Furthermore, IMJX Kiosks are differentiated from the standard photo kiosks prevalent in consumer photographic retail centers, providing large format prints up to 24"x 36" size, as well as color laser output for business documents. Wholesale fulfillment for iPrint Kiosk customers is enabled via high-speed connections to ImageXpres imaging/printing fulfillments centers, thus providing ImageXpres iPrint Kiosk owner/operators significantly higher ROI, as well as a broader range of online services available for its walk-up customers.

Since its inception the Company has recognized the value in providing digital imaging / information solutions as a core competency, to enable continuous product differentiation in a competitive marketplace. Thus the ImageXpres software development team is focused on developing and commercializing total software solutions, as evidenced by its family of digital iPrint Kiosks, now being sold into the U.S. retail and hospitality markets. ImageXpres has demonstrated the ability to rapidly and cost-effectively develop custom applications with a focus on vertical imaging/printing markets. Furthermore, IMJX is now entering the dynamic high growth IP market with an eye towards integration of its imaging capability with other POS information services.
The Company is now providing the basis for an image telecommunications platform that promises a range of new (ASP) hosted business applications and revenue streams. Digital Retail Print Kiosks: The Company manufactures advanced digital imaging kiosks that are designed to take advantage of the growing market for on-demand printing services. The ImageXpres iPrint Kiosks are intended for placement in retail and commercial locations and are able to handle a full range of print sizes, formats, and designs. IMJX configures and manufactures kiosks, and also outsources certain hardware models from noted suppliers in the broad kiosk market. The Company will incorporate its IP solutions in with the kiosks; creating a powerful imaging center that can be used to access IMJXs other off-site services for generating additional revenue for owner/operators. Average realized revenue from the sale of these units is expected to exceed $25,000 each, with additional revenue streams coming from service fees, product supplies, and wholesale fulfillment services over the life of the kiosks. Current pricing for ImageXpres iPrint Kiosks range from approximately $12,000 to the high-end iPrint 8000 Kiosk priced at $30,000 fully-loaded.

Medical Imaging Solutions: The ImageXpres Medical iPrint Kiosk is an interactive digital imaging/print platform that provides a range of output print options for physicians, hospital staff, patients and consumers. The on demand print capability of the ImageXpres Medical iPrint Kiosk includes extremely high quality (color laser) paper prints of medical diagnostic and referral imagery.

IMJX has plans to bundle its multimedia product solutions in with the kiosks, creating a revolutionary product that will not only give medical professionals in the same hospital wireless imaging and voice connectivity, but will also allow them to cost-effectively connect to colleagues worldwide

IMJX is marketing the Digital iPrint Kiosks along with iPrint Solution One, a medical imaging solution that incorporates a print server, Aycan medical software, and a Xerox M24 printer, producing near x-ray film quality images on plain paper at cost reductions of up to 90% compared to film images.
