That's my price target for my core position, $10. I am fully expecting to wait a while on those but honestly, the way this looks to be setting up it could come quicker than we think. Extremely common to see stocks in this sector spike 100x revenue. Just $6.5 million in revenue would create a $10 move based on that type of valuation and I suspect they are looking way beyond 6.5.
As far as the financing goes I think there are several possibilities that may have much less impact on the share structure.
One is that the new law established in Colombia allows cannabis companies access to conventional banking establishments. Something that can not be done in the US. Being that OWP's assets are all based in Colombia there is a possibility of more conventional borrowing based on them.
The second is Stellantis. They have specifically said that connecting with financial resources is part of their supplier development program and they have also stated that they have set aside over $30 billion to develop their EV line.
The last one would be Isiah Thomas being added to the board of directors at United Wholesale Morgage. UWM is sitting on $1 billion in cash, did $329 million in net sales Q3, and has stated diversification plans. I look at the other 8 board members and can see their direct contribution to UWM but Thomas' role is not quite clear, not yet anyway.
As I said in a previous post, according to the new website, OWP is looking to offer financing options to its customers. We know they don't have the resources to offer that at this point so it has to be coming from someone else. Whoever that is is likely going to be funding OWP directly as well.
6 months is Feb 12, "within 6 months" is any day now on the completion of the processing facility. The 948 hectares in "sustainable" hemp grow is lining up nicely with the facility going live.
$OWPC
And that's not including the 948 hectares, 2,300 acres, of co-oped grow they just revealed. With that, the potential revenue here is well into 9 figures. Each acre of outdoor grow can produce 22 gallons of oil and 2.5 to 3 tons of biomass in one cycle, with 3 cycles per year.
Like watching a lit fuse!
Stellantis just struck a huge deal with Amazon yesterday. That company is talking nothing but sustainability. For One World Products to be chosen to develop and supply their bio-plastics is truly amazing. The market is grossly undervaluing this relationship between Stellantis and OWP, IMO.
Lit fuse!
$OWPC
This was before Isiah stepped in but in has been referred to in later PRs.
via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- One World Pharma Inc. (OTC: OWPC), “OWP,” a fully licensed pure-play cannabis and hemp ingredient producer in Colombia, today announced the upcoming launch of the cannabis industry’s first ‘Cannabis Futures’ program at their growing operations in Colombia. OWP’s program is designed to support and fuel projected global cannabis industry growth by allowing manufacturers to fix their price in advance for cannabis and hemp derived ingredients produced by OWP at space specifically allocated to each specific manufacturer at OWP’s cultivation facilities in Colombia. The commoditized approach to sourcing hemp and cannabis ingredients anticipates and recognizes the natural maturity of the legal cannabis market and offers manufacturers of consumer-packaged goods (CPG) an easy way to enter the cannabis products market with a consistent supply of ingredients and predictable pricing.
With the cannabis industry predicted to continue to rapidly expand, scalability is an imperative in cannabis. One World Pharma believes that the future of cannabis is as a commodity, similar to coffee beans or orange juice where ideal ingredients are grown and sold to major consumer brands. While other cannabis companies have focused on being vertical plays spanning from seed to customer-facing dispensaries, One World Pharma is a pure-play cannabis business focused on one thing- supplying high quality hemp and cannabis derived ingredients to consumer brands. The upcoming launch of its Cannabis Futures program will provide these brands with predictable pricing for consistent, high-quality cannabis ingredients that allow them to keep their retail product offering consistent both in the deliverable and pricing.
“At its core, One World Pharma isn’t just a cannabis company, we’re an ingredients company,” said Chief Executive Officer, Craig Ellins. “Cannabis is now a commodity just like coffee or soybeans. We’re not interested in competing with the big players getting into branded cannabis products. Instead, we want to supply and enable them. Our Cannabis Futures program will provide major beverage companies, foods companies, cosmetic companies and any other enterprise looking to combine cannabis-based ingredients with their product offering with a streamlined path to enter the cannabis market.”
The Futures program will allow One World Pharma’s customers to commit to purchase a fixed amount of hemp and cannabis derived ingredients that will be grown and processed specifically to their unique requirements on land exclusively dedicated to them. This will allow One World Pharma to offer these customers a predetermined, consistent price for this future product. Customers will be able to lock in stable pricing while One World Pharma will be able to more accurately predict its own recurring revenue and optimize its growing operations.
In the future, One World Pharma believes that this model could lead to the development of a global cannabis commodities exchange. “We want to be part of creating the long-term global financial and supply chain structures for the cannabis industry,” said Ellins. “Partnership is one of our core values and the foundation of our socially responsible practices. We believe that strong infrastructure and systems will benefit the entire industry.”
One World Pharma’s socially responsible partnerships with indigenous communities and local farmers in Colombia will offer scalability to support its Cannabis Futures program and service the needs of large manufacturers, while blending ancestral techniques with state-of-the-art technology in one of the most ideal cannabis-growing locations in the world.
$OWPC
A lot is about to come. I want to know how they are going to offer financing to their customers and who is behind that.
The futures concept is unique, customer financing would be extremely unique in this sector.
$OWPC
Considering everything that has happened with the company since last year at this time and that it went to $1 then I would say 1000-2000% is very possible from this PPS.
They look to be ready to go, business-wise.
Just some of what has happened since last years move...
The CEO, Isiah Thomas, invested $3,000,000 in preferred shares with .15 conversion.
OWP put an 80%, 1.2 million, down payment on a large volume processing facility. Construction began on the 1rst of August with completion within 6 months.
OWP was chosen to be part of a supplier development program by Stellantis with the goal of bringing OWP up to a level where they can handle large-scale supply demands.
Isiah Thomas became the director of the board and through his investment and that of Isaiah international now has a controlling interest in the company.
In addition to Minyon Moore, ex-advisor to Bill Clinton and a powerful voice in the political world, John Sally and Montel Williams were also added to the advisory board. Both have CBD-related interests and Montel is a very connected and vocal advocate for the sector.
OWP greatly expanded their inside grow operations on the 31 acres they own and have contracted outdoor operations of 948 hectares making them the largest cannabis company in terms of possible production in Colombia by far. (Cleaver Leaves operates indoor grow of 41 acres and 90 hectares of outdoor grow in Portugal) for example.
There is more but I think it is safe to say they are set up for a nice move here as they look to have set up for major operations to begin this year.
OWPC!!
I saw that. Pitch deck and prospectus coming.
Yes, and approximately 22 gallons of oil and 2-3 tons of fiber production per acre, per harvest. 3 harvests a year.
Plus 31 acres of covered THC and CBD grow for flower, distillate, isolate, and oil as well.
OWP saying that these acres/farmers are 100% sustainable in reference to job creation says to me they have solid buyers and contracts lined up to keep them busy.
I was planning on putting some estimates together this weekend but obviously, we are looking at some serious revenue potential here.

Happy Holidays. We have some good things coming here. One of the worst tax seasons I've seen in the OTC coming to an end. I guess that's the price we pay for huge runs across the board at the beginning of the year. Betting we see a very nice move here in Q1.
OWPC!!
You may have just noticed but the authorized shares have been 300 million for over two years. It's in the filings. This is from the 2019 10-k. The Company is authorized to issue an aggregate of 300,000,000 shares of common stock with a par value of $0.001. As of December 31, 2019...
Nothing has changed.
OWPC!!
May have identified the buyer, or a buyer, for the One World Products/Stellantis supply chain. Remember OWP has stated that
"One World Products was selected by Stellantis to develop and supply hemp-based bioplastic solutions for interior and exterior components."
Check this out.
Isiah Thomas was recently added to the board of directors at UWM Holdings...
https://investors.uwm.com/governance/board-of-directors/default.aspx
Why would Isiah Thomas be on the board of a mortgage company?
Well, in September of 2020 SFS holdings Corporation took commanding control of UWM with a 93+% stake in the company. Get to SFS in a minute but look at the financials of UWM...
$329.9 million in net, NET, income, and Thomas was added to the board! Again keep in mind that UWM is a holding of SFS Holdings.
SFS's primary business is injection moldings. With 9 locations globally and 600 employees at the US location, they are supplying parts globally for everything from cell phones to airplanes.
https://www.sfs.com/ch/en/products-technologies/technologies/injection-moulding-technology.html
Of course, it's the automotive industry that is the current focus for OWP.
This company seems to be on top of new technology and if Stellantis is looking to move away from petroleum and into bio-plastics for their parts they look like they could easily handle the transition.
Start putting the pieces together and this is looking to be much larger than even I was originally thinking.
OWP has an exclusive relationship with FEDECORE giving them access to over 1 million acres of hemp growth.
OWP has been chosen to supply the hemp needs for Stellantis' interior and exterior parts.
OWP chairmen and CEO now sits on the board of international molding manufacture.
The only piece of the puzzle that is missing, in my eyes, is the ability to prepare and process the hemp for use in moldings but when you are rubbing shoulders and on the board of multi-billion dollar companies it will likely not be much of an issue getting the needed financing for, what my guess would be, an acquisition of a facility able to handle the processing end.
I know I will be right here for whatever is coming.
OWPC!!
One of Stellantis' 13 chosen companies in the black supplier development program just landed a 27 million dollar contract with the city of Detroit to begin Jan 1rst.
The company, Ace Petroleum, is only 2 years old.
1 down 12 to go. Our time is coming folks!
OWPC!!
Thomas said that the "company will grow hemp in Colombia and ship it in pellet form for use in moldings".
Doesn't take a whole lot of research to know that in order for "hemp" pellets to be used in moldings it involves mixing the hemp with some kind of polymer and obviously being pressed into pellet form.
There are only a handful of companies doing this in the US and I could only find one that produces the type of volume that would come close to supporting an automaker's conversion from oil-based to bioplastics. There are even fewer companies in Colombia, primarily in the Bogata area.
My point here is that OWP does not currently appear to be set up for this type of processing. The new large-scale facility, which should be getting close to completion, is for processing flowers, oil, distillates, and isolates. A whole different ballgame.
With no mention yet of a facility to process pellets I have to wonder if an acquisition isn't being looked at. The pilot program with Stellantis is set to run through the first quarter 2022 and the goal is to have OWP ready to support large-scale supply demands by that time. I can't see another way to get there unless they are doing some major expansion on the facility at Popayan.
Thinking maybe the delay in the new website might be linked to this type of action that would further define the company.
Regardless, looking forward to watching this unfold. Ready to move from development to implementation!
OWPC!!
Colombia has had some very strict rules as far as cannabis goes. You need not only multiple licences but quotas to cultivate process, and ultimately export finished goods. OWP has jumped through all the hoops so far and the changes made this past summer are supposed to open up the markets but everyone has kinda been waiting to see if they will truly open things up or just continue to hold the market back with regulatory burdens.
The direction the company is now taking with supplying biomass for alternative plastics bypasses a whole lot of bureaucracy but it is not nearly as lucrative unless you have access to large scale. Through their partnership with FEDECORE, OWP should have what they need but the quotas for high THC, distillates, oils, and isolates are extremely profitable so it would be nice to see that happen as well.
OWPC!!
I read the ruling on the Colombian approval for flower export last week. There were a lot of changes made. One was that any cultivator will be guaranteed to receive a quota within 2 years of being licenced and once every year thereafter.
OWP should be receiving one very soon as they were licensed in 2019.
Another change was that any company that has an existing non-psychoactive license does not need to receive a quota for the export of raw material for commercial use. Any company applying for non-psychoactive cultivation has to wait 6 months.
This means OWP can begin exporting raw hemp material as soon as they have a buyer as they already had that license.
Just a couple of things that seemed relevant to OWPC.
Don't have an answer. Shares have remained unchanged for quite a while now and any new loan would be 8ked. It would not be the first time I've seen pps act ass backwards from what I would expect but I can pretty confidently say, it will not last. A couple of things of note. last week I hit CFGN for the 10k they were showing on ask and only got filled 600 shares, they immediately jumped above the next 2 asks. Also on every news release, the ask has been stacked. Looks to me like someone does not want this moving right now but who knows really.
OWPC!!
Here are some links to the Stellantis' Press release and some more highlights from what the supplier development program is looking to do.
First and foremost it is not just OWP saying that they have been chosen to supply Stellantis. That is the opportunity that Stellantis is saying the chosen companies will be given...
It will run through the first quarter of 2022. The first phase will be part of a larger program to develop Black suppliers to gain contracting and procurement opportunities in multiple industries.
Harris explained that the pilot program allows the NBL and Stellantis to test the framework and platform modules with the pilot participants. They were selected from hundreds of applicants to be part of the inaugural collective. “Those firms will gain direct opportunities to sell goods, commodities, and services to Stellantis, something that would be normally difficult without the effort.”
https://www.blackenterprise.com/stellantis-and-national-business-league-launch-development-program-with-13-businesses-in-pilot-phase/
This program is also looking to give resource aid to these companies...
Its resource marketplace will also provide access to capital, mentorship and executive coaching, supplier training and development, bid posting, matchmaking, supply chain solutions, talent placement and acquisition, and more.
https://www.autoconnectedcar.com/2021/06/1st-black-supplier-development-from-stellantis-national-business-league/#:~:text=The%20Stellantis-NBL%20National%20Black%20Supplier%20Development%20Program%20will,the%20federal%20government%20and%20public%20and%20private%20sectors.
Being a pilot program and with a goal to expand the concept to other fortune 500 companies two things are likely, one, that the inaugural 13 companies, including One World Products, chosen have a strong likelihood of success as they will be held as examples to other companies and two that Stellantis and NBL are going to do all they can to ensure their success for the same reason.
OWPC!!
Stellaris made clear both the problem and the goal of their supplier development program.
They stated the problem of these companies being that "most do not have the capacity, scope, and scale to meet the demands of future contracting and procurement opportunities with Fortune 500 companies and the federal government."
13 companies have been chosen to participate in the pilot program and One World Products, the only hemp company included, has been chosen to supply the raw material for Stellantis' bioplastic needs.
The goal of this program is not simply to use these companies as suppliers but to help them develop and prepare for the demand that they currently are not prepared for.
The goal is that by the end of quarter one 2022, the chosen companies will be able to sustainably meet the specific supply-demand. They have stated the needed material and it is huge, way beyond anything OWP could handle right now but that is the whole point of the Supplier Development Program to get the company ready.
It is going to be a transformative few months here.
OWPC!!
My only question is whether Isiah International will reverse merge into this or does One World Products remain as a subsidiary of IT. If you go to https://www.isiahinternational.com/ One World Products is front and center.
OWPC!!
How does a developmental company like One World Products land a bioplastic supply deal with Stellantis, one of the largest auto manufacturers in the world, and an estimated raw material need of 30,000 tons?
FEDECORE! The Colombian Federation of Regional Councils which represents 1,030 municipalities in Colombia and through their partnership with One World Products provides stated access to up to a million acres of growable land. That's how!
The needed acreage to produce 30,000 tons of raw hemp per year is approximately 8,500.
30,000 tons, 60,000,000 pounds, at a current average price of raw hemp at $2.35 per pound is $141,000,000.
Not only would this represent huge revenue for OWP but for hundreds of local Colombian farmers and thousands of their employees as well.
One World Products, Stellantis, FEDECORE. Best pay attention here!

Look at what the CEO of Stellantis just said, and did!
Tavares has accelerated Stellantis' electric vehicle development, committing 30 billion euros through 2025 to developing new electric vehicle architectures, building battery plants, and investing in raw materials and new technology.
On Tuesday, Stellantis said it had invested in solid-state battery startup Factorial alongside German automaker Daimler AG (DAIGn.DE).
"We can invest more and go deeper in the value chain," Tavares said. "There may be other (investments) in the near future."
These folks are on a green mission and looking for value. What better way than to work with a start-up.
Mercedes, BMW, and others already implementing hemp-based plastics in their EVs.
I think there is a very strong possibility that they may step in with funding here as they are doing with these other startups. The relationship is already established, OWP has been selected, but there is no way OWP could handle this type of account without some serious financing and that's where Stellantis would gain their value, financing the scale-up for below-market cost on raw material. Win, win.
OWPC!!
This is going to be fun. The website for the domain name oneworldproducts.com was updated in August of 2021. The initiation of a large-scale refinery was announced in August of 2021. Vahé Gabriel was set to take the role as COO in October but that was moved up and he took the position in August of 2021.
A little over a month later Stellantis and OWP announce a developmental partnership.
Now confirmation that OWP has been chosen to develop and produce hemp biomass for the production of bioplastics to use in their vehicles.
I don't think getting the quota for non-psychoactive hemp biomass will be an issue at all. The only issue I see is how to scale up to what will be needed to fully supply Stellaris.
Possible that Stellantis could get involved in funding the needed expansion since it would ultimately be in their own best interest.
The market may not see it quite yet but I would say that the $1 high of this year will be easily overtaken in 2022, likely early as quotas coming the first of the year and the facility is set for completion no later than February which OWP has said will immediately begin production upon completion.
OWPC!!
JP morgan predicting $190 barrel oil is coming. The global green movement wants it that way. The Biden administration is talking about bankrupting the small oil companies like it's a good thing.
What does that mean to a company like OWP? Hemp-derived bioplastics are superior to oil-based plastics in many ways, the problem has always been the cost. With oil prices rising this is balancing out the two. Not much higher and bioplastics will be a cheaper option than oil-based plastics. At $190 a barrel, it would definitely be a better option by far.
Isiah may be ahead of the game here with the relationship established with Stellantis. They said the average automaker would need 30,000 tons of biomass. At an average of $2.35 a pound that's over $141,000,000 for Stellantis alone.
If you listened to the investor presentation last year they said they have 30 acres they currently own and 110 acres of exclusive use. That can produce over 1,000,000 lbs per year. They also said they have access to up to 1,000,000 acres. 8,400 acres would be needed to supply a company like Stellantis with the biomass needed.
EV, solar, and lithium have all made huge moves in anticipation of our changing world. The bioplastics market may be next. Plastics are projected to be a $750 billion market by 2028 and if oil prices continue to rise the demand for biomass will be immense.
This may be the reason for the current name change, targeting these emerging markets.
OWPC!!
I don't know if Isiah will combine the two companies but it looks like that may be the plan. Not much more to go and Isiah/Isiah International will have a controlling interest here. The preferred and commons are around 48% but the current warrants held by Thomas would push that over 50%.
They are definitely looking to utilize the whole plant.
OWPC!!
How did it get there in the first place is my question. One thing to accidentally hit the newswire but to get on the companies email service seems a bit much. Maybe they are a connected service. Maybe just a company looking for a little attention, OWUV, that is. After the merger filing here last week it looked like it could be legit, still could be I guess, but it does seem a bit unlikely. Today would be the 4-day disclosure limit for an 8k on the merger filing so we should know something today. Plus that company is saying they will reveal today.
Regardless, Isiah is in for over $3 million at .15. No worries.
OWPC!!
Got an email notification for this PR through One World Pharma, OWPC, yesterday. They had a merger filing on Nevada SOS, Wednesday. We are trying to figure out if there is any connection over there. They are just finishing construction of a large scale extraction facility in Colombia, own an have exclusive access to 140 acres, and the CEO just dropped 3 million on preferred shares. Seems unlikely, but again this came through the email service.
???
Good point. Something is definitely happening. Merger filing on Nevada Sec of State, now this. Being that they are a holding company I am thinking we might see a decent size cash infusion, 5-7 million if they are looking majority stake. OWUV said they had 15 million to use on a few acquisitions. I think they left a good chunk of preferred B's here but haven't relooked yet.
That would be very nice for shareholders as it would mean no dilution needed to roll into production phase with this new facility.
Should get the 8k tomorrow.
OWPC!!
Strange. I swear I have been to the Nevada Sec of State for One World Pharma many times. I don't think I have ever bought a stock without doing that basic research. I thought I had gone there to look at the O/S as well because filings said 300 and OTC Markets said 75. I do not remember seeing anything about One World Products, ever, but now I am doubting myself.
There are 2 listings for One World Products, both now merged, the one established October of 21 lists the address that the website does but the merger filing on both lists either no address or the address of the registered agent.
Not really sure what's going on.
It may be wishful thinking to think Isiah is taking the company but it does make sense. He established Isiah Hemp and a hemp-based automotive company through Isiah International last year. Vertical integration. Plus it was through Isiah International that the $3 million of preferred shares were purchased so they already have a decent portion of the company, add Thomas' personnel holdings, and even more so.
As far as the revenue of Isiah International I could only find one estimate and that was through Zoom. It just said greater than 5 million and offered no history or revenue chart as they usually do. Considering the champagne is one of the world's top sellers, that the utility company is in 14 states, and also real estate holdings, insurance, and investment companies, and more, it could be much greater than 5 million.
I also saw One World Pharma services established in May as a support company in Germany. That may be their way into the European markets for One World Pharma.
Again, not sure of anything but this company is getting very close to breakout, IMO. The large-scale processing facility is getting closer to completion every day.
OWPC!!
They shut it down. Can't even get OWP to pull up on a business search now. That doesn't happen even if a business is dissolved, merged, or suspended. It still gives the information. Someone must have prematurely updated Nevada SOS is all I can figure. I did see it for a second before it disappeared. It was a merger filing. I guess we watch for the PR.
My guess is Isaiah is taking the company through Isahaih International.
Vertical integration with the CBD line and instant revenue with the champagne, real estate, and utility companies if that's what is happening.
Hopefully a PR today but if it happened today the 8k could be as late as Monday.
OWPC!!
Taxes. Got a few more days for the 30-day reset, then we will see. They hit some hurdles, obviously, but with Morrison, I'm not writing this one off just yet.
"In August of 2021 we paid total deposits of $1,155,000 of the approximate total cost of $1,542,103 on the construction of a vertically integrated extraction facility designed to process the cannabis flower."
That was really good to see. I think the run earlier was in anticipation of having a production facility up and running by mid-year, which was what had been originally projected. That deposit shows me they are now serious about getting this done ASAP. Once done they have said this facility will be operating immediately. According to United Science, this size facility can process over 5000 lbs a day.
They may not be there themselves right away but just as many growers do not have the licenses to grow their own crop due to lack of authorized strains, many do not have the facilities or license to process so this will give OWP an immediate revenue stream.
Getting closer every day.
OWPC!!
After many days of 200k-300k+ volume, it was very strange to see 4 1/2 hours with no trades. On your marks, get set,... c'mon Isaiah!
Large-scale processing facility projected to be operational before mid-January. That is immediate revenue whether processing for others or optimally for themselves.
Show me the quotas!!
OWPC!!
Share structure updated. Looks like the dilution cycle is over. CFGN listed an actual count on ask today. 14825, something like that. When you see that actual number and not the usual 10k lots it is usually the last of it. The SS indicates that as well as this always carries a 1.3 million difference in the unrestricted and held at DTC. That's an early investor who paid $500k for those shares, he has been holding for a couple of years and is definitely not letting go down here.
This would be a really good time for quota news. Then an update on the completion of the processing facility and this could see a Flora-type move.
There is talk of an amendment to the dry flower export approval to go beyond medical use only. The dry flower approval was huge by itself but if they open up to recreational all of these Colombian stocks are going to blow.
They just issued a biomass quota 3 days ago, OWP's could hit at any time.
I am beyond loaded here.
OWPC!!
Pretty neutral. It doesn't change much. I question whether they felt they needed to downplay Cannaworx as Availa moved, from what I can see, their only asset here before filing chapter 11. Though in their filing it says all the lenders were unsecured, it still looks a little shady. I still don't think we have a full picture yet of what to expect going forward. 10-Q due the 15th, maybe get more then.
CNGT!!
Thought this was interesting, especially after Cannaworx previously stated a signed agreement to acquire Skin Science.

How would Skin Science having an exclusive worldwide license equate to an Integrity Wellness product?
Took me a minute to process Availa's filing. I knew the day it happened as did a few others as it was public. I was surprised it took so long to hit the board. My first reaction was a negative one but as I walked through it, it's really actually not such a bad thing when you consider the assets were moved here and the liabilities stayed there.
Availa was a parent, Cannaworx was the business. Both of the signed agreements with Skin Science and 5 Leaf Labs were made with Cannaworx being the acquiring company.
"we announced a signed Cannaworx agreement to acquire SkinScience Labs, Inc or “SSL” (the SSL LOI). SSL is the parent company of Dr. Denese’s skincare and anti-aging product lines. Subsequently, on May 7, 2020, we announced a signed Cannaworx agreement to acquire Five Leaf Labs or “FFL” (the FLL LOI). FLL is based in Louisiana and will expand the Cannaworx sales and distribution network to over 50 sales representatives in 21 states."
It looks like the only thing that has changed is the name. Instead of Availa it's Integrity Wellness. The same companies, the same executives, are all still involved.
I can tell you that Immunazin was doing very well. They came out of the gate with $60k in sales, which was for December of 2020. Cost of sales is showing a very nice margin, well over 50%. Unfortunately, 2 things happen to shut down Immunazin. The FDA disputed some of the claims and the Trademark was successfully challenged. I was assured that all is well with Immunazin but it is going to have to be rebranded unless a deal can be made with the name and that a compromise with the FDA to the claims was ongoing. The licence is in no jeopardy.
Just as a side note this was information I got from what was then a private entity, before the merger of Cannaworx into CNGT.
I can also tell you that both Skin Science and 5 Leaf Labs are utilizing the UST under the Cannaworx licence. I can not say for sure that the mergers will now be completed under Integrity Wellness but I would put very good odds on it as the companies seem to be already linked to each other. Aside from the use of UST, both the founder and president of 5 Leaf Labs as well as the owners of Skin Science and Cannaworx are all on the board of directors for Availa, which is the largest voting block in CNGT.
Action sucks but I watched this go from .0045 to .108 in a matter of weeks on pure speculation. Something real hits and this PPS will quickly be forgotten. Might even help draw some lasting attention when it does go.
CNGT!!
