T9...If you look through some of my earlier posts you'll find were I explain this process in depth. You have to keep in mind that Data443 isn't a company selling a new T-Shirt design. They sell a way to manage and protect your most valuable data by the end user. This is one of the key features that separates them from all competitors. The competition is 100% managed and maintained through the IT departments. That's why competitive products have been failing up to now. What does the IT department know about what personal data is valuable and to who? They may know some of the obvious stuff. However, true protection starts with the end user. It's the only way to be successful with data breaches. The way the world addressed this issue in the past needs to remain in the past. Data443's approach to data breaches is the future and their biggest hurdle is training the mindset of executives moving forward. Do you know what the typical response from a general manager, VP, President or owner is when you tell them we need to be looking into ways to better protect our data? It's "what for? That won't ever happen to us" I can't tell you how many times I've heard it and I've even received a phone call shortly after asking me if we had a way to secure a soon to be ex employee from taking specific data with them. So the first years focus for Data443 has been a process of making a footprint. Setting up and training resellers to start to begin selling their product. When someone buys Classidocs they aren't buying an out of the box software product that they just need to install on one computer and expect all your problems to be solved. When a company purchases Classidocs they buy a personal experience customized to their enviroment. No two network environments are the same. So this process is customized and deployed properly and strategically to assure a company never experiences downtime. Most companies can take a year or more to deploy a software like this. Data443 is able to do it in half the time. With that being said...if you still feel no one wants this software...or that they've had enough time to prove themselves....Then I seriously suggest you look for a different investment. This one may not be for you...good-luck
T9...this has been selling fine...they may have been discounting and giving deals to get their foot in the door..however, that’s common practice especially with new software companies...now look ahead into the near future when he speaks in front of thousands of major companies who SV pointed out some that will be at InfoSec. Imagine they’ll ask Jason of suggestions on what to do after he speaks. Oh by the way we offer a full solution called Data443 and we won 5 gold awards and 3 silver awards for multiple categories in 2018 and 2019...how do you think businesses are going to react? Data443 may want to do even do some more hiring before this event...IMO
Great post bones...definitely should be stickied... Data443 crushed it...they won awards in every category they competed in...if you notice all the big IT companies compete for these awards. Out of all the companies who competed for these awards, Data443 won the most overall...this is outstanding news and shows how superior their products must be. This also shows how much traction Data443 is making in the cybersecurity market. Best of 2019 Congratulations!
Hello All...I mentioned this in the past and would like to further elaborate. Yes, I would like to see Data443 get a small 10x10 space in a busy area on the RSA floor. I would also like to see them have cloth flags made for their 2018 & 2019 awards and display them proudly. Have a professional representative shaking peoples hands, scanning badges, scheduling appointments and collecting business cards. This kind of repetitive marketing is strong when breaking into this business. Plus, with California's new data privacy laws coming to effect in 2020. All eyes are going to be looking for solutions at the RSA in California. It's convenient and easy for people who live in the state to attend. Data443's niche advantage right now in my opinion is they are new and fresh and can provide customers with personal customer care that they wont get from anywhere else. With that being said I also don't think it's that big of a deal if they decide to not have a booth. Nor is it too late for them to get a space if they choose to. This will not hurt business if they do not have a booth. They may have more work then they can handle right now especially with all the new job positions they've been posting. Plus, most people already know which booths they need to visit prior to getting to this event and will spend the majority of their time at them. Not many IT professionals will be just walking around randomly looking for a new company to trust all their most valuable data with. Data443 can gain a lot of value if they can be seen with partners such as Teksystems, CyberArk, Online Business Services etc...Many of these established partners will help give Data443 product validation. Most people will be looking at big names and not startups on the floor. So in my opinion it would of course be best if they could have a booth and work with their partners. However, as long as they go and work the show that will be fine. As for us long investors, it would be in our best interest to have people at this show walking the floor and asking important questions. This would answer many of the unanswered questions that keep surfacing.
DL...not sure how much time and research you put in to come to that conclusion. However, just so you know the market is closed this Monday for Presidents day.
I don't know what kind of industry you work for or what your laws and regulations are in your country. However, in the United States we are required by federal law to keep all documents and financial information for at least 7 years. Most companies keep all records longer. New GDPR compliance laws will consist of similar regulations however, they may require records to be kept forever that include peoples personal data. These kinds of regulations wouldn't involve someone who works as a IT purchasing agent. However, it's good for you to learn this because it will make you a better IT purchasing agent in the future. Every industry is different and many companies archive emails that consist of peoples personal data as well as attachments consisting of personal data. This is especially true in the medical industry. GDPR compliance laws currently in effect will require personal information stored in any format to comply with federal laws. That's what Data443's entire business model consists of, tools to make it easier to quickly access personal data securely.
As for free ways to Archive email, well that's just ridiculous. No smart IT executive would ever allow this as an option for obvious reasons.
I have to shake my head and laugh because once again you have no idea what you're talking about. If you want to know how things work in the real IT world then just try asking me. I would be happy to educate you, again. I currently run and host an in house exchange server for approximately 500 users. I also know how expensive it is to upgrade the Exchange hardware and software. When doing this you also need to factor in the cost of CALs and licensing. There is more to it then what you read online and in magazines. When you actually work as an IT executive in the industry, it's our job to determine cost efficiency comparing to migration to a cloud based email solution. I know you have no idea and could never relate to how much money it costs to simply upgrade an exchange server when you've reached 'end of life.' Makes companies like Arcmail in great demand. So if you've been following anything that has been going on with recent GDPR and privacy laws you would know why Data443 is much needed in a company like Arcmail. Just to make this as simple as possible for you to understand. One of the GDPR compliance laws state that when a customer asks for all their personal data held and sold by any company they've done business with in the European region. That company has to comply and provide all information including that data from archived emails. Or the company will be facing large fines and big lawsuits. I've already personal seen companies forced to payout by the courts huge money for data breaches to their customers..IN THE UNITED STATES
Good morning all...interesting move regarding Arcmail. The timing is great for Data443...IT professionals of all size businesses are now forced to deal with what to do with our emails. Microsoft has announced another costly end of life for supporting Exchange 2010 come this January 2020. That means Microsoft will no longer release updates or patches for people on Exchange 2010. Forcing IT directors to decide how to proceed. Most are migrating to a cloud based solution and archiving existing emails. This is a tedious process that everyone in the IT industry dreads having to do. Makes sense that Data443 would sign an agreement with a company like Arcmail during a time when IT professionals are looking for the best solution moving forward. No one wants to have to do this process again once this migration is completed. Now everyone needs to take into consideration new government compliance laws in play and on the horizon. An agreement between Arcmail and Data443 adds huge value when considering how to proceed.
SV & WIC....having a room and meeting with people is fine. However, repetition is what people need to see before they make a purchase from a new software company especially a security software. Seeing Dats443 exhibiting at the RSA adds validation especially after the second year. Seeing Data443’s products at partnering booths is a bonus. I talk up Data443’s products every chance I get at these events in Las Vegas. You never know who is listening but I’m noticing more and more IT executives are addressing this issue. Many of them will be walking this show along with the expecting 50,000 other IT purchasing directors looking for cyber security software. A small table to hang your awards on and gathering contact information is the best marketing opportunity they can get. If they are going to be there then why not have a spot? Every year this is going to get more and more competitive.
Birch.... 'RSA Conference oers an opportunity to purchase exhibit space outside of our sponsorship package oerings. Exhibit space is priced at $140.00 per square foot (the “Booth Fee” if they have tickets already to get into the show this is all they need and since it’s late they can probably negotiate a good deal on a space...
Bones...I would like to see them start advertising booth numbers and where they can be seen. Listing partners who will be there isn’t enough. Partners aren’t going to share scanned badge data and important leads. This is Data443’s greatest opportunity so far to seize marketshare’s. I feel they are dropping the ball.
WIC...as many of us as possible should be at this event asking questions and protecting our investment...this year is important for Data443 and for all of us. This is a huge opportunity to capitalize on all their work. If they are showcasing Araloc i hope they announce a booth number and where they are. I can’t find them on the RSA website as of yet.
Pray....If they covered expenses I would commit to volunteering at least one full day. I'm sure between the good people in here and on FB we could get plenty of volunteers for them to help out...I would even be willing to negotiate them a spot at the exhibit. The going rate was... 'RSA Conference oers an opportunity to purchase exhibit space outside of our sponsorship package oerings. Exhibit space is priced at $140.00 per square foot (the “Booth Fee”) for 2019.' I believe I can do better then that rate. Like you said all they need is a table to pin all the awards on. (I would even have our in house sign department make some signage) plus, a power point presentation...I have a projector and some convention things I can pack into a rent a car and gladly drive up to help out. Jason, if you're reading this just say the word...we all want you to succeed and flourish. We'll scan badges, take names and collect business cards...
BB...You're right pal...exposure and repetition is key to growth and longevity...I hope Jason reconsiders his decision on getting a space at this show. More and more big IT companies are getting involved in this space. I get calls and emails all the time now that I never got before. These monsters will spend ridiculous amounts of money just to keep potential customers from considering anyone else.
Sturgis...I respectfully disagree...this is not a win win...not having a table at this event is a mistake and could be a major setback to the momentum they've worked so hard to build...why participate in the cybersecurity awards for 2019 if you're not going to quickly boast and brag about them? Data443 can pounce on this opportunity and take advantage of 42,000 of their direct decision making cybersecurity customers specifically paying to be at this event to purchase security software.
One of Data443's biggest advantages is their timing in this space and that they have already exhibited last year. This security space is quickly growing and the giant competitors are starting to address this multi-billion dollar market quickly. If Data443 drops the ball and doesn't continue to flood this market, they'll risk losing traction and if they do it won't matter if Data443's product is better then the competition or not. These huge companies will spend more money on marketing a one night party at these events than Data443's entire market cap. Data443 can't sit back and trust there partners will give them the same attention they would. The partners are busy promoting their own products. If I was Jason I would call the RSA today and negotiate a discounted rate on a space. They can still get a table at a good price because it's late. It doesn't matter were this space is as long as they post it on the website. Jason & Robert don't even need to be there. However, they need to have someone sitting there collecting business cards, scanning badges and gathering valuable contact information. If people have any questions they can call Jason or refer them to speak with one of the partnering booths. Sometimes this kind of marketing is the best type. Supply and demand while keeping it simple and showing off your 2018 & 2019 Cybersecurity awards. Bragging to people that you've just beaten companies like Dell and McAfee for the 2019 Cybersecurity award. Once they gather all there contact information they can refer them to check out a partnering booth. I strongly hope Jason re-considers this option. Exhibiting at this event adds huge value even if not one person shows up. Our major beer suppliers will spend millions of dollars just to have a presence at an event even if they hardly sell any beer. The value is sometimes measured in the after effects.
SV...I hope so...I can’t begin to stress how important this is to be seen. Even if it’s sitting the new sales guy at a 10x10 table displaying the name. Shaking hands, scanning contacts and collecting business cards its priceless marketing. Plus, they’ll be able to mention they’ve displayed at the RSA in 2018 & 2019....Jason, its not too late if you haven’t already done this...this is an entirely different year then last...
Sturge...here is what I can’t understand...if you’re hiring new sales people and growing the company. Why the heck wouldn’t they have a booth at the RSA Conference? Repetition is important, this year being year two would be completely different than last year. Most likely they’ll be winning a couple 2019 Gold awards they could display them next to the 2018 awards. It doesn’t need to be a huge booth but they need one to have a strong presence. They need to position themselves from their partners so they are talked about multiple times. Customers want to see that. I think they should still consider buying a booth even if it’s just to sit a body down to answer any question while you they are off networking.
Rose, that’s great news thank you. If they need help with any questions to ask the partners, I’m happy to help. Someone should walk the floor like they are seriously in the market for shopping data security software and ask all vendors about it as well as getting numbers of people already using it. I will contact them if they would like.
The RSA is extremely important this year. This is the roadmap to the future for this company. Data443 is no longer the new kid on the block, they are now veterans. This is a big deal and we need to have someone who lives close and can attend this event. Someone walking the floor and asking important questions to our partners. We can get great feedback from the partners and loads of information about who is using this software and how popular it's been. We can get names and speak to people who have been using the software. This is the best way to secure our investment and get solid up to date due diligence on what's going. Does anyone live in the San Francisco area who can attend this event next month? We can setup a go fund me page like last year and help out with the entrance fee and expenses.
We should have at least one of us attending this....Does anyone live close by?
My General manager has a masters degree in business, 45 years experience in this industry and is one of the top 10 best in the world...I made his password his first name so he doesn’t forget it...he calls twice a week to ask me what his password is....no I’m not concerned with him creating a virtual desktop at home so he can counterfeit restricted documents.
Z....I already confirmed that anyone who is malicious and has no problem breaking the law can easily take a picture or a video of the private document....this is impossible to prevent with any software....however, if you read the disclosure it clearly states “This prevents a user from easily making a copy of protected content. “ the keyword is easily, they should also include the word lawfully in the statement...the Araloc program is very good. After using this technology you can clearly see how this can be integrated into the ClassiDocs program as well as N8. The plan is to offer a more robust and complete data protection suite. Right now the problem with existing softwares is that they are pieced together with multiple different programs from all different vendor...as you already know that always ends up causing a huge problem. And, when something happens you have fingers pointing to everyone else...
Z...it will record but the replay is completely black...if they can come up with a way to white light it from taking pictures or video then that would be pretty incredible...However, I think the idea is to control the content and make it easy and quick to share with multiple users anywhere...it's a handy product especially when offering special pricing or time sensitive deals.
BB...I'm going to call it like I see it my friend...So far I really like Classidocs, Araloc and what I've seen from N8's software...
SV, Classidocs is good...Data443 will do very well with this product...They are getting ready to release an update so I'm waiting for that to be installed...Meanwhile, I've been playing around with the Araloc software...WOW, now this is a very cool product...the software let's you control what you want people to see and how many times they can view it...A friend of mine was testing some of the security features and one of the things that is very cool is that you can not do a print screen or a Snip of the document that's being shared...the system disables anyone from attempting to copy or share the file with anyone else...that's pretty awesome..very simple to use and to navigate...the Araloc technology has endless potential..they could even make a consumer product that would be much better than Snapchat or any other product on the market. Araloc is really pretty amazing technology...
BT...I don’t think they’ll do an R/S either in till and if needed to meet the nasdaq’s criteria...we have a ways to go before that...is anyone familiar with the buyback and retiring share process? Does that decrease all the shares for good or does it just decrease the O/S? Can someone give an example of why and how that would benefit us?
HB... I agree...I also feel like it’s going to happen when we all least expect it....business is clearly progressing. When this stock gains momentum it will move up fast.
BD...this is definitely not a scam. Longs need to remain patient and try to think outside the box. I don’t know how a share buyback works. However, wouldn’t that make sense with everything going on?
Repetition and people in the tech field constantly seeing progress of this company is extremely important. Maybe they are going to be displaying at their partners booth. I know I’ve told many people to look for them at the RSA show this year. Whatever it is they are planning I hope Jason shares this with us soon. I would love to know.
BD...that’s a strong possibility...I have also heard he’s in the process of cleaning up the share structure before we see anymore acquisition. I don’t know what the details are but that can possibly offer some explanation of what’s been going on. My source is very reliable.
Yea, I didn’t see them either. I hope Data443 addresses this soon.
I checked the RSA website and did not see Data443 signed up as an exhibitor. Data443 listed it as an Upcoming Event. I wonder if they are exhibiting. I hope they are and not just planning on walking the floor. Maybe they are waiting for the Awards update. Hope they decide soon it’s only a month away...this is a huge event and would be extremely beneficial to exhibit...anyone have any information about this?
JGC...Is the glass half full or is it half empty?...let's look at our CEO and Data443...Jason buys a shell a little over a year ago to bring his product public during a time when data protection is just getting starting as the hottest subject in the tech industry. He has a product (Classidocs) and I believe he knows his product is very good. Based on his extensive experience and his background in this industry he felt very confident. While building his business and like every business there is no perfect guide to follow that guarantees you if you follow these steps you'll be a success. The one thing you can be sure of is always be ready for the unexpected. I believe his intentions were to be transparent and to share everything with his share holders. I also believe he went against the grain of his advisors and made this decision on his own. I also believe he learned a valuable lesson from this and I could almost guarantee he's learned a lot over this last year about being a CEO of a publicly traded company. Everyone looks at things differently. A good example is remembering how the market reacted during his last share holders conference. So with that being said...you can look at this as after all this time we still have no reported revenue and the stock price keeps dropping. Or you can look at this as the stock price has increased since day one. Data443 is being seen in the extremely competitive, fast growing tech industry and standing it's ground. While continuing to form partners and a solid sales teams. We are gaining ground in this space and about to have a booth at one of the most important cyber security conferences in the world. Our CEO is working on moving this company forward and trying to improve all conditions. This stock went up fast to .026 a year ago based on nothing. Data443 has come a long way since then...here is a little IT tip for you...click on this link and you'll see just what www.Data443.com looked like last January... https://web.archive.org/web/20180102173627/http://www.data443.com/
What every your decision is moving forward I always wish you the best of luck. Your friend TJ.

Thanks Bones...I don’t like to losing any category... we have till the end of today to vote right?
Z...I think everyone was a little edgy today. When I pulled up and read good people in here attacking each other. I wanted to remind everyone why we’ve invested in this OTC. We have provided solid DD’s backed by what Data443 has been telling us all along. This OTC company doesn’t need to report, file or tell us anything. However, they’ve chose to and we’ve chosen to trust them. Data443 has been evolving nicely and working on growing. None of us know what’s going here or on the inside. So let’s all work together and combine our skills and focus on what we know Instead of bickering over the uncontrollable. Trow made a good point about the share structure being decreased and backed it with the Zack report. I would like to know exactly how that happens. Does anyone know? Do they retire shares? And what happens to them? Thank you
Why? Industrial investors aren’t going to touch this until it hits the OTC.QB anyway. Why not take advantage of that while he still can?
