Btw my 7th sense tells me, we will have a dead cat bounce or pumpers party, whatever you wanna call it. You know as much as I'm concerned about dilution I'm not forgetting that the 1's can be taken out easily with 50-70 mill and this could be easy double. That will only happen if we don't get another round of dumping as soon as we get a bid. Come on Venomtein at least let the faithful and patient make some before you take it all.

Imo on the ask side mm's asks are fake. They have got no shares, did anyone see the move last week to 0008 took about 40 mill shares or less. Ask yourself the following questions:

1. Has the company dumped any shares?
2. Has there been any big selling at bid in the past 3 weeks?
3. Has there been any negative developments re the company?
4. Where are metal prices and where are they headed?
5. Do we think some knuckle head just for the fun of it pumped this stock? even if we do why is it that it is holding here and no dumps only very tiny tiny sells.

Everyone on this board answer these questions and you will know whether to buy or sell this stock. My answer is a resounding YES. Everyone make your own trading decisions, I don't see a lot of subpenny plays with the kind of potential that DCUT has.

I haven't given up hope on SMAS. The only thing this stock needs is some REVENUE NEWS and then STOCK BUYBACK. Jmho if "Venomtien" can stop poisioning the cow and feed it before milking it, that would really help. I'm still positive on SMAS and hopefully I'm not going to become as fedup like Vantillian with Aronstein's nonsense and dumb pr's.

Lol, how many reasons do you need. 1) 13 mm's on bid now. Up from 0 a few weeks ago. You've got to think that is positive. 2) Trades going through @ 2 now for the past few days. 3)Company putting out some pr's about progress made and mistakes acknowledged. 4) The stock did not even flinch after the lawsuit pr, rather we saw some buying @ ask. 5) Precious Metal prices rising.

With all respect Blllion Dollar Jock these reasons don't mean the stock will go up necessarily , but at least no one would feel pessimistic about the company. You make your trading decisions. I'm gonna be holding my millions and millions for payday. glty and patience has it's reward one day.

What makes you think it can't hit 1 cent. If the disfunct USXP can hit 4 cents with Billions outstanding and no business plan why IDCN being involved in the superhot energy arena can't hit a cent. I am never ever going to predict 1 cent, but absolutely strange things have happened in pennyland, I think there is a very slim chance it goes to a cent. I know I will be taking profits once it hits 002 and higher.

Imo Your conclusions are valid and correct. Pinkyland stocks do r/s and dilute all the time, but Charter group would need their head examined to sign the options exercise contract at such higher prices and give their services(not very valuable imo) for free. Could be many reasons. 1) They are short, need to cover and no one want's to sell. 2) Bid whacking to shake the loose hands, to pickup cheap shares.
You are absolutely right about big move coming. I watched the PAIM move after they did that big conversion. Same pattern and same crooks at work here. Jmho whatever you do don't let these thieves rob you from your valuable shares for a few hundred bucks, neverthless still take profits as the stock rises.

If we do get to 0003-0004 close, then we could see 0006 by tomorrow. Just watching these plays for some time now, my sixth sense is telling me the move is coming. Whenever a pinky puts out a positive pr, the move sometimes come after a few days. The big contracts talked about in the last pr and more to be announced should be enough reason to move the stock. The 4 mm's sitting @ ask can be taken out with about 50-100 mill shares. Once we see 2's on bid this will move quickly. Remember they also talked about possible stock manipulation in the last pr. Ordering a NOBO list would be really good Idea along with a big contract pr. Glty
