The hearing is already over, Custodian lost. Dates were moved up as requested by old management.
Motion to Set Aside Custodianship, Unwind Actions of Custodian, and Reinstate Board of Directors and Officers
Result: Granted
Oops. Bye-bye Custodianship it appears. Back to old management.
I hope not too many people got suckered into buying due to claims that Custodianship was to be granted today. It actually just got taken away.
You're welcome. Examine for yourself with your own eyes what is going on instead of blindly trusting message board claims.

Why is today being called a custodianship hearing? Custodianship was conditionally granted back in April, folks. Today's hearing is Motion to Set Aside Custodianship, Unwind Actions of Custodian, and Reinstate Board of Directors and Officers.
That's right, today's hearing is not to grant custodianship, it's to kick him out.
Make sure you understand what is going on today.
Oh really, did Cookstein actually set up his own board that he maintains on iHub? I only see the one set up by a poster claiming to know what the fictional Cookstein is doing. That has changing stories, strange.
A more appropriate question could be "Did Cookstein ever?"
Cookstein doesn't exist, sorry. Cookstein is a fictional character cooked up.
It's done through the courts. The prospective custodian has to convince the judge that the company has been utterly and entirely abandoned and that they tried to contact old management to confirm that.
If a CEO responds I imagine they might confirm that the company has ceased operations if that is truly the case. But if they still own a bunch of shares you can imagine they're not going to just give all that away.
He claims they're still in business. And that they did not receive proper service for the custodianship hearing.
Old management is trying to take back the company from a custodian that took it over.
Yes, I know. I made a point that old management had stepped back into the picture with a recent NVSOS filing and that it could possibly be tough to convince the custodianship judge that the company has been wholly and entirely abandoned. You know, what with them making a fresh filing two weeks ago.
Will a brand-new sparkling-fresh Default status automatically grant custodianship even though there has been VERY recent management activity?
Maybe, maybe not. I get no glee from either result.
I may get a little glee from someone with premature glee being proven wrong, though. Looking forward to the hearing now more than ever.
What, specifically, are you claiming I was wrong about?
If everything goes good? Are you hoping the motion is granted?
It sounds to me like old management is trying to kick Destefano out and reverse everything he did.
Doesn't that mean that old management is fighting for reinstatement of themselves and trying to kick out Destefano?
Do you believe that Arcaro has "hijacked" the CYPE shell, as described by the Brenda Hamilton article?
What about when it's done totally legally, totally by the book and the company is successfully brought back to life with a successful private company merging in and moving forward as a successful public company?
Tell the state that got all its overdue fees paid that that is a bad thing. Tell all the old shareholders whose holdings substantially increased in value that that is a bad thing.
No he's not, he's a figment of imagination. Prove me wrong.
Custodianship was granted back in April. This was a pump and dump today.
Thanks, appreciated. eom
Direct links don't work. What is the case number?
My guess is anything Cookstein will be found in the fiction section of the library.
Made up out of thin air to pump with I suspect.
Old management reinstated it at NVSOS. Highly doubtful Lazar can convince the judge to grant him custodianship at this point. But I could be wrong.
I make no claims regarding the legitimacy or not of CYPE, but ascribing perfection and can-do-no-wrong-don't-even-question-it to ANYONE is a bit suspect. No offense intended, but I have seen nodummy make a mistake in a public iHub post. I pm'd him and he made a public correction post.
He's still a badass with DD. Absolutely. But no one is infallible, no matter how awesome their halo.
Again, I make no claim regarding CYPE.
Cookstein told me he sold everything and has decided to become a Tibetan monk. How should I play CYPE now? I need guidance.
Don't believe everything you read. Especially on iHub. The Cookstein thing sounds entirely fictitious, sorry.
I'm happy to examine any evidence presented to the contrary. Good luck finding some.
Smells like BS to me. Different stories on different boards.
5/26/18
At one point he had 15 million shares of CYPE, although that number has diminished some. He still holds a good amount of CYPE shares. COOKSTEIN is now targeting LRDR as the next BIG Arcaro play and is actively accumulating shares.
5/29/18
I just CONFIRMED with millionaire investor COOKSTEIN that he is buying up all shares. (CYPE)
Have there been any references from anyone but a single poster? And if this Cookstein character is supposed to be an Arcaro specialist why is he supposedly buying now and not way back when it was super-duper cheaper?
Sounds like lame pumping to me. But I could be wrong.
NVSOS shows him as previous management, check the box for "Include Inactive Officers".
Enjoy the reinstatement by the folk that let it die on the vine previously. Maybe things will be different this time. Maybe not.
I bailed when old management showed up to reclaim it. There's no point in gambling on a custodianship when there's no friggin' way that the custodianship will go through. Maybe there is some merit in hoping Lance gets the company going again but that's not the play I was looking for.
Good luck to you.
Reinstated to Active status by old management when they filed their Annual List 5/21/18. https://www.nvsos.gov/SOSEntitySearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=WQVkKGBaJxIxyp%252bIXGEcDg%253d%253d&nt7=0
Going to be tough to convince a judge that old management has entirely abandoned the company when in fact they just paid a bunch of cash to get it current again. Be leery of promises of big gains based on Lazar gaining custodianship.
50 posts by one individual overnight, hilarious! Desperate much?!
Thanks for the reply!
What are you basing that thinking on?
They never filed in 2017, that's why it had a Default status and why Lazar was going after it.
The "big deal" is that Lazar has to demonstrate to the judge in June that old management has totally abandoned the company. Which may have appeared to have been the case as of last week but is now a totally different story unfortunately. If old management shows up at the hearing and shows proof of their filing and holding Active status again what judge would give custodianship away?
GLTU
See the annual list filed yesterday getting them back to Active status?

It's either a coincidence that they filed just now and don't know about the custodianship attempt or they know about it and aren't going to stand for it.
If the judge is made aware that old management is active again I think it's highly doubtful Lazar will get custodianship. I could be wrong, of course.
Old management revived it at NVSOS yesterday. Will the judge grant custodianship to Lazar at the June hearing? I guess we'll find out. I'm waiting until then to get back in or not.
Careful with that one, it looks like old management has stepped back into the picture.
MGON Merger Tweet:
We have reached agreements with the merge-in company. Official press releases will commence by Wednesday of next week.
Megola inc. $MGON
We estimate a street position of 151 million shares for Megola ($MGON).
It must also be noted that the shareholder list reflects a fair amount of the outstanding shares as being in CERT form. Based on such, it is our opinion that the float could likely be below 100 million.
Not an Arcaro play. It's a new guy, Jeffrey DeNunzio. But he is using Arcaro's lawyer.
