Jmho RAC has got nothing on Thresher. This lawsuit has no merit. As explained by Fivestar the stock was at it's lowest point at the time of the deal. Looks like an excellent time to buy. I know I'm not gonna wait for the suit to be dismissed. I will be picking up more shares now. glty all
