I posted on here a while back and left this stock alone as the people from the company thought i was bashing...but the truth i was exposing not bashing.

This is another scam stock for those of you who don't know that yet.

Sorry, but the truth is never nice to hear.

Stickers on their front door made up by computer graphics.
If they are so real, they don't need to take a picture of a front door to make people believe they are real.

First let me clear this point - I am not an investor in DIAFF so I have nothing to gain but one thing...is to help other decent human being to be aware of those blood suckers - in english scammers.

I have said this before and my last post was a few month ago as I wanted those of you that had any doubt to correct me.

In short this is a scam stock. I am sorry if you invested when it was high and now it is low.....this is normal...this is what these scammers do. They real you in at the high sell their shares and dump the stock.

Please be aware that this company is under investigation by the sec.
I do not care what statments they write or B.S they try to make us believe other wise.

Here is the million $ proof.
When you call Target, Walmart, Sears, IBM, Apple, any of there companies....someone picks up the phone...at diaaf no one does.
and now that they have read this as well, they may hire someone just to do this just to make investors believe they are legit.

The commpany is registerd as doing films and now they are doing something else, please spare me the bs.
As I told you guys before, I am not in this stock, have nothing to gain but one thing is to make the sammers lose. period.

This type of scam is very common and easy to do.
Open a web page, put some pictures taken of the internet...have a web designer help do the page etc....
sucker in investors....pump the stock, take their money and dump it.

Wanna know something....I was suckerd into these types of stock and I lost over $50,000...that is not all....my family too. (but our love was stronger than money, so my wife forgave me.

To believe what I am saying look the SPNG message board.
The advertising, tv commercials, on the news, you name it they did it...read about them now...they have been arrested and released on bond pending trial.

In short, don't hate me...I am not here to bash his stock or make you feel like a stupid investor...I am just trying to help.

But also the good news is that the number of good helpful invesotrs are growing as well.
We will continue to find, catch and bring to justice fake stocks.
one day they will all be gone...the key to make this happen isto spread the word fast and to back it up with evidence.

Just so Olanda knows, if you are new to the stock market orhave not seen how those scammers work than I hope you don't learn the hard way as I did. Remember...no one loves you so much as you love your self, no one is going to tell you where the profit and the money is...they will lead you to their scam stock that they bought at a very very very low price and will take it up slowly to attract new people....then when they made the money they wanted to make...they will dump the stock faster than you can blink.

We all know now that DIAAF is a scam stock...they have been exposed.

If you only knew...FEB is supposeto be a huge month for ACTC.
If I had a million dollar I would invest it now in actc.
When you go back in time and read all the update and what the company has achieved so far, only a fool would not buy more shares in actc now.
some one is buying bulk shares, they know it is time.
I am sure a lot of people may have missed it...but someone (can't say his name) said FEB is going to be a good month.

Keep smiling...I will only sell my shares when the stock hits $25.00+ even if takes a few years.

I am sure most of you know that the SEC advises investors to be carful of scam stocks...well in my personal opinion this one is.
A lot of you do not agree...but the signs are all over their promotion that say:"IMMEDIATE BUY: DO NOT DELAY EVEN ONE DAY".

Also the best part that I like (not)...where they use the word..."could ".

They just want get you exited, get more people in so they can sell their shares, make money and move on.

Again, be careful investors...what seems to be too good to be true is usually is too good to be true.

By the way, ask them to send you pictures of all their office and letter head etc...taking a picture of a door with stickers on it...have see worse than that...soem scammers actually had their product dispalayed at walgreens on the shelf and showed a reciept.
Today the company is worth 0.0000 and the owners are in jail.
So be very very very careful.

let them prove to you they are real, since you are an investor and have share, they have to by law.

The key is to put these guy out of business.
But we need more people to join and help make innocent investors aware of what goes on here.
In my opinion probably 5% of the penny stocks are legit and the rest are just a scam.
Over 6 years period, I have yet to see a penny stock make it big....very very very rare. 99% of the time...they get pumped with false advertising....the scammers make money and they dump their share and they run to the next one.

Investors: even when things look very legit...still be ware....the scammers are finding new ways to make you believe that they are legit. I once invested $9000 in a stock as it appeared on TV, commercials, boxing rings, even pictures of the product at the local store....guess what...it was a scam and the stock is gone, but the good news is that FBI caught the scammers and they are in jail now.

When a strock is exposed that it is a scam, that is it.
It will never come back...plus should we really waste time arguing about a stock that is not even a penny. For the love of god wake up.
I have no reason to make you aware but just to help. You make your choice..I was in your shoes one day...but after 60K in loss I decided that my goal in life now is to help others.

I am serious and determined to put these scammers to bed.

The truth is when I got off the phone with this daniel guy, i thought ok...this sounds legit...but when I dug deeper I felt I must alert others that this stock is a scam.
Just so you know I took a $4500 loss here. I was screwed just like many others. Bought it over $0.10 cents.
So I am on you side.
I was exicted at first...but then when I tried to did deeper due to my exitement thinking I can buy more shars...I found out that the website does not work, their phone lines don't work...and after they dumped the stock...they are gone!
I hope this clears my intentions.

Fellow Investors - Quick heads up.
