Yep CONZ traded over 1 million shares yesterday and it didn’t even move the Share Price. The Biggest volume day in a very long time. Let’s not forget that 1500 paint trade at the end of the day! Cuda you did call the new all time low.
"whole point" HERE IS A POINT There are still many shareholders holding losses due to the paid promotions! They find the post very important that others be made aware, so it does not happen to them!

They can Google Kenneth Eade vs Ihub and see how that worked out for him. Janice, did he ever pay the leveys against him? I knew he was back in front of the Judge a second time, but I didnt here the outcome.
They already have paid promoters to pump the stock. Look at the sticky box.
They were not free shares. They were traded in exchange for Promotions. See the Sticky box.
With the Quarterly reports right around the corner it appears someone is expecting bad news. Wonder how much expences went up this time?
Some serious DUMPING going on.
Also the entire market coming off a high. Every stock on my watch list this AM was red.
The Contract you speak of is most likely a contract for a slot fee at the 2 Shop Rite stores. A slot fee is where you purchase shelf space. The shelf one picks come with different cost. You want Top Shelf you pay a premium price. Bottom shelf not as much, Freezer space is a completely different animal.
This was a wise decision imo. Test bed. Why pay a slot fee for all 247 stores, let’s see if the product will sell in 2 Shop Rite stores first. I would suspet these were hand picked since they were purchased?
You wont see this in the Q filings.
Sorry for the late response, but your correct with your questions. This has gone on for some time now. I guess we wait for the Cnoz CEO to inform the shareholders? Any day now/
Mepete do you have any insight to ad to this discussion?
Please inform those that are long time investors from 0.10 in CNOZ
What is your outlook on this company? Short and long term?

Yes, everyone received the email.

My apologies if I offended you. It was not my intent, I was responding to those that emailed me about the Q symbol. I had multiple questions on the Q. I clearly stated " CNOZ is currently fully filing and SEC compliant company at this time:”
If you feel that the Ihub news is bar is inop at this time, you can contact them. Link below, I hope this helps:

I have already received several questions on the Q symbol. Here's the SEC link for all, CNOZ is currently fully filing and SEC compliant company at this time:
http://www.sec.gov/answers/qadded.htm
"Q" Added To Stock Ticker Symbol
When a company is involved in bankruptcy proceedings, the letter "Q" is added to the end of the company's stock ticker symbol. In most cases, when a company emerges from bankruptcy, the reorganization plan will cancel the existing equity stock and the old shares will be worthless. Given that risk, before purchasing stock in a bankrupt company, investors should read the company's proposed plan of reorganization. For more information about the impact of bankruptcy proceedings on securities, please read our online publication, Corporate Bankruptcy.

Doing your own DD is the only way to go forward for any investor,
As you mentioned in your earlier post, there is no news in the Ihub bar on CONZ. This is not an Ihub glitch, there is no current news on/or from CNOZ. The Ihub bar only keeps news current from the past 60-90 days.
I see no sense to cause or try to cause the price to drop,
looks like people who own this stock aren't buying, and they aren't selling either,
He will get pleanty of responces to:

I doubt they will be very nice!
Quality Investors Knock On Navidea's Door; Validates Lymphoseek Potential
by PropThink
By Jake King
On Wednesday, Navidea Biopharmaceuticals (NAVB) announced that two institutional investors, including J.P. Morgan Asset Management, purchased $4.8M shares of its common stock in an overnight transaction. Impressively, the deal was done "at market" (price of $3.10) with no options or warrants, and added some fresh capital to the business. While only J.P. Morgan asset management, a high quality healthcare investor, was named as a buyer, sources say the other party is a sophisticated healthcare mutual fund or hedge fund. Given that the company had no plans to raise money ahead of the potential Lymphoseek approval (anticipated in late April), no warrants or options were included in the transaction, and that the deal was done at market prices, we believe that the investors actually approached the company to get into the deal in one large purchase. This is known as a "reverse inquiry" in the market, and helps to validate the company's story with sophisticated investors doing deep due diligence. As a result, we see this announcement as a major positive for the company. Lymphoseek is a radiopharmaceutical agent being developed for use in intra-operative lymphatic mapping and lymph node imaging. The FDA will decide on Lymphoseek's approval by April 30, which we consider a high probability event based on Navidea's quick turnaround on a manufacturing-related Complete Response Letter (CRL). Lymphoseek has a shot at a large and lucrative market if it can demonstrate lymphatic mapping capabilities in a broad array of oncology indications (read PropThink's full report here). read more »

Cuda,
Just hang on, it will be Okay. 2013 is the CNOZ sales year? Some portion of the 10M will hit the books Q1 in the SEC filings. The only thing that counts.
Just keep those vegetarian cones in the spot light. I hear they have lots of carrots in them, good for your eyes! This company is very diverse with product. You may even be able to order them special delivery by a drone from what I hear?
Most of all, we have Mitch Brown as CEO. His past experience and success can easily be found at the SEC filings or a Google search. Yes, he also has a previous Ihub history with other companies. I think they are at $1664.01 a share now? Just kidding, actually less than .01 last time I looked, but that’s all in the past now. CNOZ is the real deal this time.
I thought the company had a symbol change? What happened to that? Ooops that had to go through the SEC.

A few pizza compinies have already used test beds and given pizza cones away for charity. They have the funds to manufacture Pizza Cones under their own Major Brands. I doubt they go any further for lack of interest. This is how major brands cut losses before getting to full production level.
Just in case someone missed this, a shape of a product will not hold up at the patent office.
Just dropped by, cant believe this stock is still trading. It did over 6k in dollars today but down again? Can't wait until that 10mm hits the books. Looking for short of that in Q1. LOL
SEC filings tell the truth, or the signers go to jail, Oops my bad, the company will get suspended by the SEC. Most never serve any time. This is white coller crime, their is a differance. It usually ends there from my past experience with the SEC. Not a bad business to go into, with all things considered is it?
This is a repeat of past ventures by the same people imho. Just do some DD. Its all there. The only thing I left out was the wash and rinse cycle.
I agree with your estimates, I feel that's accurate especially on Q1. This is really just getting started. Ariad has plenty of funds to go forward from here. We will all see the true sales by the EOY. I expect sales increases Q over Q going forward. Hopefully Pona will prove useful in a second indication as well. From my internet searches, AP113 appears to be working also, but in a very early use stage.
BoD
It will be completed tomorrow, with the exception of the extra shares. IMHO

Looks like this was thinly traded and closed about the same today as the last few weeks or so. I was hoping it was going to be different today, and you had a catalyst for this to move up.
Always next week? Or Spring 2013
Your hard work is appreciated.

I’m looking forward to Any Positive PR from CNOZ at this point.
Is there a catalyst that you’re aware of, other than MSU finally getting their defunct web site up and running after so many months of delay? MSU did once poted here.
What is your catalyst for Monday Jan 22. 2013!
I just don’t see it. The floor is yours until 0800 opening bell tomorrow.
BoD
Thanks, Dave
I know a small number of employees, keep this site going.

Have IHub Geeks made any headway on restoring the ignores? I just checked mine, the’re still missing? Hopefully by Monday at opening bell?

I actually witnessed the trade today. This company is real! It does trade. I can’t wait for the next one.
Do you think CNOZ will be on the NASDAQ this year? Our CEO stated CONZ will do 10 MM in sales. We need that $2.00 mark to make the index.
I’m sure this is nothing 10 MM in sales over 12 months could not alleviate?
Long time CNOZ
Hey Mitch, I’m sure you read this board. Please Feel Free to post your comments at any time. Your investors would like to hear from you. This forum is no different than Face Book.
BoD
wiiw. I guess we will see tommorow.
skipdonohue'
I only know what is in the SEC filings. I suggest any that read this board to do so also! Everything else is just Bravado or pure BS such as posted on Face Book.
Yes, the SEC does hold those that file them, or sign them accountable.
That’s not exactly a Leap, when the engine has one cylinder.

I just checked the Breakout Board today. Cono Foods must have fell off the cliff. Not even listed there today. What happened? How could Cono go from the top 10 to not even listed in 48 hours?
Look for yourself:

I’m sure the SEC took their time to build a ROCK SOLID case against Dean Janes on multiple counts. In this case, time is just more rope.

The 100K bid is probably an AON. This is to thinly traded to fill.
