This is a speculative LOTTO merger stock… MMG has owned it for years without anything being finalized - DD showed that as well as the latest merger attempt in NBDR was NEVER finalized. The recent announcement from MMG that a merger in NBDR and several other MMG stocks is in process is a good sign. But no one knows WHEN and IF. Could it be tomorrow? Yes. Could it be in a year? Yes… There is no reason to hype or pump this stock unless the motive is to get others in to make the PPS jump so you can cash out a profit. To anyone that is truly holding this for a possible multi hundred % gain in case of merger - then I advise you to buy all you want and just keep it tucked away under your pillow. There is no doubt NBDR is one of the better merger candidates out there with a nice SS.. But until done, it is still speculative.
