Turner Valley Oil & Gas, Inc. (OTC:TVOG) ("Turner" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen C. Helm as CEO and Chairman and the launch of the Company’s Merger & Acquisition Plans.

Over the past 24 years, Stephen has served as a commercial real estate executive materially involved in the areas of finance, development/acquisition and property management. Stephen is the CFO for New Regional Planning. As its CFO and throughout his career he funded in excess of $500 million of structured debt and portfolio permanent credit facilities from $500K to $20 million for all core property types.

Prior to his role as CFO, Stephen served as Regional Director for Imperial Capital Bank/Bancorp (NYSE). Prior to Imperial, Stephen was President of the family business, The Helm Companies. Stephen holds an MBA from the Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University and a BBA – Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Stock is very much alive… accumulating more!

This is a speculative LOTTO merger stock… MMG has owned it for years without anything being finalized - DD showed that as well as the latest merger attempt in NBDR was NEVER finalized. The recent announcement from MMG that a merger in NBDR and several other MMG stocks is in process is a good sign. But no one knows WHEN and IF. Could it be tomorrow? Yes. Could it be in a year? Yes… There is no reason to hype or pump this stock unless the motive is to get others in to make the PPS jump so you can cash out a profit. To anyone that is truly holding this for a possible multi hundred % gain in case of merger - then I advise you to buy all you want and just keep it tucked away under your pillow. There is no doubt NBDR is one of the better merger candidates out there with a nice SS.. But until done, it is still speculative.

I don't think that has anything to do with it, unfortunately. TMX* which was second last on the list already have a merger announced… it went from .0115 to .17!

TVOG nice action here… tells me something is coming! They didn't do all this work getting TVOG current to just let it sit around. Clean company with no debt and only 63M OS. With a deal or two coming in it could easily be worth 4-5 times current value!

I think we will see this start trending up slowly from here as new company is being built!

Seems to me Articles of Incorperation and Bylaws are just the first two filings - dated back from 1999 and therefore says netparts.com.

It's clear from the email with Stephen Helm that TVOG is here to stay as and oil and gas company! Looking for acquisitions….

A lot of loading today in this area... I have a feeling we will soon see .13-15 as loading area and gradually move up as shares are accumulated into strong hands... Not many shares out there! :)
