A dismissal with prejudice is dismissal of a case on merits after adjudication. The plaintiff is barred from bringing an action on the same claim. Dismissal with prejudice is a final judgment and the case becomes res judicata on the claims that were or could have been brought in it.
A court has inherent power to dismiss an action with prejudice if it is vexatious, brought in bad faith, or when there has been a failure to prosecute it within a reasonable time. When a plaintiff who has commenced an action fails to comply with discovery devices, a court, which has issued the order of compliance, may sua sponte dismiss the case with prejudice.

In the green. FINAlly!!!
Sticky this post!
I won't speak for Cazual, but, If I were going to mine meaning from his nugget of wisdom, I think what he is implying that SVFC has so many life-changing partnerships right now that MIGHT produce revenue and profits, and, conversely, this stock's PPS should reflect the potential of the future. Right now, the PPS reflects the past, still depressed from IronRidge's despicable power grab. And, if you have time, read through the transcripts from the first trial. It reads like a comedy of errors--on IR's part.
And, work with me here, if the Wounded Vets are honoring the good Dr. for his mind mending, then a NIH study in conjunction with the VHA is not out of the question. Why? Because that would be politically expedient--and the right thing to do.
So very undervalued. I have taken a loan from my 457 plan. I am making a bet--and placing it on Intellicell and Dr. Andrews, the savior of football warriors. C'mon--it is DR. ANDREWS!!!!!!!!!! He's rich and knows a lot of RICH PEOPLE with deep pockets.

Happy Easter to all the Christians and Happy Sunday to all the rest.
I wish all of you peace and happiness.

A sentence adverbial is simply an adverb (modifies a verb telling when, where, how, or to what extent). In this case, the adverb begins the sentence and refers to the sentence's content.
As for the content, I think this means that the strategy is designed to increase immunity in order to fight cancer cells, but, it just doesn't always work or it cannot be replicated, but, strikingly, the strategy (using the patented stem cell procedure) helps increase Vitamin C, thus leading to dominant antioxidant power--that in turn increases immunity which helps destroy cancer cells.
This. Is. Huge!!!!!!!!!!!!!
See you guys at a penny tomorrow.
All in my humble opinion.
Strikingly, Responders (n=3) differed from nonresponders (n=8) in that plasma ascorbate levels in the former recovered to at least 0.1 mg/dl (frank clinical scurvy) during Phases 2 and 3, whereas levels in the latter fell below this level [28]. Similar results were reported in another study by the same group examining an additional 15 patients [29]. The possibility that prognosis was related to AA levels is strongly suggested.
Love that sentence adverbial--strikingly.
Dave-
You've been quiet lately. Hope you are well.
FDNF will crash and burn next week.*
*Disclaimer: I just found out about this company and it will take three days for me to gain powder. Therefore, I believe this company is destined to fail in the next three days. Sell, Sell, Sell!
Well--
I always worry about toxic financing-but Kodiak seems more like a venture capitalist providing seed money for stock. "Kodiak has covenanted not to cause or engage in any manner whatsoever, any direct or indirect short selling or hedging of the Company's shares of common stock.that they never short."
They haven't collected on the second round of puts according to 10K, which leads me to believe (and this may be fishing) that they are waiting for much better returns.
Take a look at Kodiak's website. These folks are smart investors.
Agreed. And that is why I haven't sold. Bought at .08 and will not sell until we reach dollar land-- a few years from now. Counting on women getting older and losing mojo!
Folks, Viorra with hemp extract will sell like hot cakes.

Well...a HOLD is at least a rating. Not bad for a true penny (.01) stock.
Woaaa! Zach's initiated coverage. Really?
Did someone have a link?
Never mind--I will Google it.
If true and positive, this would be HUGE.
Should Have bought more.
No, SVFC will rise again. And...maybe, just maybe, Jesus knew the power of adult stem cells, too.
Looking forward to a wonderful weekend.
Fellow investors,
After reading this pr, I am more excited than ever. I just hope they find a quality CFO, soon.

This post should be stickier on EVERY OTC QB stock board. So tired of shorts and flippers attempting to scare everybody.
“Too many people believe the ends justify the means,” he said. “Integrity is more important and carries with it its own set of rewards"--Michael Hershman, BOD Chairman of Intellicell Corp.
I bought more this morning. I'll either gain an Armani or lose my shirt.
I just cannot believe that Mr. Hershman would allow this company to flagrantly violate SEC rules without good cause.
Cheese and Crackers!
It seems clear to me that Intellicell wishes to digest the IR ruling before submission. If the judge ruled in favor of IR, the stock probably would have tanked by now.
If the judge believed that IR tried to sabotage SVFC by nearly destroying the stock price, then we might have a judge that left open the possibility for a suit for damages. IR's case was built around an unsubstantiated verbal agreement--after all--yet they nearly destroyed the stock price by attempting to liquidate prematurely.
Now, if I am CEO, I may want time to consider my options before I send out a 10K that says something along the lines of
"We screwed up--but IR screwed us more, and here's what we are going to do to recoup some of these losses." Or not.
I suppose they might be able to justify the delay to the SEC--or not.
ALL IMHO
Good gracious!
Why doesn't the Greek fella just declare bankruptcy already?
Held long for 5 years.
Shipping falters in recession and picks up in recovery. I did not factor in such mismanagement.
Is there news--or did my DVD purchase send this stock soaring?
My hunch is that smart folks are reacting to GA tax subsidies--and have finally connected the dots.
Hey--Does the GA retirement system invest in stocks? What is good for the goose is good for the gander.
Let it Go!
This company and its products offer a combination of true science and hope to thousands of people, including children, suffering from aplastic anemia. Some of us are investing in this company because we believe that little kids should be given a chance at survival. I prefer to support BMSN because they represent a nice mixture of public university academia with the financial genius of Dr. Koos, who loves yachts, sure, but I have bet real money he will love the smile of a child who gets to live to see her mommy for another day, another week, another year--a lifetime even--even more.

But, I do wish that SVFC had a partnership with MilliRich.
Sir Cazual,
I am counting on Millipore!
Just finished Sweetwater, which has to be one of the most intense movies I have ever viewed. I am buying a DVD for my father-in-law who loves the Western genre.
Keep this stock low until Thursday, please, I need another day for clearance. :)
This movie will be a cult favorite. (pun intended)
Talk about SALES Commissions!!!
Would have loved to see revenue already--but long term, I think we are golden.
In respect of the Guinea Project mentioned above, the Company has agreed with two third parties in Guinea to pay sales commissions for facilitating and securing the Contract with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Guinea as follows:
-
equal to $20,000,000, payable as to an advance of $300,000 immediately after the loan agreement for the Kallo MobileCare and RuralCare program is signed by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Guinea and the remained within 7 to 14 business days of receipt of payment for the Project by Kallo in proportion to the payments received by Kallo per agreement signed on December 6, 2013.
-
equal to $4,000,000, payable within 7 to 14 business days of receipt of payment for the Project by Kallo in proportion to the payments received by Kallo. In addition, a performance incentive payment of $1,000,000 will be payable to three persons related to the third party in accordance to the same terms of payment described herein per agreement signed on February 18, 2014.
No--just stocks below a dollar. Sure beats Sharebuilder at .007 charge per stock.
I have a really good feeling. I sold at yesterday's high--and got out completely, but nightmares haunted me. I kept dreaming of an angry faced judge threatening to throw his gavel at someone who did not look like a plastic surgeon. So, I took a bigger position today.
Dreams or nightmares/luck or chance. That's life.
Here's hoping for green today.
Does the PL mean pinky land?
SoGotrade is bare bones cheap. ONLY 1/2 of 1% for stock trades under a penny + $3 stock trades (prepaid).
Am I seeing things? Do I see green?
What's up--other than KleanGas?
C'mon KALO! Give us some news.
Why pay the consultants if he wasn't planning a roll out of some sort, specifically the social media consultant? You only do that if you want to build brand loyalty, which means....they plan on having a product to distribute sooner than later.
Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out he's planning to launch.
Those are thin walls. Moving up today, I bet.
I did what you said, and I see a nickel a share.
Thanks for the heads up Lord of Evil.
Well...you are a genius. Volume precedes upward price. Got it!
Regen has patents, upcoming IPO, and orphan drug possibility. This either tanks to basement or shoots to the moon. Right now, we are buying and holding. Look at the green, man. Even Paris and the devil of light are taking the day off.
This stock has bottomed. Risk vs reward ratio is perfect here.
Now, I am getting excited. You seem to have a knack for making the right calls.
I have done my due diligence; however, your post put me over the edge. bought another 190,000 shares this morning. I now hold 390,000 shares + 921 Regen shares.
Now, if BMSN gets to a dime, I can afford a hotel upgrade.
Best wishes to all.
Only time will tell. Either we see huge gains or we lose a little. However, I cannot help but think that the WHO is aware of what they are attempting to do and that this crisis will bode well for this company in the long run.
I do wish they would provide a bit more information as to what they are doing right now.
If plastic surgeons move fat from point A (tummy) to point B (buttocks), then to deny this product would be to disrupt an entire industry.
Not. going. to. happen.
Approval is just a matter of time.
Conclusion
While significant advances have been made in the use of
growth factors for stimulation of hematopoietic reconsti-
tution, overall efficacy of this approach is limited. Cell
therapy offers the possibility of administering an
“
intelli-
gent
”
therapeutic which addresses the hematopoietic
needs of the host in real-time. Autologous SVF therapy,
such as the HemXellerate product, offers the possibility
of delivering a heterogenous population of endothelial
cells, mesenchymal stem cells, and other potential cells
of interest. Given the established safety and ease of
autologous SVF administration, it is anticipated that
the proposed procedure will be rapidly adopted by
the market.
Wynston,
Keep this in mind, my fellow investor. BMSN is worthless right now. It has served its purpose to provide seed money for eventual germination to the new REGEN IPO. With orphan drug status, hopefully, new money will flow into Regen, providing existing shareholders (dividend holders) with incredible value.
However, we have experienced a hiccup-- and here is what I think. While we may be in an SEC imposed quiet period, which I think has been rightly suggested, I also think that Koos is patiently waiting for the bottom to fall out of biotech. According to NPR Marketplace Morning report, prognosticators have been calling for a correction for a couple months due to excess valuations.
If Dr. Koos were truly stupid, he would release all news next week regarding Orphan status and IPO offering. But, he likely wants to maximize HIS investment. So, he will wait until the sector rotation over corrects--and then set up shop at a time ripe for an infusion of cash. This may take months. When this happens, REGEN will take off and and BSMN will gain, but it's doubtful we will see huge gains until profitability occurs in Regen a couple years from now.
I don't like the red, either, but the market knows that for the time being, there are better trades elsewhere. And, smart money knows to pay bashers to help drop the stock into the basement so they can make an eventual killing, both off the short and the rise up. The sector correction will take some time.
I bought more Thursday. The science is just too good here.
IMHO
