A few pizza compinies have already used test beds and given pizza cones away for charity. They have the funds to manufacture Pizza Cones under their own Major Brands. I doubt they go any further for lack of interest. This is how major brands cut losses before getting to full production level.

Just in case someone missed this, a shape of a product will not hold up at the patent office.
