"So who exactly is Jamie, with Novak Capital, the new IR person for Drake Gold? She left me a message a couple of hours ago.
Sounds about 12 years old. Anybody else get a message or know
what this is all about?
Close at .006...not exactly reassuring!"
Hi.
Jamie is one of novaks (aka clayton) personal assistants, who is also in charge of IR for DKGR specifically. While she may sound young(12 as you put it) she is very know ledged in the goings on of DKGR. And answers questions to the best of her abilities with out stepping over the line into insider info. Much as Brandon before her. Part of her job is to contact investors, just as Brandon did.
Having met her personally, She is not only sweet in disposition, but very intelligent and as time goes on may give clayton a bit of competition…hehehe....
(Disclaimer: last part if indeed clayton ever reads the forum, was for fun and in no way suggests that Jamie is gunning for his job....or does it hehehehe)
James

Been doing well on trsi

ValCom, Inc., is a diversified and vertically integrated entertainment company. ValCom, Inc., through its operating divisions and subsidiaries, creates and operates full-service facilities that accommodate film, television and commercial productions. Its four divisions are comprised of studio, film and television, camera/equipment rentals, and broadcast television.
The Company's business approach is driven by a shared desire among its principals to create a viable alternative to the cumbersome and often inefficient business practices of Hollywood's major studios. In contrast to the studio process, the Company will be:
* Project-driven. The Company's investment and growth will occur on a strict "as-needed" basis, with projects initiated only when their commercial prospects are reasonably assured and the investment risk is minimized.
* Economical. Management will exercise rigorous control over the Company's costs, both at the corporate overhead level and the individual project level. Necessary expenditures will be made only where the expected financial returns on investment are attractive. The Company will refrain from engaging in costly bidding wars for talent or material.
* Talent-friendly. The Company's principals recognize that success in the filmed entertainment industry is driven largely by the ability to attract top quality creative talent. Management will draw upon its extensive relationships with talent and strive to create a culture that is attractive to and supportive of writers, directors and actors.
* Responsive. The major studios' size and numerous layers of bureaucracy can often make the project decision-making process slow and unwieldy. The Company will differentiate itself and keep costs down by streamlining this process. Management will take hands-on responsibility for personally reading scripts and evaluating projects quickly and minimizing the bureaucracy and "turnaround" time for making decisions. The Company's close collaboration with its producers will enable it to prevent catastrophic cost overruns such as those that occur with larger studio films.
The newest jewel in the ValCom, Inc. crown is ValCom Studios, located in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada just minutes from the Vegas "strip". ValCom Studios is the only major studio complex in the booming production market of Las Vegas. This facility is managed by veteran studio developer Vince Vellardita. Amenities will include:

* 7.5 Acres of land
* 160,000 square feet of commercial space
* Scenedock/mill space
* Broadcast production facilities
* Camera/Lighting rentals

* Secured lot parking spaces
* A prime location for film and television productions of all sizes

Channel, of course, describes all avenues you use to sell and deliver your products and services to your end customers. Your channel may be direct or indirect sales forces, distributors, Other Equipment Manufacturers, Value Adder Resellers, catalog, internet, telemarketing, etc. Initiating a new channel strategy takes understanding the market, understanding the sales process, and knowing the players. Then the art comes in putting the channels in place so they do not create channel conflict.
Managing existing channels is challenging, especially where there has been consolidation, price wars, lack of regional service, conflicting sales teams, product commoditization, increasing costs, and lower revenues. Sound familiar?

Corporate Summary
ImageXpres Corporation
ImageXpres Corporation (OTCBB: Pink Sheets: IMJX ) is a digital imaging solutions, software development, and digital printing company founded in 1999 and headquartered in Rochester, NY. With a full suite of internet-based imaging applications and specialty products, IMJX is currently positioned to capitalize on the rapidly growing $50 billion digital imaging/information and on-demand print industries market, primarily via internet-centric e-commerce solutions and IP broadband telecommunications channels.
ImageXpres offers an ever-expanding family of unique, custom-designed photographic-quality printed products for commercial and consumer applications. Additionally, as more firms are requiring digital multimedia services to promote, advertise and operate their businesses in the global online marketplace, ImageXpres is now developing and selling a portfolio of new digital imaging and communications software services.
These products and services will be globally marketed, sold and distributed over the internet via www.ImageXpres.com. Augmenting the internet-based business model is an expanding network of ImageXpres free-standing imaging/print Kiosks that offer consumers convenient customer service and order fulfillment. The ImageXpres Digital iPrint Kiosks are all broadband connected, creating a WiFi gateway for mobile phones, PDAs, and notebook PCs, thus supporting a wide range of business services in addition to the primary imaging applications.
Furthermore, IMJX Kiosks are differentiated from the standard photo kiosks prevalent in consumer photographic retail centers, providing large format prints up to 24"x 36" size, as well as color laser output for business documents. Wholesale fulfillment for iPrint Kiosk customers is enabled via high-speed connections to ImageXpres imaging/printing fulfillments centers, thus providing ImageXpres iPrint Kiosk owner/operators significantly higher ROI, as well as a broader range of online services available for its walk-up customers.
Since its inception the Company has recognized the value in providing digital imaging / information solutions as a core competency, to enable continuous product differentiation in a competitive marketplace. Thus the ImageXpres software development team is focused on developing and commercializing total software solutions, as evidenced by its family of digital iPrint Kiosks, now being sold into the U.S. retail and hospitality markets. ImageXpres has demonstrated the ability to rapidly and cost-effectively develop custom applications with a focus on vertical imaging/printing markets. Furthermore, IMJX is now entering the dynamic high growth IP market with an eye towards integration of its imaging capability with other POS information services.
The Company is now providing the basis for an image telecommunications platform that promises a range of new (ASP) hosted business applications and revenue streams. The Company's internet-connected iPrint Kiosks, and Medical Imaging solutions systems are just two exciting opportunities being developed by IMJX. Plans are in place to roll out a variety of new digital services via the iPrint Kiosk product line, including digital VoIP phone service for walk-up customers looking for low-cost phone call capability while traveling, or as an alternative to more expensive cell phone charges.
Thus the Company is poised for significant revenue and earnings growth in the commercial imaging and printing markets, and select vertical, image-intensive market segments like medical imaging.
Digital Retail Print Kiosks: The Company manufactures advanced digital imaging kiosks that are designed to take advantage of the growing market for on-demand printing services. The ImageXpres iPrint Kiosks are intended for placement in retail and commercial locations and are able to handle a full range of print sizes, formats, and designs. IMJX configures and manufactures kiosks, and also outsources certain hardware models from noted suppliers in the broad kiosk market. The Company will incorporate its IP solutions in with the kiosks; creating a powerful imaging center that can be used to access IMJXs other off-site services for generating additional revenue for owner/operators. Average realized revenue from the sale of these units is expected to exceed $25,000 each, with additional revenue streams coming from service fees, product supplies, and wholesale fulfillment services over the life of the kiosks. Current pricing for ImageXpres iPrint Kiosks range from approximately $12,000 to the high-end iPrint 8000 Kiosk priced at $30,000 fully-loaded.
Medical Imaging Solutions: The ImageXpres Medical iPrint Kiosk is an interactive digital imaging/print platform that provides a range of output print options for physicians, hospital staff, patients and consumers. The on demand print capability of the ImageXpres Medical iPrint Kiosk includes extremely high quality (color laser) paper prints of medical diagnostic and referral imagery.
IMJX has plans to bundle its multimedia product solutions in with the kiosks, creating a revolutionary product that will not only give medical professionals in the same hospital wireless imaging and voice connectivity, but will also allow them to cost-effectively connect to colleagues worldwide
IMJX is marketing the Digital iPrint Kiosks along with iPrint Solution One, a medical imaging solution that incorporates a print server, Aycan medical software, and a Xerox M24 printer, producing near x-ray film quality images on plain paper at cost reductions of up to 90% compared to film images.
IMJX has previously selected Strong Value Group (Weston, FL) as its exclusive US distributor of ImageXpres Medical iPrint Kiosks and Print Solution One units.

In addition to delivering digital photo prints in sizes ranging from 4" x 6" snapshots to poster-size prints up to 24" x 36", the enhanced ImageXpres Digital iPrint Kiosks will provide users a range of internet-connected Point-Of-Sale services, including surfing the web, sending and receiving e-mails, photos, and documents, and online shopping. These new online services and digital functionality will be incorporated into all ImageXpres iPrint Kiosk models such as the iPrint 8000, iPrint 4000, and iPrint 2000 Kiosks.
John Zankowski, President and CEO of ImageXpres, commented, "The launch of ImageXpres' Digital iPrint Kiosks with online multimedia functionality enhances the utility of the iPrint Kiosks for owner/operators and end users alike. The new services offered by ImageXpres' digital kiosks results in a much stronger value proposition for potential kiosk locations such as hotels, convenience stores, and vacation destination spots, greatly expanding the relevant market size for our differentiated digital kiosk product line.
"We believe our differentiated digital kiosks can be sold to thousands of new locations as a result of their enhanced functionality, greater appeal to consumers, and ultimately, higher return on investment to owner/operators. We have put major resources into the product line, and expect major sales growth in the immediate future. You will be hearing much more about this product line and ImageXpres' marketing efforts in this area in the coming weeks."
The first ImageXpres Digital iPrint Kiosks to incorporate the online multimedia functionality will be installed and serviced by ImageXpres of Georgia, the company's Atlanta-based kiosk distributor. The initial install will be at the Discover Mills Mall in Atlanta, Ga. Wayne Hunt, President of ImageXpres of Georgia, says, "The new features of the Digital iPrint 8000 Kiosk are ideal for the thousands of consumers shopping at Discover Mills Mall each day. The ability to print photos, posters, send and receive e-mail, shop online, and print documents, to name a few, will be very strong, and will result in greater sales revenue per day, and more services for consumers. We anticipate hundreds of orders for the new ImageXpres Digital iPrint Kiosks, to businesses and retailers looking for new ways to generate increased revenues and profits."
ROCHESTER, NY, Jul 19, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- ImageXpres Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMJX), a digital imaging and printing solutions provider, today announced it has terminated its plans to acquire PRG Systems, Inc, an IT solutions provider, and instead will focus the Company on the growth of its core digital imaging systems. The Company had previously announced that its Board of Directors had approved the acquisition of PRG pending the approval of ImageXpres' shareholders.
ImageXpres management cited several factors for the modified stance, including substantial dilution of IMJX shareholders resulting from the merger, inability of PRG to meet the terms and conditions of the merger agreement, and projected strength of the IMJX core digital imaging business. IMJX management believes this new position and strategic focus will result in greater shareholder value creation in the long-term, and significantly greater market penetration and sales revenue related to its cutting-edge digital multimedia kiosks now being marketed and sold in the U.S.
ROCHESTER, NY, Jul 25, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- ImageXpres Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMJX) announced today that the Company has expanded its LitePix Image Display product line, previously announced in April 2006. The LitePix(TM) Digital Display product line is part of the Company's goal of developing and commercializing digital imaging and solutions that create high value and unique benefits for customers who use images in their work and at home. We believe ImageXpres' LitePix(TM) Digital Displays, and iMedia Software, will provide retail customers a cost-effective vehicle for the creation of high-impact advertising signage, that can be changed virtually instantaneously, with the net result being significantly increased Point-of-Sale business and profits."
The LitePix Digital Display product line incorporates proprietary design, illuminating technology, and low cost fabrication processes, to enable a variety of ruggedized, very bright LCD digital displays at attractive market prices. The reasonably priced products, available in a variety of display screen sizes, open up large POS retail market opportunities for ImageXpres. The Company has already made initial sales to several market niches, including convenience stores, hotels, and athletic clubs, and expects significant sale revenues from the LitePix products this year and into the future.

ROCHESTER, NY, Aug 08, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- ImageXpres Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMJX), a digital imaging and printing systems solutions provider, announced today that the Company has entered into a business partnership with WebRaiser Technologies, Inc., the leader in software for the self-service economy, to co-develop new generation multimedia / photo kiosks that will be marketed and serviced by ImageXpres.
The agreement between the two companies provides for the integration of WebRaiser's award-winning VendiPix self-service photo processing software, with ImageXpres' family of iPrint Digital Kiosks. The joint effort by the two companies will result in a U.S. wide deployment of internet-enabled digital photo kiosks, with enhanced online POS retail functionality. The ImageXpres iPrint Digital kiosks, powered by VendiPix software, will feature new digital consumer on-demand fulfillment services, tailored to specific market segments such as specialty retail, convenience stores, hotels and hospitals.
The first units with the new functionality are being installed this month at several pilot locations, including a Chevron / Texaco convenience store in Atlanta, GA, a major hotel chain, and a medical hospital in the northeast U.S.
John Zankowski, President and CEO of ImageXpres, commented, "WebRaiser is the perfect partner for ImageXpres, because they bring the highest levels of self-service expertise and kiosk industry credibility to the photo kiosk world. Integrating our combined technologies into the ImageXpres iPrint Digital Kiosk product line should create a new industry standard for online digital photo kiosks. If we take into account digital photo processing speed and quality, along with kiosk reliability and scalability, we believe our iPrint Digital Kiosk, with the VendiPix software engine, is the photo kiosk that resellers, retailers, and consumers have been waiting for."
WebRaiser's VendiSoft software development environment is at the heart of VendiPix. The software suite includes an advanced kiosk operating system, infrastructure for remote device management and a flexible merchandising and promotions platform retailers can use to generate higher ROI's. ImageXpres' digital kiosks can now be networked together so that a regional or national retailer can have a centralized control and monitoring of their digital photo processing business. Unique remote management capabilities assures that retail locations are always up, running, and generating revenue. A by product of the connected device network is updated content and product promotions on a local, regional, or network wide basis. Remote management also tracks on-board supplies -- such as paper and toner -- and automatically triggers restocking alerts. This capability is critical to ImageXpres' underlying strategy of generating continual profits from consumables and ongoing services, both for the Company and its kiosk owner / operator customers.
"We are very excited to be working with ImageXpres Corporation to develop digital imaging kiosks that deliver exciting new services and product fulfillment to consumers," says Gary deBlaquiere, WebRaiser's VP of Business Development. "We are pleased that ImageXpres has chosen WebRaiser's award-winning VendiPix software to power its growing family of iPrint Digital Kiosks. VendiPix represents the next generation of photo/imaging kiosk software that combines our unmatched self-service architecture, advanced kiosk operating system, and remote device management infrastructure. Previous generations of photo kiosks produced limited profits for resellers, because they only delivered one-half of the solution. The ImageXpres iPrint Digital Kiosk, powered by WebRaiser's VendiPix software, is the first complete multimedia solution that responds to the demands of resellers, retailers and consumers."

Hey Board FHAL!!!! Everything that Mr. Harris said in the interview can be found just looking through the fillings and PR's . All hard copy. On top of that we have the interview to verify. And I have the original wave file I recorded. If I ever need it. SO no stress here. I am happy!!!!!!!!!
Key points in my head:
10Q Harris wanted out by Monday, but thinks by Wednesday.
NASDAQ Harris wants to be on it in 45 days but thinks 50-60 days is more realistic.
Defense contacts in the works worth billions?
Will not be using an IR firm. No pumping from firms is good, who often own shares until they get the price they want. IMO
14 sub company’s with others already in the works
After merger is complete by SEC terms (even with Harris saying it’s complete), they will began PR’s on the company’s plans and the sub company’s
