And correct me if I'm wrong but didn't our CEO, Mark Kay retire as the CIO for Morgan Chase? Talk about connection!
Yeah, let's get that old chestnut in play again. Our CEO. Mark Kay stopped that rumor a long time ago simply stating "No RS!".
Besides Alverez Associates there is ACS another good SFOR partner/software distributor.
What if we hold our pps above a cent for 30 days and are able to successfully upgrade off the "stinky pinky" sheets to the OTC?
I had no idea SFOR had DoD contracts in the past! That's very encouraging! Thank you for sharing that. Do you recall any of the specifics?
As always you're spot on with your analysis IMHO. Jesse Livermore who was probably one of the greatest stock traders of all time once said "I made the most when I did nothing!". I'm taking his advice. I'm not flipping for small gains at this level. Not when I know the 11/9 events you wrote about are about to transpire.
Long & strong SFOR!
Forgot in post 105133 President's address, it is as follows:
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW
Washington, DC
20500
I had a Congressional staffer tell me old fashioned written letters make more of an impact that a phone call or e-mail.
Thank you for considering writing him in support of our troops
getting the best cyber defensive software for their soon to be issued I-Phones, SFOR's Mobile Trust. My one letter got a phone call followed up by a written response from the DoD/CIO's office
(forwarded to our CEO Mark Kay). Imagine the impact if the same West Wing office got several letters expressing concern about the mobile device COMSEC problem highlighted by Lt/Gen Ben Hodges during Anaconda and the Mobile Trust solution to that problem!
Thanks KEEPEN-IN-EYE! Did you also send the Commander in Chief a copy?
If you feel America's best deserves the best cyber defensive software consider exercising your Constitutional right "To petition the Government for a redress of grievances" as I have. Guess what? It worked! The below letter got first a call from the Dod/CIO's policy advisor then a written response both of which I passed on to our excellent CEO Mark Kay who was able to establish contact with the DoD for our (until then unknown) company. At least we got a chance at bat! No, I do not know how the conversation went. Nor should I. Once I did a lateral pass to our quarterback the rest of the play is business confidential. I put the ball in his competent hands and believe he will gain us some yardage.
Dear Mister President,
As a retired USAF intelligence officer & former EUCOM member I was alarmed when I read Army Lt/Gen Ben Hodges AFN interview in Poland during NATO’s Operation Anaconda field exercise in June. In it he stated “Neither (unclassified) radio communications nor email are secure” & “I assume everything I write on my BlackBerry is being monitored”. I believe he’s absolutely right! This COMSEC problem can become an OPSEC one with dire consequences in the near future. Even mission failure is a possibility.
As you are aware, off the shelf mobile devices have inadequate protection against cyber-attack and exploitation by hostile intelligence services. Enemy targets intelligence officers can use our bad COMSEC to help build their target folders. Fleeting targets of opportunity could also be located and destroyed by them using this.
This winter I became concerned about protecting my personal information & financial information from hackers. I found out that the available anti-virus programs fail to protect my data against the zero day attacks, key loggers and click jackers use. I wanted the best, multi-layered defense & anti-screen capture capabilities. I read that “Silicon Review” recognized Strike Force Technologies as the world’s leading provider of patented, military grade keystroke encryption, out of band authentication and 2 factor authentication. I purchased their defensive software on-line through Amazon & installed their Mobile Trust product on my mobile device.
Mobile Trust is now being sold in half of the Target stores nationwide. It was easy to install, costs $30 a year for two I-phones, does not slow things down or cause any other problems. In full disclosure, I was so impressed with the product I then bought 2 million shares of SFOR penny stock. I did this only after Strike Force Technologies settled with Microsoft over patent infringement in late January. Now that I have initiated contact with you and other government officials, using my retired rank and specialty, I am forbidden by the honor code to add to that 2 million share position. Our Senator, Angus King who sits on the Senate intelligence sub- committee stated “The next Pearl Harbor will be cyber and by the way, we are already under attack!” Don’t let DoD and DHS people’s mobile devices enable that! Please consider getting them some vendor’s defensive software to fix this tremendous COMSEC problem. I don’t even care if it’s Strike Force Technologies Mobile Trust. There are other vendor’s defensive software to consider. This country’s soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines and coastguard members deserve something better than just the standard consumer encryption Apple provides their I-Phones It is nowhere near the level of protection they need!
Realizing the gravity of this COMSEC problem, I have briefed the senior field staff of the entire Maine Congressional delegation. I was informed by the field staff assistant to Senator Susan Collins, who sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee that the delegation will jointly address this issue. I also have written, at the urging of Congressman Poliquin’s senior field staffer, a retired USN CPO, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and their Chairman General Joseph F. Dunford. Now I write you, our Commander In Chief.
Thank you for considering proposing this be considered for the DOD budget. If I can be of any further assistance in this matter please don’t hesitate to contact me at phone numbers and address given.
I am your officer,
4Sleddogs USAF Retired
It was USAEUR Lt/Gen Ben Hodges cyber COMSEC concern that started the conversation for me. Go ARMY! Go SFOR!
You're right about "sticking your neck out" being hazardous to your military career. I perfectly understand where your sister's perspective. She is still on active duty and correct me if I'm wrong, holds a regular commission (from Annapolis). I'm retired and hold a Reserve Commission as do the majority of officers. That distinction allows me to advocate for a company's product like SFOR's Mobile Trust. The best example of this was Brigadier General Chuck Yeager. He advertised in his flight suit, in front of jet for Ray-O-Vac batteries years ago. He like most WW2 fliers held Reserve Commissions as there we so few West Point Grads in the then Army Air Force my father flew in.
I don't. Could you please enlighten me. Thanks!
Well, according to the video I watched of our CEO Mark Kay being interviewed where he stated his goal of being bought out I think probable buyout. However, we won't know when for awhile. Time will tell.
A final request. Please consider writing the Commander in Chief. It was my letter to him that was forwarded to the DOD/CIO's office. Some staffer in the West Wing realized the gravity of this cyber COMSEC issue and forwarded it to the right OPR in the Pentagon within a week. Communicating with both the military and civilian authorities worked for me. The CIO's direct address is:
Department of Defense Chief Information Officer
6000Defense Pentagon
Washington, DC 20301-6000
She's absolutely right. That kind of decision is made at the highest levels in the Pentagon, specifically the DOD/CIO's. That is why I connected his policy advisor with our CEO. I put the ball in Mark Kay's competent hands. I'm confident he will run with it and SFOR will get a chance to present it's solution to General Ben Hodges cyber COMSEC problem, Mobile Trust. However, I do not expect any funds to be available until the new Congress is sworn in with the New Year. The sitting Congress has not done its Constitutional duty and passed a budget for the components of the DOD including the USN or any other department.
Brilliant! I completely failed to consider that. I agree also that tomorrow we most likely make up lost ground and gain some.
And I salute you! Can you imagine the impact it would have if all the vets reading this board did the same & wrote their service chiefs about SFOR's Mobile Trust?
I hear you about lunatics swallowing up tax dollars. But I also know there are some very sincere people in the Pentagon doing their best for this generation of warfighters who replaced us.
As a Navy vet your letter would carry more weight than mine to the USN CNO did. Please consider writing Admiral John M. Richard-son at the following address to tell him about the SFOR Mobile Trust solution to the cyber COMSEC problem for his Sailors & Marines: Joint Staff Public Affairs Pentagon Room 2D932 Washington, D.C. 20318-9999 Thanks!
I appreciate your input on the INTEL information. I believe it is based on a depth and breath of experience in the subject matter that adds clarity to the discussion. Like you I was Air Force blue. Also like you I "have no need nor desire to prove my bona fides". However, I must respectfully disagree with you about this company being a "scamo" (I believe was the phrase you used earlier) I see SFOR as a high risk but high potential investment.
With a CEO of high caliber executing on his 4 point company growth plan I believe strongly in the potential of this company. I think we can both agree that the air will be cleared immediately after the share holders meeting on 11/18 in Edison NJ.
Until then I am long & strong SFOR!
It was an honor to serve with the best & the brightest for 20 years in peace and war, home and abroad. Please consider helping our troops get SFOR's Mobile Trust on their mobile devices by contacting the President and your members of Congress as I have done. Every letter counts! It was my letter to POTUS that got me the phone call from the DOD/CIO office. That enabled our CEO to establish contact with the Pentagon. Never underestimate the power of your well written, heartfelt letter to those in government!
Call Mark Kay. Ask him if a certain retired USAF major wrote: POTUS, JCS and the USCG.
Ask him about the replies I forwarded to him. Also ask him if I visited every one of my State's Congressional offices RE: Lt/Gen Ben Hodges Cyber COMSEC problem and the Mobile Trust solution. Then HONESTLY report back to this board.
DOD/CIO Note RE SFOR received in the mail yesterday. " Major 4sleddogs: Thank you for your service and commitment to protecting our servicemen and women in harm's way. ADDITIONALLY, THANK YOU FOR YOUR POINTER TO A PARTICULAR MOBILE SECURITY COMPANY (Caps mine, before my conversation with them they were unaware of SFOR's Mobile Trust!). The DOD's Chief Information Officer is responsible for the DOD information enterprise and support our nations warfighters information technology requirements. We strive to ensure our men and women have the best technology for their mission. Mobile devices deliver a new dimension of capabilities with associated challenges. I share your concern about cybersecurity of the mobile devices used by our military. As the adoption of emerging consumer technology increases inside the DOD, I can assure you the security of these products is not an afterthought". Signed by the Senior Information Security Officer DOD 6000 Defense Pentagon Washington, D.C. 2031-6000
This & the tech spec info included were of course forwarded to our CEO Mark Kay as requested.
Blank Rome felt so confident in throwing that MEGA stone at three birds at the simultaneously that they are on contingency. The know, after the Phone Factor $9.9 million settlement and MSFT licensee agreement they have a proven legal strategy. It's wash, rinse, repeat. IMHO they will take DUO, Centrify and Trustwave to the cleaners!
I appreciate a CEO like Mr. Kay who under promised and over delivers! He is executing well on his four prong company growth plan.

I’m writing you at the urging of my Congressman Poliquin’s senior field staffer Tim Gallant, a retired USN CPO.

Thank you for considering proposing this to be considered for the ME Guard budget. On 8/29/16 I arranged communications between SFOR and the DOD/CIO’s policy advisor. If he can be of any further service to you in this matter please don’t hesitate to call him for his expert technical guidance or me at phone numbers written. My hope is that given the Federal Government budget impasse some remaining DOD funding may be allocated to purchase enough Mobile Trust for our State’s Army and Air National Guard members ASAP.

Madams and Mansours place your bets. Like you, I'm betting on SFOR!
Thanks for that update on that news article. The excerpt I read from the 1897 Bill passed by Congress seemed to pretty clearly defend the patent holder's IP. Specifically when it mandated a 100% garnishment of the infringers profit from their IP theft.
"Samsung loses a (patent infringment) case against Apple must pay $120 million" Source: bing com/news 8 hours ago. Do you realize the significance of this US Supreme Court ruling? The court hasn't taken a patent infringment case for over a hundred years! Now they have reinforced the sprit of the 1897 law Steve Jobs based his lawsuit on. Congress wrote it strongly to defend IP mandating a 100% claw back of all profits attained by the infringer. Yesterday's decision only strengthens the hand of our lead attorney Mr. Wolf at Blank Rome. I wondor what the counsel for Trustwave, Duo and Centrify make of this? What impact do you think this will have on their 9 November appearance before the judge?
"I'm shocked, shocked that gambling is going on here!" Claude Rains as Capt. Renault to Bogie as Rick in the 1942 classic Cassablanca. Now that line was said just before he received his winnings from the night before. IMHO we will receive our winnings
shortly after the November 18 stockholders meeting.
Value added to shareholder equity, I like that phrase Gold Maker.
I like that phrase a lot! And, in part it is due to our CEO, Mark Kay executing on his four point company growth plan so well.
You're spot on with that! The trend is your only friend and SFOR is definitely trending up on that 6 month chart. Thanks for posting it.
What are the requirements for a penny stock on the OTC to upgrade to the NASDAQ?
SFOR's Mobile Trust is a force multiplier the US military needs now! (New investors please read my letter to General Bussiere post 010578 for background). The COMSEC vulnerability of their unsecured mobile devices (issue and personal) is a goldmine of information, sometimes even operational, to exploitation by hostile intelligence services (HIS). Mobile Trust is the right product at the right time to address this critical need. I have written various Generals and Admirals in the Pentagon in addition to their boss the POTUS. These efforts put our CEO Mark Kay in direct contact with the DOD/CIO's office. IMHO HIS does not want SFOR to succeed in securing the mobile devices of our military members. I believe HIS directly and/or with subcontractors is both monitoring and active on this message board. I feel like I am in a bar room brawl with HIS on this forum. I believe this is my last chance to throw a punch in support of our troops. So, I'm punching as hard as possible. Join the fight! Call, write, e-mail or visit (as I have) your Congressional representatives. Contact the POTUS while your at it. Tell them America's best deserves the best defensive software on their mobile devices. Help get them SFOR's Mobile Trust ASAP!
Writing the State Guard Adjutant General's Office to inform them of the SFOR Mobile Trust solution to the mobile device COMSEC problem highlighted by General Ben Hodges. Why? because of Command discretionary funds. It would be great if some could be pried lose for a National Guard unit to beta test, in the field, our military grade defensive software. Hey, I've got to at least try with my own States NG. They are deploying on a regular basis in support of AD missions and deserve the same level of protection.
3 Latest Flag Officers Written RE SFOR and why: Admiral Hugh D. Wetherald J-8 Deputy Director for Resources & Acquisition, Lt/General Tod D. Wolters J-3 Director for Operations, Maj/General Thomas A. Bussiere J-33 Director Current Operations. Please read my post # 010578 for background.
As you are aware the New Federal Budget year started 1 October Also, the budget impasse in Congress means all departments of the Government march in place with a CR meaning no new spending. What you don't know is that prior to that it is SOP for Commands to spend funds NLT 1 October before they are clawed back to the Pentagon for reallocation of the residual monies. The clawback has happened. The Pentagon has that money from the commands. I know this from my one year as a finance officer before going on the operational side of the house for the next 19 years. I contacted these three flag officers hoping that some funds be allocated for a beta site.
I've suggested that the 30,000 troops under General Hodges (who raised the COMSEC alarm about military mobile devices) be issued Mobile Trust to test in the field. I'm confident our military grade defensive software will prove itself the solution the USA needs for this COMSEC problem. If you feel the same way write these 3 flag officers as I have done at the following address: Joint Staff Public Affairs
9999 Joint Staff Pentagon Room 2D932
Washington, DC
20318-9999
Let's get General Hodges and his troops the defensive software they need to protect their mobile devices from exploitation by hostile intelligence services. Ask any combat vet, COMSEC saves lives.
Go ARMY! Go SFOR!

Already e-mailed him with a JCS letter attached awhile back since I saw he & I have something in common in our military backgrounds.
DOD/J-33 Maj/General Thomas A. Bussiere will be the last flag officer contacted by me about SFOR's Mobile Trust solution to Lt/General Hodges COMSEC problem. J-33 is Current Operations. IMHO these warfighters need defensive software on their mobile devices right now! Their mobile devices are a chink in their armor hostile intelligence services like the Russian Military GRU could exploit. Last night on the PBS special on ISIS I learned we have 500 special ops people in Syria. The Russians as you know are also there.
During NATO exercise Anaconda in Poland this June General Hodges believed "My Blackberry is monitored" and "E-mails are insecure".
I believe he was absolutely right! I think the GRU could have been giving a certain Ex-KGB Colonel a one page report of the information intercepted from his Blackberry. I want stuff like that to stop ASAP. I want a red faced GRU officer to someday soon say to Putin "We have nothing to report from their mobile devices, the are protected by SFOR's Mobile Trust." So I'm going to suggest some end of the FY fallout monies be used to get our deployed warfighters what they need right now. If you believe the same please contact the President & Congress at your earliest convenience. Tell them to get at least our deployed troops defensive software now. Tell them Mobile Trust can help save our soldiers lives on the battlefield. Support Our Troops.
US Supreme Court Hearing Patent Infringment Case brought by Steve Jobs against Samsung this week. The court has not taken a patent infringment case for over a hundred years! Jobs is using a law written in 1897. At the time of the promulgation Congress had a simple goal for the legislation. It was for the defendant, if found guilty, to disgorge 100% of the profits they had attained by infringment. I got this info from watching the Nightly Business Report show last night and the article posted today
"Steve Jobs thermonuclear showdown with Samsung reaches US Supreme Court". If Jobs wins (which I think he will) the implications for SFOR are obvious. Mr. Wolf, our lead attorney at Blank Rome will have the sheep (Duo, Centrify & Trustwave) by the throat. Their choice will be get slaughtered with treble damages or shorn by a handsome settlement. Resistance in court will be futile & costly for the defendants. IMHO this places Strike Force in the cat's seat. Go get 'em Mr. Wolf, tear 'em up!
The quote from his letter reads as follows" I appreciate the referral to products developed and offered by Strike Force Technologies. This information has been provided to our information technology and cyber security communities for evaluation." I believe they will find SFOR's defensive software not only "military grade" but up to the task of helping secure Coast Guard Comms.
