The court hasn't taken a patent infringment case for over a hundred years! Now they have reinforced the sprit of the 1897 law Steve Jobs based his lawsuit on. Congress wrote it strongly to defend IP mandating a 100% claw back of all profits attained by the infringer. Yesterday's decision only strengthens the hand of our lead attorney Mr. Wolf at Blank Rome. I wondor what the counsel for Trustwave, Duo and Centrify make of this?
