SEC filings tell the truth, or the signers go to jail, Oops my bad, the company will get suspended by the SEC. Most never serve any time. This is white coller crime, their is a differance. It usually ends there from my past experience with the SEC. Not a bad business to go into, with all things considered is it?
This is a repeat of past ventures by the same people imho. Just do some DD. Its all there. The only thing I left out was the wash and rinse cycle.
