Westeffer, one of the last questions I asked Mr. Parkin in our last conversation was "if you were to guess, how long do you think it will take AURC to reach full value, one year or three". His response, at least three.

In my first conversation with him, I asked how much captital outlay it would take to get the mines/processing plants to reach their goal of operating capacity. He said he didn't know. About a month ago, I asked the same question and he quickly responded at least $100 million.

Based on multiple conversations and feedback I have gone from believing in an outright sale to the JV mode in the past couple of weeks. I don't think we hit $2.00+ as quickly but certainly feel after several years we could be well beyond that level with the JV.
