Trying to find the balance between being the person my dog thinks I am and the people our parents warned us about.

My (half) educated guess is that SHKZ in its new incarnation will make $$ by a combination of fees they receive from companies they assist as well as equity in r/m's that they help engineer. The equity stake would help build shareholder value and stock price. JMHO FWIW.
I would agree. Soon as SEC filings are caught up.
You're right on that account since I definitely know that 50K of that amount was a buy between the spread
hold, buy more on dip...
GM joby, taking a look at this.
bigtoe, has the iBox been updated with the updated/corrected financials that were mentioned in the June 14 PR from USOG? TIA.
Think BBX can still be takeover target for another bank?
Yes, I also looked at EQR - same deal, even though they posted earnings on Wednesday. Of course, Simon is one of the largest players adn although the index is weighted, I'm sure as a bellweather stock it affects the overall index and individual REITs
SPG missed estimates today. I think several REITs may have announced earnings today. Need to look, so RAS may be tracking the broader industry trend
I'm watching and holding some BBX
OT: next INVB?
VMGI just posted an attorney's letter today like INVB did at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VMGI/financials. Let's see if that one is a mover, too.
Been away for a while. When did ANDR go to the Pinks?
very nice
agreed, it should be easy for them to move to the OTCQB level. That would be big, indeed.
bid ut .08. Spread still too wide for this to move.
Valuation:
I looked at industry figures for AutoNation and similar types of potential competitors. The industry average p/e is approx 17.4 and the p/s is approx. 0.40. With INVB's eps at $0.0378 and book value/equity at $0.20, INVB should trade between $0.65 and $1.00. Of course, a 10Q/10K to the SEC would help matters. JMO FWIW.
2legit, thanks for pulling everyone's contributions together in one place.
SMA slide show - how their business works http://www.slideshare.net/smadave/sma-alliance-used-car-classified-posting

INVB bid ut .032
I noticed that, too. Should be good day/week for INVB
ndvr picking up steam!

I've been wondering about the same thing as well. My only guess is that the ENHD surprise has spooked some YHGG holders, since YHGG hasn't made any recent progress in getting uplisted. The YHGG board here at iHub is basically dead. About the only difference I see in YHGG, to the positive, is that they do have a US corporate presence a US IR firm, and are a bit more communicative than ENHD.
filed 15-12g form to voluntarily delist
Looks like my worst fears about ENHD got realized (Post 856)
so, Mick, if I wanted to play in this space just like the so-called red caps, where would I foinf info about companies from these countries getting listed in the oTCBB or other exchnges via r/m like the Chines? Or is this happening at all? Thanks in advance.
That makes 3, holding FBP and C as well
Joby, just me snagging another 25K while it is cheap. However, it does not take much to move this, so i must be primed. Any significant volume will propel this IMO
Snagged 25K more today at .0052
Atually, there is one other item oing up YOY besides salary - outstanding shares. They have more than doubled since I started rolling ANDR before D took over. Interesting that they have been able to keep book value and paltry EPS relatively the same, which means there has been actual growth in total dollars and assets, just that those items on a per share basis have been cut in half. At some point ANDR needs to make real $$ and quit printing paper or they are going under.
I would tend to agree that is the most likely scenario. Use the div $$ to buy back shares and increase shareholder value.
Poor choice of words on my part - I did look into and am familiar with the pork reserve.
I'm not certain if that is law or by charter of the each fund. Any know for sure?
The one thing that puzzles me about enhd is with all of their business in China, especially in a somewhat regulated pork market, why do they need to be a publicly traded company? Makes no sense if they are not looking to raise capital. One or two other China small caps that I had followed (which went public via reverse mergers about the same time) were in similar situations (all business in country), so they stopped filing and got delisted. Doesn't hurt them. If the current CFO is incompetent, any risk of their not filing?
It looks like it is consolidating around the 4.75 mark for next run up. Given that the 52 week high was 5.07, we're not that far away, so I'm guessing minimal tax selling if we get anywhere near 5 by Xmas. Also, once it hits $5 I expect a number of mutual funds to buy in as some do not invest in under-$5. Also, a lot of retail brokers can't recommend stocks under $5 to clients. If there is another quarter of dcent profits, I imagine we do not see sub-$5 after January.
Not sure what's up, but interesting post on another board http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_F/threadview?m=tm&bn=6611&tid=19346&mid=19395&tof=8&rt=1&frt=1&off=1
