Seems there are a lot of programs going under covid to help prop up companies
****
US Small Business Administration Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL)
In May 2020, the Company, through one of its operating LLC subsidiaries, received a SBA EIDL in the amount of $21,900. In June 2020, the Company, through five of its operating LLC subsidiaries received five SBA EIDL in the total amount of $747,500 and EIDL Grants totaling $36,000. A lot of little tid bits of info
For me, it’s not about the 10-q. (Especially with covid messing most businesses up)
I’ve said it many times, illegal is set up nicely for its growth, it’s a matter of whenever a streak of luck hits it.
Having so many brick and mortar stores means capital ALREADY spent.
It may suck waiting around through the boring parts like this, but realistically one piece of good news would set WCVC up nicely.
Maybe surviving covid means WCVC will get more attention, maybe it means people will start to change dietary habits.
There’s a lot of strong roots in the ground, just need some fertilizer
Agreed
I think what WCVC can become is outweighing their setup cost.
sometimes it just takes one gust of wind in another direction to really change things up
It’s good they are still fulfilling QB requirements while off the the QB board.
If they do get the pps jump they need they can get their spot back.
I wonder how much more setup he wants to do for setting this place up all over.
I wonder how business is doing compared to other places.
This covid thing sure has changed a lot..
These masks are reminding a lot of people about health in day to day life.
Gotta turn with the world
Hey 2019 fins are out
So I ate (impossible meat) last night.
Made it into a ground beef style, with some spices and what not.
I was expecting something I was going to really dislike.
If I was to rate that *plant based* meat, I’d give it 8/10 (10 being real meat)
The only reason I take off 2 is because of the mental factor.
My dad has always been a meat eater, and he is adamant about not straying from his normal (albeit his normal is very high gastric stomach acid due to a heavy meat diet)
For me, it’s a toss up. I think I would eat meat like this more regular if it was cost effective.
I hate the meat sweats when working out (plus it really smells)
But that’s just me.
It’s a good thing to be covering both bases, real meat for those who just don’t want to change, and the plant based which is gaining in popularity with younger generations.
If you are gonna follow the market for trends and future generations, health is a pretty good bet.
***
As I’ve mentioned before they have their brick and mortar restaurants, and they paid for that in their share price.
Now Jim’s all set up, all he has to do is wait as more and more people change their eating and dietary habits.
Sticking his hand into the small spots, like CBD, and franchises, cost him as well, but the setup is done.
But I don’t know, as any business goes, even if you have it all and are ready to set sail, something can always sink your ship in the port
I think we’ve seen a lot of growth from WCVC and this Illegal Burger.
6 restaurant locations, isn’t anything to scoff at.
When I took over the board, just by updating the board from the old company, to the new company, shot the price up!
Albeit there was also a lot of new information coming out as more research was done.
We’ve seen growing revenues over the past years, franchising, CBD supply line, and store front growth, not included.
We know covid hit the ENTIRE economy hard, however we are starting to see things swing back around as places open up again.
We saw a lot more health habits get picked up this year, from covid symptoms, flu, and basic hygiene practices.
(To me this improvement over medical offices is important, what with the sterile environments, and amount of people who sit in some of these rooms)
Meat is still *in* as much as covid tried to take a chunk out of it.
However we are hearing about a lot more Vegans and health conscious eaters out there.
So meat, in the future, may end up being a luxury over a staple, in which case Illegal will have a prime name for the market!
I see their posts whenever I log into Instagram *far less these days with the amount of stress I’ve had* but every time I see their posts, they got something amazing looking on the menu.
Definitely appeals to my meat eating side.
At the same time, I love the setup of some of the salads and sides they got.
I like filling meals that have variety.
So it is what it is.
I still have faith in wcvc so we shall see what happens
I think their road is legit
LOL, I actually read about that place a long awhile ago..
Those burgers look good, but not shorten your life dramatically, good.
I saw plant based meat at aldi’s I was going to buy it, but decided I’ll wait till I have some extra cash before hand!
Will be my first time trying plant based meat.
I love chocolate soy milk, and I use regular soy milk in eggs and what not, all the time.
Meats good, too much meat makes your stomach acidic..
Then you have to counter excessive meat with plant based stuff or else your stomach lining gets eaten up and you spit out blood.
A lesson I’ve been researching of late.
No body tells you about these things in day to day life, so consider how crappy you’d feel spittin out blood until your diet changes, because of your lunches everyday.
You can get away with it when your young and healthy, but the older you get, the more care you’ll want in your life..
I didn’t see the jump on the bid and ask, but maybe it’s just a warning that someone is ready to play in this pool?
I think WCVC is undervalued given the brick and mortar stores they have, plus the streams they have available revenue wise for the future.
They are ready to have some more life pumped into them, and hopefully from there it’ll take its own wings and grow.
I’m sure those Kong’s that got burned may even be pretty happy if they stay in.
Not a guaranteed thing, but it’s possible.
Covid could’ve set them up just right
LOL
Cause that sounds like a delicious burger name...
As bobs chalk board on bobs burger will tell you, good names are fundamental to selling something.
You don’t want to give any misconceptions about the burgers goodness but making it sound like it’s nothing but health food. Someone’s liable to think the burger is made of tofu, instead of just having healthy alternatives.
Are they supposed to call it illegal burgers, and just use it as a front for bank robberies?
I get what you are saying, but the name doesn’t apply a mugging with every order
They need variety, and meat prices aren’t cheap.
At the same time, if you are a restaurant fixated around healthier eating, shouldn’t your menu include something for the veggie eaters?
I’m sure there’s a lot going on.
Covid is starting to relax a bit in most areas.
At the same time, I haven’t been to concerned about Illegals moves up to now.
I’ve had a lot going on in life, and I’m just trying to figure some shiz out.
Some answers just aren’t as clear as you we like to think they are...
Proper eating and exercise does a lot.
Even if others don’t want to admit it. While we are trying to stray away from chemicals and such, proper stretching, yoga, and nutrients is gonna be what saves us.
I have seen it myself, through my own life, and although he won’t admit it, I’ve been helping someone who is getting better under the same principals.
However if he keeps it up on his own, is up to him... But I believe it may revert back to the bare minimums.
The extenuating circumstance here is, he’s a stubborn guy, so maybe he’ll continue to do it just to get back at me *one of those, I’ll show him, type of things!* (I think he’s been lying about some of his exercises... but who knows)
Illegal has a good move, CBD will become cheaper as it becomes more common place for dietary health takers, eventually THC will be legalized throughout the US and people will do their thing.
The pot market is very high during all of this, and america is always just following the money..
I support the nutrients here, I support selling CBD (supplementary to the food), and I support good burgers..
I also support yoga and stretching...
So I mean, whatever
That and THC
I agree.
CBD was illegal, THC is still largely illegal in places.
Therefore they sell and promote currently illegal health Items
Kind of like seeing rhino horn in Africa for the health effects
Being portable is a good idea for all the events that can happen.
I don’t know how well it would work out for them, as they’d have to actively be looking for high foot traffic and hungry areas to capitalize on the idea.
Most companies dont have employees who regularly try to follow through on something like this, so they need to find someone with a drive to do this specific thing outside the restaurant.
It CAN be very lucrative for business in general, but do they have the follow through to do a food truck without it going to an early death in the food truck graveyard?
If I ran into a nice clean food truck that offered burgers, salads, and various other healthy options, I’d probably be down to stop by a few times.
That’s just one side of things though. The main thing is keeping customer flow at each restaurant.
Hopefully the increased delivery stuff with covid ends up paying off.
Increased foot traffic at the restaurant level is what Jim will really be wanting to see (or plenty of delivery orders)
They would only be able to stock a few menu items in a good truck.
If they chose healthier nutrients dense food, the shelf life is usually not that great.
Food trucks can be very hit or miss.
I’m not against the idea, but it would become a question of how small should the menu be, and what should they serve.
A burger only truck would be good, but then you alienate all the healthier food menus from the truck.
You’d want to showcase the restaurants foods, not just some of them.
If you slam another food truck on the street with greasy unhealthy food, then you won’t go very far for the people changing their habits.
We all want good burgers here and there, but it can’t be alllll we eat
Guess it would depend on how it would play out.
I understand what you are saying about advertising and franchises though.
Food trucks have to be immaculate with their cleanliness, it may not be wise to step into food trucks when they are known to be cared for very poorly.
Best to leave the cooks in the kitchen when clean up is apart of the day
Probably wouldn’t make much of a difference between 50% open and being wide open at this point.
The share price will go up as more health smart investors see what’s going on.
McDonald’s goes for cheapest cost of production which severely limits the amount of vitamins and nutrients they can readily supply in their food *without going the goo route*
Wcvc is focusing on real food with real nutrients for those looking to take in what their body needs to run at 100%
Everyday we learn something new about the world, and everyday we learn something new about our health
I’m banking on the amount of people learning and caring is greater than those dismissing
I’m sure there’s all sorts of fees and penalties involved that illegal would rather not spend the money on.
Also their name is based on their CBD, and hopefully in the future, thc ingredients
Illegal burger doesn’t mean they just ignore city and state laws! Lol
I feel a lot of trust may be earned back from this falling previously in share price. I put a lot of assurance into thinking it wasn’t going to fall, and it did. Some may feel I’m a tainted source *how many people asked if I was a promoter? Come on!)
Some people probably felt burned about how I was all over hyped on finding WCVC, we kinda made a little wave back there as it was.
However my hype hasn’t gone away, I still believe in illegal burgers concept.
You can say my hype didn’t have a *flatten the curve* affect! Haha
*COVID kinda changed the sit down part of the dining in game*
But we can see that building an indoor atmosphere at this time, may end up saving a lot of money while illegal pushes on.
Jim hasn’t given us any fluff and the price has been rising.
Albeit we haven’t gotten any great news either, but who can predict that, I know I’ve effed it up a few times.
Long story short, I think everyone sees the growth potential of the idea.
Nutrients dense, delicious food, healthy options, and meat for the meat lovers.
I never wanted them to steer away from burgers, I love a good freaking burger, but I also eat a lot of healthy options when given the chance.
I believe my mind set isn’t the only one like that out there.
We are steering away from *empty carbs* for nutrients.
However, I personally, have been stressing eating the crap out of chocolates and shiz..
Life is just always changing, bound to lose your footing at some point.
The company is growing, they survived the culling of businesses hit by covid.
I have faith here.
But god knows, I’ve been wrong before!
Hopefully with this quarantine stuff getting behind us, and with WCVC taking almost no major damage, unlike a lot of companies, this may be a good time for WCVC to have shown investors they aren’t going anywhere.
Whatever happens, I’m sure illegal burger will fare better off than its past!
The fact they made it back to being open through all of this, is a great sign.
Hopefully the world doesn’t continue turning into chaos...
I hope everything is able to straighten up and move on!
The times are changing... hopefully for the better good..
But everyday we have to take the paths required to do so.
We can always take a wrong turn..
As some businesses close, it’ll give current open businesses more market share.
Give illegal burger a chance to shine as a possible star.
Just has to follow the right path with the way the world is trending
I don’t see much of a downfall getting in at these levels.
I’ve been stocking up nicely even though a few of have been playing chicken little since Jan.
I’ll be holding on long and strong
Hopefully everything they’ve been doing delivery wise brings in a lot of new faces to the restaurant!
I’m excited to see how this all plays out
I’m not too worried about what happens in a short span..
Some things take time and have to reach where they need to on their own.
Sometimes forcing what we want to come to soon ends up being what sinks us.
Just do what you feel is right and move forward from there
That’s what I’m trying to do
What goes up, must come down.
Given the lack of on hand cash companies like Green thumb has, and the amount of market share they are losing to other companies, especially with legalization for recreational hitting in Illinois, I imagine these recent losses are going to compile.
Especially since other investors have seen the wild fluctuations on the markets
Best to save your money and get out now.
The major ride on this one is over
Well with the market being the way it is, I’m not surprised we are seeing a dip.
Not really anything to freak out about, just mean a chance for someone to get in at the absolute bottom I guess.
We will see what happens as time goes on
Hopefully, but if they try to stick to one side of it, they’ll be left behind with their mountain of debt, and no one who supports their ideals
A healthy split is best, and maybe not pandering to the excessive side of things.
I hope they pull through covid alright, the economy took a heavy hit with it
I agree, and I don’t believe they should get rid of their burger side, but they shouldn’t lean so heavily on it when people are trying to steer away from empty calories that offer no real Heath benefits.
The veggies and fixings on the burgers are where all the nutrients come from.
Is the greatness of their burgers only in the meat? Or is it a mix of everything on it that helps make it into something worth while?
What about your day to day food?
Does it support you in a good way?
Do those beers they are selling offer anything beneficial besides lower ambitions and looser impulse control?
There’s a reason why the bars are shut down, there’s a reason why the meat plants have shortages
Everything Is linked together, either get with the movement or die out from failure to evolve
I understand that, and I support trying to stay afloat.
But during these times there are certain things you should be aiming for.
People are more concerned about health now, due to a virus affecting a lot of over weight and unhealthy individuals.
So why would you not support that side of the movement?
Viruses and heath complications aren’t going to be going away, and I doubt the works is going to keep heading down the path of Wall-E *unless companies keep trying to pander to excess*
These burgers look amazing, but look how big they are, how much of your daily calorie intake does one burger cover?
I support these burgers as a great, splurge once in awhile thing.
I support the alcohol as a treat for a group of friends looking to relax and hang out.
I do not support trying to push it ALL THE TIME for profits
If you want to flaunt healthy alternatives, then be about the healthy alternatives
THC and CBD sauce packs in a healthy (reasonable sized) full meat burger sounds awesome,
But hoping to create your market off of gluttony is just looking to make money in one of the worst possible ways.
I love the lock up salad idea, I like healthy delicious salads in general, nice helping of meat in there too (my taste anyways)
Nutrients dense is the way to go.
If they are hoping to be a full meat burger place on these changing times, they may want to reconsider their path
Don’t sport healthy good options if you are really just about the unhealthy gluttonous side of things (IMO)
Either they change what they are going after or I will invest my monies in a company that’s moving with the world, not against it
We shall see what happens!
So a new 8K out covering the covid delay.
On another note, I did send a text out to Jim about WCVC current marketing.
He did send a response back, as well.
I am hoping he takes my advice to heart as at the moment I don’t believe they are handling marketing as well as they should during this covid time.
If they don’t make the moves they should I may step away as an investor!
We will see what happens
There’s a lot of potential for a healthy restaurant that also has delicious burgers.
We will see what kind of person Jim really is.
He can keep going down the path he is, sporting excessively large burgers and beers
Or he can play into the health culture that is developing.
What’s the point of having plant based burgers and healthy options like salads if you don’t market it at the right times!
Ah well, we will see what he does, and in return what we all do!
Amiright!?
June 30 seems to be the new deadline for the revenues to come out, although I still don’t anticipate anything to show up on there we haven’t already seen in the last reports
LOL
I like the logic of the publicity part
Well the stay at home order will be changing to “safe at home” but soon they should be allowing restaurants to start back up.
This may kill a lot of restaurants with fancy and expensive dine in options, where the minimal dining experience may end up saving illegal burgers in operating costs.
Fancy restaurant food without paying for too much posh.
Covid seems ready to remove some larger entities creating high barriers to entry in the restaurant industry.
So yea I think things are getting interesting
Very unlikely a RS will happen unless it absolutely has to for a good reason
At the rate they are going it’s unlikely to happen ALSO because I had a conversation with Jim about the effects of a RS.
That will only occur if there is a beneficial need for it to occur.
Like maybe a franchise deal? Or perhaps some big investor swooping in?
If you are banking on an RS for no reason except dropping to no bid, well you are going to be waiting a longggggg time imo
But everyone can think what they want
At I get more free money I’ll be placing my bids in.
As I said, I feel more than comfortable with my shares and what’s going on with WCVC and the economy with covid right now.
How much did someone lose on WCVC since this circus thing started? Can’t be more than .0002 a share
The pros outweigh the cons for them
Can’t expect every day to be rock and rolling for WCVC!
If Colorado is starting to open up, we can see what the new plan of attack is going to be for WCVC market!
The impatient will be the only loser’s in the long run, imo
Good morning to you too!!
Banking on burgers?
Have you guys watched the news lately? I mean, aside from the regular covid stuff, a lot of millennial changes are being made to dating, social media, and other habits.
Bar bouncers are detoxing and getting fit.
Guys are focusing more on gym routines without being *pompous* about it
Shifts are happening all around us.
Starbucks, McDonald’s, and other places may get pretty good runs for their money.
Hell even farmers are selling to people again, rather than industries.
What changes are you hoping for?
Cool beans kiddo!
If you can’t see the value in their market... well that’s on you
Are you in or out?
Go WCVC!
Lol clearly a response from someone who doesn’t understand the meaning of being *woke*
If beef prices go up, just like candy, the market will shift towards other items as replacements.
Like if soda prices go up, sales tend to increase in other beverages, such as tea.
If meat prices keep going up, then fast food places will raise their prices, in return less people will eat out.
On the home meal side, if meat prices go up then we will see other foods come in to take their place.
We are going through a recession with covid right now, if you think eating habits are going to stay the same... then I can only assume you are a gen x or older.
Or you a millennial who has no idea how fads and habits change with the economy.
It doesn’t matter to me, if you have shares here’s and want to sell off, go for it. Gives me the chance to pick up more shares as I get more money coming in.
If you are stocking up here, well this is going to be a long haul move.
I see larger places, Arby’s, Wendy’s, etc struggling a lot more than places with the healthier alternatives that offer a more varied health menu.
You can stay in the old times, or join us in the new times.
If I didn’t think WCVC was going to make it, there’s a million pot companies I could throw money at.
I just really think this has large potential with the way markets are shifting.
Believe me or not, I don’t really care bucko’
