Short conversation with Mr. Parkin.

Highlights: told him I have AURC and not NDOL because it had more upside IMO. He said both are superb stocks but he agrees.

Talked briefly about financials and Webpage. Release of both will be the same day and soon. RSM Top-Audit will not allow release until perfect, their reputation is on the line if incorrect information is presented. Attorneys still have the info.

Asked about the inception of AURC. He said it would have been far less expensive to create a Corporate Shell from scratch but they had to move very quickly to ensure the Russians would come on board with them instead of a major gold player. They acquired an old shell Mr. Parkin & partner paid for out of their pocket.

Still sending his partner to Russia every ten days with expenses still out of his pocket. He said "I am not complaining but it is expensive".

I mentioned that he is in the black with his purchase of open market shares. He laughed & said it's nice people are begining to realize this is for real.

Thanked him for his efforts and he said wait until next week, call back and then thank him.

Some shareholders complain and use derogatory terms every week regarding Mr. Parkin and management. They bitch and whine about being late with financials and website even though they hold shares that are in the black.

As shareholders, that is their right.

However, IMO Mr. Parkin & partner have made a significant financial sacrifice and paid dearly to acquire these operations for future financial gains. Gains in which Management and shareholders can participate equally. They have no preferred shares. If a large entity had acquired these assets, for us no opportunity would have ever existed.

I for one am very tired of the classless personal attacks that continue. I would hope those who participate would at least afford Management the time to present financials and a website before continuing their tirade of tasteless bashing.
