Smells like BS to me. Different stories on different boards.

At one point he had 15 million shares of CYPE, although that number has diminished some. He still holds a good amount of CYPE shares. COOKSTEIN is now targeting LRDR as the next BIG Arcaro play and is actively accumulating shares.
