount tied-up in this, I see no point in panic selling. Might as well ride it out and see if your "bag" turns into a bag of gold. It's the danger of these types of stocks. Accept it and hope for the best!
The best course of action is getting a totally new machine which we are doing. Was supposed to be here in April, but nooo... !!
If you spent the money and time to replace just the computer control, then you are still dealing with wear on the actual machine from the 70s. New one actually has a flash drive port.
What a concept!
No other way to interface to the machine because there is a custom wirewrapped card in the compaq that controls everything.
We are still using the compaq version of that on two winding machines!
Did you just call her old? lol
Wowza, are you part of Lulzsec too? Your knowledge is impressive.
I didn't know that - but it makes sense in a duh kinda way! Thanks.
If you actually logout when you leave the public area then they are cut-off, unless they changed your password! lol
If they steal your current session cookie then yes, they become you and can see anything in your account.
We should do stand-up together. lol
WIN7 fax issue: my coworker tries to send a fax like he always does and he gets an error saying the service is not started. When you manually start the fax service it starts and stops immediately. (may be normal)
All the prereq services are running: plugandplay, RPC, telephony, and print spooler.
Going to have him do a hard restart, but wondering if an update caused this.
Also, it is not just program related, because we had him manually try to send a fax also.
