This one is going higher, much higher.
It's coming.
Here comes a new hod break, then .03s next.
Yep, great sign!
Nice. Now we are definitely in blue skies.
Showing more strength at these higher levels as more shares get locked.
Wow, really nice day here... and just the beginning.
HAON News:
Draws Down on First Tranche of Capital
NEWTOWN, CT — (Marketwired) — 03/06/17 — Halitron, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTC PINK: HAON), a holding company implementing a roll-up of sales, marketing, and manufacturing businesses, today is excited to announce closing on a credit facility to fund its 2017 growth plan.
Halitron announced in its press release of February 27, 2017 that it was targeting to raise the $300,000 necessary to increase sales of its four existing legacy brands to between $3 to $5 million annually.
Management is pleased to announce the $300,000 debt financing is in the form of a “non-toxic” (i.e., the debt thereunder is not convertible into equity at a discount to prevailing market prices), one year credit facility whereby the Company may draw down minimum increments of $5,000, up to a total of $300,000, which carries an annual interest rate of 8%. The credit facility has a due date of 12 months from the date of each draw down, and the ability to draw down expires in 12 months. There are no prepayment penalties.
“Today we are drawing down our first tranche of capital and are excited to implement our strategic plan,” stated Bernard Findley, Halitron, Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer. “Last year we were offered a similar credit facility, which for the benefit of our shareholders, we chose not to accept because of its potential adverse effects it could have had on our stock.”
The plan is to utilize the capital cautiously and correlate the incoming capital directly to increasing shareholder value through growth in sales, future acquisitions, and further developing the Halitron corporate pedigree.
Halitron also recently engaged Freidman LLP to perform an audit of Halitron in preparation for listing on the OTCQB market. The audit is expected to be completed by the end of March 2017 followed by the filing of an annual report (Form 10-K) with the SEC and an application to be listed on the OTCQB as a fully reporting company by mid-year 2017.
Halitron, Inc. is expecting to announce an update on the spin out, merger, and dividend details of the two major projects which were also included in the press release of February 27, 2017.

Nice news. I may actually jump back in this one.
The volume, including dollar volume, has been off the charts. That, in itself, is enough reason for me to load this one. Once dilution is done, we will never look back.
There are so many good plays right now. I wish I could be in them all. lol
OMG! Are we still having the same tired conversation? Read this from an old 10-K:
"The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Firefish Networks Private Limited, an entity formed under the laws of the nation of India."
It's on page F-8 here:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10806523
Once and for all, Firefish Networks Private Limited is a subsidiary of Firefish, Inc! The "Private" in its name refers to it being a non-government company as it stipulates here: https://www.zaubacorp.com/company/FIREFISH-NETWORKS-PRIVATE-LIMITED/U72900MH2008PTC188118
The company is still active, and Harsh Shetty holds like 2/3 of the o/s so your continual claims that he doesn't care about shareholder value are about as true as your claims that Firefish Inc. and Firefish Networks Private Limited are two separate entities.
Is it possible to move on now? Sheesh!
It might just be a loading wall.
Yesterday gave us a small glimpse into how quickly this can move. Once the last of these shares are in our hands, the ask side will be extremely thin on the way up. This is the best time to load.
Need to get rid of this "I'm going to place half a million shares on the ask in one block to save 10 bucks in commission while I lose more than that by scaring people and driving the price down" seller. lol
Shocker there... probably the same people who advised everyone else to sell. lol. There's a reason why people need to know what they hold!
The best part about this company is that it isn't going to run on hype like so many of the others in the sector. Our share price will continue to rise based on value, not speculation, from organic quarter over quarter and year over year growth. CBD products are in their infancy and UBQU is one of the first to capitalize on products made with it. Their sales have increased every year since the company's inception and as we all know, sales during a company's startup phase are the hardest and most expensive to achieve. They have already decreased the cost of per customer acquisition by 87.5%. That's AMAZING! There truly is nowhere to go but up from here... especially because we're starting out so undervalued! We should climb for a loooooooong time!
That's exactly what I'm thinking and alluded to that in my last post. Who advises people to sell shares of a profitable MJ stock before elections? lol. This company with real products and sales will see higher highs for a long time to come.
Interesting... that would explain the sell-off this morning. Expect to see some loading soon... just a hunch.
The company stated the name/ticker change turned out to be more complex than anticipated. I think the name change was the tougher part, as they have to submit amended articles of incorporation along with other documents to the state in which they're incorporated as well as the SEC. The ticker change shouldn't take long after that is done. The company just tweeted this again on Friday, probably to calm their shareholders down... lol...
Ask side so thin now. People should have loaded while the opportunity was there.
Who sells when dilution is finally ending with news in the pipeline? Sheesh! lol
That's too bad. Otherwise, you could have freed up some cash to buy the top. lol
That would be totally realistic. Look, MJ stocks are using sales/price ratios rather than P/E ratios for valuation and trade at an average of 35x sales because it's in its infancy in an enormously high growth sector (see here: http://www.cannabisfn.com/cannabis-valuations-are-lofty-now-but-could-be-cheap-long-term/). If we use 2015 sales (2016 should be better), $3 million x 35 = $105 million divided by 95 million o/s = $1.10 per share. So .50 per share is more than achievable. These prices are gifts!
Float is only 70 million...even smaller than OWCP that ran to .21. Even MJNA with billions of shares ran to .23 with a $4 million net loss posted last quarter. lol. We should be trading much higher than this just based on financials without any news. We have millions in revs and have posted profits for several quarters already. However, you can imagine how hard and fast we can run with the right news, ticker change, another good quarter, etc with a tiny 70 million share float!
A lot of people have been watching from the sidelines, waiting for dilution to end. Buyers will be stepping up.
Nice entry. My gut tells me today is the end based on how much was left on the note, how much can be converted per day, and recent volume.
It's better to get panic sellers out now. We will have a better run that way.
We seem to have a great group of longs now. It looks like the majority of the impatient and weak are gone. A few shares got shaken this morning, but not many at all. If people would read filings, they wouldn't panic so easily. Hope we continue to add more longs to our base. I prefer a slower, steadier movement by people who are buying on fundamentals, especially with only 70 million in the float, than a bunch of flippers jumping on board to cause big spike to crash later.
He is on the ask at .0275, but since there are no convertibles on the books, I think someone is routing through VNDM to try to shake the tree a little before we start the next leg up.
Grabbed some more myself... end of cheapies early this week imo.
I'm guessing VNDM has nothing, just like CFGN last week.
Moving up pre-market.
They could also join an affiliate marketing program, and take advantage of the the millions of affiliate marketers out there (those who sell other people's products on their websites for a commission). Amazon started that way. It's a cheap way to have thousands, or even millions, of websites bring brand awareness and sales with very little upfront costs.
Legalization will increase availability and lower prices of CBD since it will allow more growers to enter the market. Therefore, legalization affects us too.
The company has also posted profits the past several quarters. That is unheard of on OTC companies trading at .025. I can't believe MJNA reached a $700 million market cap when they posted a $4 million net loss last quarter. UBQU would have to be trading at $7.30 per share to have a $700 million market cap. lol. Other MJ stocks are running with billions of shares and no revs. We already have millions in revs and only 95 million o/s. Maybe the silver lining here is that the people who are buying UBQU now are people who dig a little deeper than the company name or ticker. It should make for more sustained gains later on because people who are buying now before the masses understand what they are buying and won't let go of their shares very easily... especially since there aren't that many available. Float = less than 70 million shares!
I agree, Hal. I think the price movement begins next week.
Here's a news release from that time period that explains what happened very clearly: http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=451
I'm with you. Let's move past 2012. lol
