reverse splits been taking 3-4 days with tdamtd to get so I don't expect to see my 1 share of MCII till thurs or friday in my acc. I do show 1 share of MCII in Gains Keeper which is normal. so far I don't see any thing unusual going on with acc.and once I get the 1 share of MCII I expect it to take 3 wkks to get the round up to 500
sounds like that filing will clear it all up, but not gonna make any diff if they recind the 500 deal
yes, I know
oh, and by the way I do know SSP, (not pesonally). Do you know WayneR,(canadian living in france)? I believe he has mentioned you occasionally
don't get me wrong here, I'd love to see this work out for all those that bought 1-499 shares, just means my 500 buys will definately work. all I'm saying is there is nothing on the daily list that gives me any clue what so ever what happens to 1-499 shares. and when it says no one to be REDUCED below 500. tells me you have to have 500 or more to not be reduced below 500. with no filings to fall back on as to how they are gonna handle this. all we can do is let it play out and hope they don't recind the whole deal and screw us all.
and another that is burned into my brain that I will never forget and can't give you links to because it has been chnged on the daily list.actually, I believe it was the first to renig on a deal that was on the daily list. CARL/AVIG did a 1-200 rs back in 2004, 2000 sh and less would not be effected by the rs. I bought 2000 sh in 2 accts. company realized they did a big boo-boo, got together with Nasdaq and nasdaq allowed them to recind the 2000 and less deal. everyone got reversed. I ended up with 10 sh (2 accts) which I sold at 16.00, was a little more than a double $320, should of been $64,000. so I don't believe for a minute that anything you see on the daily list is written in stone.
here's the most recent one mr bill, that I remember
11:30 7/5/2006 FFDG Famous Food Group, Inc. Common Stock KTNI Kootenai Corp. Common Stock 1-1000 R/S; no shareholder will be reduced below 100 shares **
http://otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_detail.asp?mkt_ctg=NON-OTCBB&d=07/03/2006
and a week later
13:33 7/5/2006 FFDG Famous Food Group, Inc. Common Stock KTNI Kootenai Corp. Common Stock Refer to DL 7/3/2006: 1-1000 R/S; Company rescinded provision of no shareholder will be reduced below 100 shares. Fractional shares will now be rounded up **
http://otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_detail.asp?mkt_ctg=NON-OTCBB&d=07/11/2006
from the daily list
NWMO took 3 wks and 2 days with tdamtd, guessing about the same here
OT yup, got me some restricted certs coming on that one, forgot all about it and you had to go and remind me. lol
13:20 JPHC Jupiter Global Holdings Corp. Common Stock 5/19/2006 Revision to the D/L of 5/18/2006; Merger with APO Health Inc (0.46232085067036500/sh RESTRICTED Paivis Inc [symbol PAIV] for each JPHC share held) **
ok, thats why I got nothing on them, 1 share deal came up after
lol, JPHC me too, restricted, what a joke, don't even remember what happened there, they give us certs on them resricted shares or what?
there ya go
I bot 1 (3 accts) ended up with 100 (3 accts) took 8 months tho
and if you read what you posted it says "any shareholder" if you didn't buy it then you aren't a shareholder, nuff said
and there ya go, reading something into it that isn't there
and this is what PAIV/PAVC said on the daily list, there's no question that 1 share was the buy
13:30 8/4/2006 PAIV Paivis, Corp. Common Stock PAVC Paivis, Corp. New Common Stock 1-200 R/S; Any shareholder holding less than 100 shares post split shall be rounded up to 100 shares. **
exactly sherri, 1-499 is up in the air and no one knows, but everyone reading something different into it
my take, 1-499 remains the same, 500-250,000 will end up with 500, over 250k who cares
but then what if they reverse 1-499 to a partial and cash you out????
or the company figures out they made a big Boo-Boo and recinds the 500 deal and everyone gets reversed????
hmmmmmmmmmm
first thing that happens is you get reversed, now you wait for the round up shares, if they right on the 1-499 remains the same then peop who bought 1 gonna have 1
oops, DEF-14C
DSKA may have been worded the same but in DEF-!$C it said this
Any shareholder who owns 2,000
or fewer common shares will receive one hundred shares.
makes it pretty clear that 1 share will work
yup
MERH did it again in DEF-14c
in one place they say this
To approve the adoption of a reverse stock split of the Company’s common stock in a ratio of one (1) new share for every twenty (20) existing shares of common stock outstanding. There will be no change to the authorized shares of common stock of the Company and any fractional shares will be rounded up. No shareholder who currently has 100 or more shares will be reduced below 100 shares.
and everywhere else they say this
For the adoption of a reverse stock split of the Company’s common stock in a ratio of one (1) new share for every twenty (20) existing shares of common stock outstanding. There will be no change to the authorized shares of common stock of the Company and any fractional shares will be rounded up. Shareholders who currently hold in excess of 100 shares will not be reduced below 100 shares.
read SSP post
Allied will issue new shares of common stock in payment of certain bankruptcy claims, however it is not anticipated that these new shares will be listed for trading on any market system or over the counter.
if you talking about TELA 10-1 FS, xdate is 6/7
http://otcbb.com/asp/dividend.asp?sym_id=TELA&dDate=5/31/2007&sDateType=Record_date
TELA 10-1 FS, xdate 6/7

sounds like 101 is the number tome
would of been a good time to update the OS and float, could care less bout the AS right now
thought it was always 525mil
ok found it, your right, no one to have less than 100, 1 share would have been the buy
dang, can't even pull up filings on it now
what filing that come from churak, I was looking at pre, prer, def-14c, if that right 1 will work, end up with 100
if you have 100 - 2000 you get reversed to 100, I don't know what happens if you have less than 100, filings do not say
100 is the number to have
gee, daily list now says 100
yea, lets have it
thanks gravy
how come Jim didn't put the numbers up in this PR like he has in all previous ones? hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
