Don't have an answer. Shares have remained unchanged for quite a while now and any new loan would be 8ked. It would not be the first time I've seen pps act ass backwards from what I would expect but I can pretty confidently say, it will not last. A couple of things of note. last week I hit CFGN for the 10k they were showing on ask and only got filled 600 shares, they immediately jumped above the next 2 asks. Also on every news release, the ask has been stacked. Looks to me like someone does not want this moving right now but who knows really.
