Good point. Something is definitely happening. Merger filing on Nevada Sec of State, now this. Being that they are a holding company I am thinking we might see a decent size cash infusion, 5-7 million if they are looking majority stake. OWUV said they had 15 million to use on a few acquisitions. I think they left a good chunk of preferred B's here but haven't relooked yet.

That would be very nice for shareholders as it would mean no dilution needed to roll into production phase with this new facility.

Should get the 8k tomorrow.
