I think the distribution companies name is plastered all over these things, Even the vending machines are owned by someone and where they are ploaced knows the folks. A problem can be delt with pretty efficiently. SFIO doesn't need to be bothered by the retail side of selling these things.

Revenue report April 15 and this will be the first and IMHO the only e-cigarette company that is positioned to be making money. They were smart and set up their sales overseas while ignoring the US and doing battle with the FDA.

On Naked shorting, your missing the the MM DTCC level. Your thin king along the lines of you and I taking a short position. It works differently, They normaly don't need shares to sell, They just sell air into a run. They have 3 days and its a good bet that a run on nothing will garantee the price comesw down and they cover buy filling shares then, 3 days to clear trsdes is the real problem. I mean how long does it take a computer to clear a trade? a nano second, unless there are no physical shares being traded. Thats when a schwab or a scottrade gets pisswed and halts a stock due to clearing problems.
I haven't seen that yet with GDHI, but an about 99% surte its been done over the last big runs.
No you and I can't short. Schwab and ST can if they want. Just watch NITE some times. Shares come from no where being sold. They know the deal and huiman nature the best.

Hey Dragon, thats good advise but won't work unless you actualy go urber long and request the paper certs. No one does that any more.
However the only way is far riskier than most are willing to do and is 100%.
You have to lock your shares up in a sell order. And not some .0575 price eithger. It has to be very close to the ASK price. It has to be in the daily que and a risk of being sold out on a good spike. They become untouchable. And just think how tempting it would be the a MM to see 100's of Millions of shares up for sale @ something like .0023 or 24?
Bet if we were a colective group and had a way to cordinate such a play, we could run any stock up. Divide and c onqure is their most powerful weapon aginst us. and they know we will feed off each other to make a buch to make matters worse for us.
