Strange. I swear I have been to the Nevada Sec of State for One World Pharma many times. I don't think I have ever bought a stock without doing that basic research. I thought I had gone there to look at the O/S as well because filings said 300 and OTC Markets said 75. I do not remember seeing anything about One World Products, ever, but now I am doubting myself.
There are 2 listings for One World Products, both now merged, the one established October of 21 lists the address that the website does but the merger filing on both lists either no address or the address of the registered agent.
Not really sure what's going on.
It may be wishful thinking to think Isiah is taking the company but it does make sense. He established Isiah Hemp and a hemp-based automotive company through Isiah International last year. Vertical integration. Plus it was through Isiah International that the $3 million of preferred shares were purchased so they already have a decent portion of the company, add Thomas' personnel holdings, and even more so.
As far as the revenue of Isiah International I could only find one estimate and that was through Zoom. It just said greater than 5 million and offered no history or revenue chart as they usually do. Considering the champagne is one of the world's top sellers, that the utility company is in 14 states, and also real estate holdings, insurance, and investment companies, and more, it could be much greater than 5 million.
I also saw One World Pharma services established in May as a support company in Germany. That may be their way into the European markets for One World Pharma.
Again, not sure of anything but this company is getting very close to breakout, IMO. The large-scale processing facility is getting closer to completion every day.
