As a test to see if anyone is even looking, I put a small sell in on the bid at market open. As you can see the volume is zero, so they won't even take my small trade (which was GTC.
Alpha Trade now = .02 X .94 Changes happening.
Heyo...You need to chill out, little man. A little humor while we are waiting for this thing to settle is appropriate since there is no positive and accurate info at present.
Uh Oh! Trouble! My Alpha Trade ask = $9499, down from $9500 of yesterday. Man! Should I sell???............
Cute. My Alpha Trade L2 shows bid=.05 ask=9500. Love that spread!!!
Obviously someone is slowly accumulating. Does this person or others know something that we do not... or is this simply anticipation for next month?? Regardless, I suppose, it is delightful to see the price at a level we haven't seen for some time. Dare I say it?? Gooooooooooooo...HSPO
HSPO has essentially doubled in the last week, yet there is little interest apparently. The past history has devitalized most of us. I guess. Is there something moving forward here??? Would be nice!!
Colorado5 - tech question.
"and yet my order was 17th in line when it got filled..."
I have a newbie question: Where do you go to find this info? Is this through your broker, or do you subscribe to a service...??
Thanks!!
My Concern:
My shares of CJGH were purchased in the mid .03's, low .02's, and high .01's. I have been quietly reading the posts for sometime and waiting. My concern is that the long delay in getting the numbers and the over attention to the general financial mess will cause a "ho-hum" reaction when the 2nd Qtr numbers are finally released.
I'm actually becoming worried that the news release will only receive a minor spike at best even if the numbers are excellent. Too long, too much talk, too much delay, results in low energy of enthusiasm for the stock. It may just be me reacting to the general downer the economy seems to be taking. Anyone else feel this way?
Good Points.
I'm sorry, this is most discouraging. A CEO takes over in March. If this was a company that was rockin' and rollin' with a bright, positive future, you don't resign in August.
If a look into the near future results in a desire to move on, this appears bleak. Few PRs have been coming out...expectations of good news, expansion etc. ....All seems to be moving south. Sorry for the gloom. But I believed they had (have) a good product and it simply had to be researched with innovative ideas pursued...and then manufactured, sold etc.
Pessimism says that those in the know saw this downturn approaching and quietly sold their shares...resulting in the slow descent of the price over the last 2-3 months.
Enough.
My Scottrade shows .51 x .75 with volume of 19,620shs. Also shows a net change of -.58. But it also shows a high of .17 and a low of .15. Therefore, none of these numbers have any relevance. Just have to wait until everything is set up.
Finally some good news:
HealthSport, Inc. (OTC BB:HSPO.OB - News) is pleased to announce that Walgreen Co. is the first national drug store chain to carry HealthSport's pediatric electrolyte strips. Walgreen's, with more than 6,000 retail stores across the country, is selling the product under its own private label and providing customers with a choice between two popular flavors: Grape and Orange. The pediatric electrolyte strips, developed and manufactured by InnoZen, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of HealthSport, Inc.) and distributed by Unico Holdings, Inc., will be available nationwide in the baby nutrition section of Walgreen's drug stores before September 1, 2008.
Very Interesting.
I agree that something seems to be moving forward. I have been buying a 1000 shs here and there whenever the price dropped into the .20 - .35 range. But quietly, someone has been buying as well. Today's announcement may be bigger than it appears or more is coming. They have a good product. It just needs to get out there before others eclipse the market. Still a buy!!
Please Help.
What is this 100% difference between the bid (.0005) and the ask (.001)????
JT: You are correct of course. I, too, was into SHRN and believed they had a good product. But it was too tightly controlled by its owner who refused to hire a competent CEO. SHRN had to go to Europe and the Middle East to seek out markets.
Here, however, there appears to be competency at the top. The entry into Japan is highly encouraging as well. But your concern that everything is too little too late to compete with the expanding market is well taken. For the present at least, I want to stay long and will remain so as long as the info we receive stays positive and frequent.
New CEO Kusher officially assumed his position on March 1st. Some slack needs to be cut for someone who just took over the helm 6 weeks ago. The web-conference was impressive and positive. This is simply a situation where time is needed to undo the poor directions of the past, energize the good directions, and activate new directions. The Gatorade debacle certainly put a crimp in apparent momentum, but are there products here with a potential future? And are there the personnel and resources to make it happen before even loyal shareholders begin to waiver??
Fixstrips are now at the HARD ROCK!!

This "company" is simply a shell, waiting to be snatched up by someone wanting to go public. But the deal must be favorable or it "ain't gonna happen." There are no operations so there is nothing to report until negotiations for the shell purchase begins. Apparently, thus far, no takers, therefore, nothing to report.
I agree that this is an opportunity. HSPO is building a foundation of distributors. Each time they approach another, they can point to the increasing number of other distributors and the upward trend. This can become a buyout candidate as well. They have a super product with all sorts of possibilities, an increasing revenue (although presently small), with an apparently aggressive sales staff. It's true that a positive Gatorade resolution would go a long way, but the last six months have shown nice results. I will continue to accumulate, especially at these lower prices.
More distributors and still the price plummets on low volume. What gives??
Another distributer: in Canada
HealthSport, Inc. (OTC BB:HSPO.OB - News) announces today that its thin-strip electrolyte replenishment sports product, Enlyten(tm) SportStrips(tm) (http://enlytenstrips.com), will be distributed throughout Canada by KineMedics (http://www.KineMedics.com), a company focused on providing progressive and effective healthy solutions for sports teams and individuals.
Dropping like a rock on relatively low volume. What's up???
All of Healthsport's products are interesting, but I am particularly delighted with Fixstrip. I am only a wine consumer but whenever I am especially tired I feel the effects of the wine the next morning. The Fixstrip definitely removes that sluggishness and "down" feeling rapidly. I honestly wasn't expecting such a profound result. Because I live in Las Vegas, the obvious thought is the bonanza to HSPO to have their Fixstrip in every hotel, casino, and club here. At the risk of appearing as a paid commercial, this is the real thing!!
The real question is: "After the reversal, will we finally have a bid?"
500K+ trading today. Owner creating his own salary by selling off some excess? Be nice if he used the shell to create a legitimate business.
Another Product!! This company deserves more attention than it is receiving. Perhaps, for the time being, that is good since it allows the accumulation of shares at a relatively low price.
HealthSport Announces USA Drug to Carry Fix Hangover Strips
Tuesday October 16, 10:02 am ET
AMHERST, N.Y, Oct. 16, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HealthSport, Inc. (OTC BB:HSPO.OB - News), a fully integrated developer, manufacturer and marketer of branded nutritional supplements in a one-of-a-kind edible film strip delivery system, announced today its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cooley Nutraceuticals, Inc., has reached an agreement with USA Drug (USAD) to become an authorized distributor of Fix(tm) Hangover Strips (http://www.fixstrips.com).
USA Drug plans on initially rolling out distribution of the Fix(tm) Hangover Strip in stores across Northeastern Oklahoma in early November, 2007.
``USA Drug is a perfect partner as an initial retailer for the Fix(tm) Hangover Strips due to the regional nature of their locations. In addition, the response from potential distributors and retailers has been amazing, and I expect steady sales to occur as we begin delivering product during the end of October,'' stated Clay Cooley, President of Cooley Nutraceuticals, Inc.
Originally formulated as a drink product, Fix(tm) Hangover Strips now offer the millions of Americans who enjoy their alcoholic beverage consumption a significantly faster and more efficient method of combating the inevitable hangover symptoms that follow (i.e. fatigue, headache, nausea and weakness). Edible Fix Strips deliver a blend of active ingredients through the soft tissue of the inner cheek and gum, a process known as Buccal Absorption, and do it naturally without adding sugar and carbs. The formulation, developed by Cooley Nutraceuticals, Inc. contains a proprietary blend of medically acknowledged products such as B-Vitamins, Vitamin C, Caffeine, and electrolytes to aid in combating the mild withdrawals that your body suffers due to overindulgence of a depressant drug (alcohol).
Stevo...I've had 2.4 million shs in a GTC order for a month. Nothing so far!!
Lebed Posting: I believe he sent out his first email last Sunday night and has been posting each day since then. This is definitely a viable product with some very interesting possibilities: vitamins, medicines, "Viagra types." The reason that Pfizer went to their gel caps for Viagra was to shorten the delivery time into the system. If their R&D people or HSPO can determine how to do it with their buccal system, that is a major market development!. Even if HSPO isn't involved and Pfizer does it alone, it boosters the concept of this type of delivery, and HSPO is there on the cutting edge with their own products. It would appear to supply significant positive momentum for them. Any thoughts?
