Westeffer, one of the last questions I asked Mr. Parkin in our last conversation was "if you were to guess, how long do you think it will take AURC to reach full value, one year or three". His response, at least three.
In my first conversation with him, I asked how much captital outlay it would take to get the mines/processing plants to reach their goal of operating capacity. He said he didn't know. About a month ago, I asked the same question and he quickly responded at least $100 million.
Based on multiple conversations and feedback I have gone from believing in an outright sale to the JV mode in the past couple of weeks. I don't think we hit $2.00+ as quickly but certainly feel after several years we could be well beyond that level with the JV.

What PR's potentially await us as shareholders? Common Cents made a very interesting post yesterday IMO. Here is a list of probable/potential information releases AURC could make:
*Financials- a release of production, earnings, and verification of assets.
*Website upgrade- along with weekly updates would create a strong communication bond.
*Listing on the Frankfurt exchange- we seem to follow NDOL's lead, this has to be a very strong possibility.
*Upgrade to the OTC board- again following the example of our sister company NDOL.
*Offer for a buyout- with gold continuing its price rise, all majors will want to tie up assets for the future. This would give us the quickest maximization of investment. IMO an offer in the $2-3 dollar range is very realistic.
*Partnership with a major-this option would provide the largest return on investment period. With a deep pocketed partner and two production facilities, probably near Salairskiy and Klyon, we could exceed 500,000 ounces annually after several years. If gold continues its price rise, as expected and with a return of around $350+ per processed ounce our stock should be worth well over $10.00 per share.

Creede, recently I read a biography on young Teddy Roosevelt, Mornings on Horseback. As a young politician cutting his teeth in that most forgiving of cities, (sarcasm) New York, he learned to push his progressive platform and ignore the human sharks that offered no solutions, only criticism. From this atmosphere was born his quote that many love so dearly:

Dear Fredfood, Creede has been gracious enough to initiate a board to dispense information regarding LBWR. He takes time to moderate said board, i.e. at times babysitting those who lack self-control. He has provided the greatest portion of due diligence herein and willingly shared conversations with LBWR's CEO with all of us.
What is his pay for such selfless sharing? Many here have chided him for providing inaccurate information and blamed him for being in error. Sad IMO but it happens when you present a stock on a board.
You however, have crossed beyond the bounds of civility by asking him to stop providing due diligence. You have NO right to speak in behalf of other people by making this request. Many here, including myself, support Creede and will want his feedback and input on all due diligence in the future.
You can stop reading his posts or you may put him on ignore so as not to be bothered by what you may term inaccuracies. You can also leave this board if it is not up to your standards. It is an unwritten rule that each of us do our own due diligence. When you rely on others for information you have no one to blame but yourself, so stop passing the blame onto Creede. You may not ask for his silence, as that is not a right you possess. Grow up and take responsibility for yourself.

Wouldn't a firm with 23,000 employees be considered big? They have 600 offices worldwide. How do these figures compare with the size of your firm?
I would think a Chartered Accountant/CPA such as yourself would spend more time investigating a firm in which he had invested rather than jumping in and then complaining, after the fact.
I would also think someone who had spent as much time and effort gaining an education and certification would treat other people with more respect. Some of your responses to Chartinator and others have been less than representative of a person of your stature.
Personally, I hope you use your expertise to be a provider of information and answers rather than relying on others to provide such. You could be a huge asset to the board with a little effort.

Benz, Creede has done some kinda research on this stock. I think it is legit and long term play with huge potential. Good growth industry and a decent share structure. They are making money as of last quarter so I plan on grabbing some more now and then.

West, I also owe you thanks. Because of Treepeople I saw this stock and sat and watched for several days while it dropped. No one knew where it would level out. Short conversation with Mr. Parkin.
Highlights: told him I have AURC and not NDOL because it had more upside IMO. He said both are superb stocks but he agrees.
Talked briefly about financials and Webpage. Release of both will be the same day and soon. RSM Top-Audit will not allow release until perfect, their reputation is on the line if incorrect information is presented. Attorneys still have the info.
Asked about the inception of AURC. He said it would have been far less expensive to create a Corporate Shell from scratch but they had to move very quickly to ensure the Russians would come on board with them instead of a major gold player. They acquired an old shell Mr. Parkin & partner paid for out of their pocket.
Still sending his partner to Russia every ten days with expenses still out of his pocket. He said "I am not complaining but it is expensive".
I mentioned that he is in the black with his purchase of open market shares. He laughed & said it's nice people are begining to realize this is for real.
Thanked him for his efforts and he said wait until next week, call back and then thank him.

Some shareholders complain and use derogatory terms every week regarding Mr. Parkin and management. They bitch and whine about being late with financials and website even though they hold shares that are in the black.
As shareholders, that is their right.
However, IMO Mr. Parkin & partner have made a significant financial sacrifice and paid dearly to acquire these operations for future financial gains. Gains in which Management and shareholders can participate equally. They have no preferred shares. If a large entity had acquired these assets, for us no opportunity would have ever existed.
I for one am very tired of the classless personal attacks that continue. I would hope those who participate would at least afford Management the time to present financials and a website before continuing their tirade of tasteless bashing.

Nice post cfpjbs, IMO Treepeople was the root of this entire tree of investors. I had looked at several picks he had placed before several boards such as PBLS. He was the first to put many on notice concerning NDOL and AURC.
Some boards have multiple daily picks and many daytrades per each. Treepeople did immense amounts of DD and was more methodical in his picks. I have gone the daytrade route and made money but never as much as when I followed what I assume was Treepeoples philosphy. Fewer stocks, more DD, longer term holds and heavier investment in those deemed worthy.
I am in AURC because I could purchase shares at less than half the cost of NDOL and I although I like oil, I really like gold. Both are in short supply but gold is also tied to economic growth, world instability and as a hedge.
I have thanked Treepeople in the past and again offer my gratitude and thanks for his willingness to share with "the little people".
2Create has carried on in spectacular fashion for Treepeople and our board moderators have been relaxed yet attentive in controlling this board. Many new posters have added a nice dimension to a well rounded group of serious investors.
This is my favorite stock for the upcoming year. A world class accounting firm, undervalued assets, hot market niche,a hedge against political instability, management that have taken others public and now taken themselves public with the two largest plumbs they have ever witnessed.

A look at how golds price rise has affected on AURC. According to management we have had inquiries from firms concerning the purchase of AURC’s assets several months ago.
Our situation since Feb 1st has changed considerably. The price of gold has gone from $565.00 to $632.00 per ounce today, a rise of $67.00 per ounce.
For perspective only, if you were to take that $67.00 per ounce increase and times it by our 7.1 million ounces we would have a dollar figure of $475,700,000.00. Divided by our outstanding shares of 109,671,530 you would find a price of $4.33 per ounce. I don’t think there is a chance in hades of someone offering an amount this high, but it is one way to look at the change in our value.
If you took only half of the increase in gold price since Feb. 1 and placed that as our value, we would be worth $2.16 per share or $238,000,000. Our current valuation is……. .26 or $34,337,940.00.
Another very odd look would be this. If you took ignored the gold and valued just the 35,000,000 ounces of silver reserves. At todays New York Spot closing price of $14.54, using the same ratios of production/sales costs AURC has given for gold, we have a value of $6.46 per ounce or $226,177,000.00. If someone offered to purchase our assets for just the price of processed silver our value per share would be $2.06 per ounce.
IMO some of the little flippers may miss the big run for a couple of shekels. Gee, that would break my heart.

Around February 1 gold spot price was in the $565 per oz price range and the bulk sales price would be around $515 per ounce. With a $280 per ounce processing price our net was about $225 per ounce. AURC was priced at .25 briefly.
Today gold crossed the $625 per ounce plateau and the bulk price of our sales would be around $575. With the $280 per ounce processing costs out our net is now around $295 per ounce, a gain of $70 per ounce or 31% gain for 2 1/2 months of waiting. I believe that would be considered newsworthy. AURC is now at .31 an 24% gain. We are certainly not close to a realistic value.
This would be a very nice annual gain in most industries. The Klyon Gold section has also been added since that time giving an even more impressive return.
2create is now pointing the way to some potential valued business alignments that show the strength of our management.
I believe this is worth holding for a year or two.

I would be very nice if you did some reading/research before pontificating to others concerning this stock. According to Mr. Parkin, the restricted shares are held by management and "the Russians" for a period of one year from date of issue. "The Russians" are those from whom the rights to the mines were procured. The issue date was I believe in November. They are not selling into this rally so don't go there. Mr. Parkin has himself purchased shares on the open market just above .17 cents and has told several on this board he will not sell those shares until he feels full value has been achieved. Trust me, we are not there.
Most every new poster on this board has a learning curve and not all of us "veterans" know everything. I am not here to be your judge but when you start lecturing while spewing conjecture and making false assumptions you make quite a fool of yourself. Enough of the horse manure, take your innuendo elsewhere.

With gold at $613 per oz and silver at $6.55, here are some miscellaneous valuations. If AURC were to keep the mines and produce their stated goal of 384,000 ounces per year, that would yield approximately $108,000,000.00 annually pre-tax and 18+ years of mining. One of course would have to factor in the additional costs of excavation equipment and a mill. These would be at least $100,000,000.00 plus debt service per sight. Agreed Kilauea, while shares were dumped with abandon during the first rise, IMO more holders see the potential of huge gains and are holding larger positions on this run. This is a superb market niche that we are riding.

Someone noted decreasing volume in the last rise to .25, a worrisome occurance. This rise is very different. We are once again poised to trade above the one million share threshold and have had consistently rising interest in the stock and this board. IMO NDOL has helped bring attention to its little sister AURC and rightfully so. IMO both are very quality stocks.
I talked to a friend regarding AURC yesterday who is waiting for the price to drop for an additional purchase. I told him I not to be overly optomistic on a retrace, AURC along with gold and silver are gaining traction. Gold has crossed the $610 mark and is showing strength while silver may not drop below the $13 level. This is a remarkable run in precious minerals that may provide a nice windfall for those on board.

I would recommend other longs notify Loftworks of the libelous language used by this poster as there is strength in numbers. Inane bashing one can easily abide, but libel is another matter.

I have at times held positions in LFWK and follow the stock daily. For your information, there is an individual that is using libelous language regarding your company. Below is a copy of their exact text on the IHUB message board. I am waiting for the price to drop a bit before repurchasing but find it very discouraging to see blatant misleading statements regarding your firm. Many people read this board and when reading the word "scam" will either sell or move to other securities rather than purchase a stock listed on the Pinks. At the least, I hope you will respond to this individual and set the record straight.

I don't recall saying anybody was stupid for buying this, rrrufffy. I'm just pointing out the fact that there are no MM's registered in this stock, and that there is no published bid and ask much less the mythical Level II lineup claimed earlier.
Gray market scams like this one can easily go straight down on any sell pressure, since there are no MM's to maintain an orderly market.
Rig, I have spent several hours discussing AURC with Gerald Parkin the company President. He has firmly stated that the original assays were performed by Soviet era Geolgists looking for uranium during the cold war. They did a complete listing of all minerals aside from the nuclear material. He stated that inaccuracies were infrequent due to proficient training. A poor assay could also would lead to severe punishment for offenders. I think we will find these assets to be viable.
Mr. Parkin has also stated that reserves have been confirmed by RSM Top-Audit, affliates that comprise one of the worlds largest acccounting firms. IMO this will follow fellow firm NDOL in price appreciation.

Sadly this type of person will always exist. They use available technology invented by others, such as their computer to denigrate others and their ideas. They accept medical treatments invented by societies great ones yet would deny others the same. They expect freedom of expression yet are the type to put a Galileo to death for his "heretical" thoughts. The small-minded do slow growth on a sociological basis for all of us yet, they eventually fail.
I have a sister that suffered from polio as a child. For any sane person that has compassion for mankind, it is a very difficult scenario to observe. How some people can attempt to hold back treatments that would alleviate the suffering of her and others is near criminal IMO.
Who can quantify the ability of the body to heal without invasive materials such as stitches or staples? What type of person would attempt to slow a process that can save lives and mitigate the use of copious amounts of antibiotics on patients? What type of person would deny and strive to slow acceptance of a technology that can heal the sick more rapidly?
