Please do...you're getting old. You whine more than some of the princesses from NYC.
OT: grant...that's a roger roger. Totally agree with ya.
SC is a beautiful area of our country. Good luck in
the Liberty Bowl against Houston...although, I would
prefer the Gamecocks play Oregon State. They are a
better fit. LOL (with nasty grin)
I shall enjoy my Tigers in the Sugar Bowl...I hope.
grant...I agree with all you just posted. Just for the record...
IMO:
Good ole' boys...(yankee thinking)...like-minded political/business brotherhood in the south performing favors for each other. (Loosley defined & not without substantial merit.)
Good ole' "boy"...(southern thinking)...description of someone that is kind, helpful, thoughtful, loves family & community, will help you when needed, will buy you a drink & take you out fishin' in their boat. Plus many other qualities...but you get my point.
Hey Bubba...watcha think about Billy Bob? Billy Bob...he's a good ole' boy...takes my younguns huntin' when I'm at work.(That might be stretching it a bit...most guys I know don't work much during huntin' season). LOL
king...I can think of no other reason other than what you stated.
"does it open the door to additional feed stocks? all types of biomass may eventually find its way to the reactors."
This "possible" collaboration might possibly bring that 50cents a gallon cost down to near nothing...if they can figure out a way to "meld" the two processes. If ACMG's process is capable of what it seems...then both companies will fly...IMO. You've got 3 of the top timber producing states right in a row down here...(LA, MS & AL). That equates to a lot of organic waste...and I would think at a low cost.
Hope the deal works out.
kippy...roger to all that. Thanks for your "field" insight. eom
I'm from the south...and believe me when I tell you...
the "good ole' boy" label at the local level...will definitely
work it's way up to the top. Now...there may be some resistance
from the "power company lobby" in the state...but we'll just
have to see how that transpires.
Kippykai can probably fill us in on that potential "snag"
better than most.
Now that's what I call "schmoozin" with the locals...
Ya gotta love that guy. That's great!
I don't think local permits will be a problem. LOL
The "Rivera Process" is not limited to soybeans only...
Correct me if I'm wrong...but I believe the WSR Analytical Profile showed a ratio of beans & corn...therefore...I believe the soybean demand could be cut by a maximum of 50% and a minimum of maybe 25%. I'm not positive on these numbers and I'm too lazy to look them up at this time...but I do remember the process using both feedstocks.
Next week should give us some answers to the burning question...
what's up with ACMG?
"Alcar will work closely with USSE to design and implement the reactors in both Canada and the USA. Furthermore, USSE will ensure that existing contracts in place at Alcar totaling 160 million dollars over five years will be fulfilled. USSE expects to issue approximately 5 million restricted shares of USSE and 5 million restricted shares of its subsidiary company, Sustainable Power Corp. (SPC), at the closing of the definitive agreement expected within the next two weeks."
And maybe some financing news???...That would be nice.
All IMO...
Zardiw...go back to your post #14998...then go
to mine...#15000 & click the link. If ???...then nevermind.
Wasn't important anyway & no longer fluid to the conversation.
Hey Z...that would be Monday am...right?...

LOL
You may want to google Oakridge. You might be surprised...
November...I enlarged the picture of the ladybug on the
exhaust pipe. It was wearing tiny little asbestos booties.
Ever heard of ted turner...mouth of the south...eom.
dh...You're gonna give yourself an ulcer if you don't
quit worrying so much. You said it yourself:
"I'm sure we'll understand all this later."
I believe this little mystery with ACMG will all be brought
to light (one way or another) next week...as the original PR
from 12/06 stated:
"USSE expects to issue approximately 5 million restricted
shares of USSE and 5 million restricted shares of its
subsidiary company, Sustainable Power Corp. (SPC), at the
closing of the definitive agreement expected within the next
two weeks."
All contingent on both parties actually signing an agreement.
If all of your questions are not addressed at that time...
then I also believe it would be necessary to make a few calls
and get some more answers.
All IMO...
grant...Perfect analogy! And...great spelling too. LOL...eom.
OT: rheddle...I've heard the Oscar Wilde one before...
but I had forgotten about it...CLASSIC!
Also...I have used the drunk/ugly line before. I was drunk...
she was not necessarily ugly...but her personality was when
she commented on my sobriety. I think I won that battle...
cause people were spittin' out their drinks on the bar when
they heard it. LOL
Along the lines of the more comical quotes...this is most
definitely my favorite from Sir Winston:
"If I was your wife Sir, I'd poison you! Madam, if you were
my wife, I'd let you!"
Thanks rheddle...whenever I want inspiration or just
a good belly-laugh...I go to ole' Winnie's quotes.

Sorry for the low pps yesterday & today ...
I just got in @ .04 yesterday...and I have the uncanny ability
to bring down the pps of a stock when I enter. If only I could
somehow channel this "power" into making the Lottery work for
me...I would not need the market. LOL
I've been "lurking" for a little while and do agree with one
of the posters yesterday...nice board.
OT: J Livermore...I swear, if you would don a pair of your
overalls...put on your straw hat...and grab Herkermer...
you could definitely make another career on the comedy
club circuit. You are one funny individual and I'm sure
you would have me crying if we sat down to coffee...and
especially if we sat on the porch drinking cold beers.
I'm sure the Blue Collar Comedy Tour would give you a shot.
Thanks for your posts...as I am LMAO. Are you related to
Will Rogers?
They're concerned about our financial well being...
without knowing if we've been naughty or nice...
Ya think we'll be getting Christmas presents also?
Good things must be on the horizon...
3 brand new bashers showed up in the last 24 hours with
enough figures & formulas about this stock to spin the
head of an accountant.
I totally don't know what they mean...but I want it. LOL
whassup & kippykai...don't mean to interrupt...
but a heavy equipment operator bud of mine worked on one
of the "peaker power plants" that only fire up when there
is a demand. He worked 7 days a week...10 -12 hours a day.
Needless to say...there was massive OT for him and all the
other trades needed to build these plants. I believe this
particular one had 8 natural gas fired turbines. Anyway...
he was told by one of the power company big wigs that the
money it cost for materials & labor to build one of these
plants...could be recouped in something like a week of power
production. I saw at least 4 of these plants go up in a 30
mile radius of where I lived at the time in Illinois. So...
IMO...I believe there is a demand...somewhere on the power
grid. Thought this was relevant to y'alls conversation.
Here's a link with a little info on peaker plants.

OT: grant...have you ever seen this...

Spelling schmelling...i's t's...who cares. I get the message.
Great Googly Moogly...you guys sound like all the so
called "stock prognosticators" after a Greenspan speech
to congress. Does every word really need to be broken
down to it's atomic structure and analyzed?!
This is what I'm taking from today's PR...
"To our doubters, rest assured that we are taking monumental steps to succeed."
Hey truthchecker...one of my heroes is Sir Winston Churchill.
Who is yours...Ward Churchill? LOL
I don't want you banned...you're too entertaining.
Yea...I got the "burned" thing down pat...
unfortunately...the "learning" curve has me swinging wild
sometimes. LOL
One brother is a banker...way too conservative for this game.
The other is an engineer...way too analytical.
"I am always ready to learn although I do not always like being taught."
My man Winston...
copleybmt...I remember you posting that several times.
I didn't believe you...but you & your brother proved otherwise.
Tell him...Good Call Bro! Is he in the business or is he
just clairvoyant?
grant...now watch that blood pressure...LOL...
Don't put snow on iggy...this is the best "point / counterpoint"
Ive seen on this board since I've been here. I'm enjoying this
more than the games I'm watching. My two teams play tonight
& tomorrow night...so this is better entertainment. You &
westeffer et al are protecting the hive and it's fun to watch.
snow...a quote and a link of US food aid...
"Most generous donor
The United States remained the world’s most generous food aid donor, providing 4 million tons, or 49 percent of all donations. Overall donations from the European Union totalled 1.5 million tons, with the European Commission, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands and Sweden significantly increasing their support."
Canada & China stepped up their aid also. Good for them.
I'm gonna take a SWAG and say Canada is your home country.
Right...Wrong.
http://www.wfp.org/English/?ModuleID=137&Key=2166
kippykai...thanks for the info about the "hard working guys".
I've been sold on this company and this technology from the
end of my first day of dd...but it's always good to hear some
words of encouragement from someone who has been backstage
& knows "the band".
GL2Us se
OT: J Livermore...this quote seems to fit you well...
While perusing my Winston quotes...I came upon this one.
Maybe he had a "Herkemer" also.
"I am fond of pigs. Dogs look up to us. Cats look down on us. Pigs treat us as equals."
Sir Winston Churchill
http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/authors/w/winston_churchill.html
larice...after reading about Alcar's CEO Alex...
and from what I know about JR...they definitely seem to be
"cut from the same cloth".
osoaz...Dead On Post...except...
the part about Arizona beating Illinois being a good thing.
I give you a 99% grade...1 point deduction for wrong BB team.
As far as the divvy / dead horse thing...you get a 100%.
Oh...and y'all is y'all...not ya'll...butt spelin dont cownt.
LOL
OT: Z...
Do me a favor and email me @ pangaeatech@yahoo.com.
I want to ask you a couple of questions in private.
Thanks...
Put my moniker in the header...if you would. It will
probably come up in my bulk folder.
grantg2...
FYI...on page 3 of the report under the heading
"The Company"...it says JR is majority shareholder.
As Ripley says...Believe it...or Not.
Mudshark...from RB
KNT...roger that...thanks for the reply...eom.
kippykai...I know what you mean...but
I just don't want any "leaks" to get us in trouble with the
powers that be. "Loose lips sink ships" I believe the saying is.
If true...it is GREAT "almost news" IMO.
Couldn't that be construed as insider info?
If true...that would be a pretty big PR...wouldn't it?
Does anyone know what the...
settle time is for an IRA account?
T+3 like cash...or less?
TIA
