Yaasss! An overreaction.
This seems like a short attack. The fins aren't that dire.
Yes, yes we are.
Easy money here!
Some people took the increased volatility and exited. I bought their shares.
This perspective helped me hold the line when it got ugly today. Thanks!
I apologize for the dip yesterday. I sold my profits and am letting the rest ride freely. I picked up a bunch at $.012 a couple weeks ago. My remaining 400k will be held with diamond hands.
I don't know. I am curious. It has a unique ticker symbol.
This is my thinking, too.
So... Everytime the co. has good news, shorts run it up and away, only to release a short attack days later. This is getting old.
I don't think that is right. As of mid-may, we only had 200 million or so more to go. That offering was amended, and it had already been in play.
Should be finished with Offering soon. Then, a deal per week???
Who wants to bet on a power hour surge?
I sure hope see. Oil/gas royalties. Debt free. Offering over soon. Asset rich. Revenues will buy more deals. Love it!
Big bids stacking up today. #close
20-30 million in assets. 2-3 million in revenues per annum.
Which means increased demand once the pipeline opens.
I had to wait at my Sheetz because every pump was busy. On a side note, my elderly neighbor told me about the pipeline shutdown and that we better buy before the gas runs out. Something similar happened 4 years ago, so no one wants to get caught without gas.
Excuse me: There's a huge run on gas in NC.
There's a gas run in NC!
Thanks for sharing. I am deeply disappointed in Mr. Cecil's leadership.
Thanks to the folks who failed to read or do any DD, I am now holding 3 million shares. I really like the business plan and think oil prices are headed to $72 per barrel in the near term. Good luck to all. I plan to pull out my original investment cost when we're at $.15.
Nah, there's a deal to be made, and he needs the cold hard cash. If he puts the $$$ right back into the company, I am fine with that. But, once oil prices rise and deals fail to materialize, I hope he buys back some of these shares.
I just looked on OTC Markets.
I keep buying. CEO telegraphed that 4/30 is the final day of dilution. As of Monday, we only had 60 million left to go.
Once the ceo announces the completion of the offering, we are off to the races.
Looking good here.
Debt is extinguished!! Woohoo!!
They gave me a last second chance to lower my entry price just a smidgen.
So...we have just shy of 55 million of dilution shares to go. Plus, our current market cap is 25 million dollars less than the company's current market cap.
You know, I have never concentrated more than 15% of my assets in the OTC, but I have made Verde the exception. I hate to say it, but Mr. Cox has found a way to profit from easy money.
My only concern is regarding future growth as I anticipate easy deals will become a thing of the past once oil and ng pricing returns to more profitable levels. I assume leadership will diversify in some way in order to perpetuate growth. Or, as I presume, the co. will likely get bought out by a private entity looking for passive income.
Either way, I consider this company worthy of significant investment.
Wow! Mr. Cox just grew a little company. I like the concept.
500 million shares to be diluted. Getting ever so close.
In 5 years, this co. will be making easy money free and clear. This beats buying up oil and gas properties on your own.
And, this is why I am holding and didn't sell. Not even worried. :)
I have no idea but would surmise that petro chemists could do the job in a week or so.
He couldn't exactly say that he was sure the sandstone became muddy because oil was flowing like a boss if he wasn't 100% sure. The side core samples will provide that info...or not. He let us know in black and white. I am waiting for that report.
200m shares or $2 million.
Again, he's buying up revenue producing properties. If oil increases, he will drill more. Perfect play!
We have a Mother Duck!

This work is particularly important considering the shallower Brookian oil zones will not be tested in this current operation. Independent data and analysis from VAS reinforce the Company's opinion that it has made oil discoveries in multiple zones including all predrill targets in this wellbore (four Brookian horizons), allowing the Company to move forward with confidence in the planning of a major testing operation in the next winter season.
Guess what? This acreage is ADJACENT to 88e's acreage.
Looking better and better for EEENF.
Thanks for the clarification. So, we have 2 million shares to go most likely. That shouldn't be too hard, though. I hold close to half a million myself--special thanks to $$$nf gains.
The Aussies would be smart to buyout this little gem for instant revenues.
Good luck to all.
If that's the case, I want my money back.
