Anyone have a clue why the higher volume today? Nite clearly was backing off from time to time to let the price go up, something he doesn't normally do. We should get another spike hopefully next week when they release 2Q earnings. GLTA
I expect earnings news around the 20th. But Nite is still sitting there at the ask so no idea how 2Q news will affect the price. Hopefully, Matt will also give a forward looking statement. And he restated last week on MoneyTV that he is actively pursueing acquisitions. GLTA
They never said they would be cash flow positive in 2Q. But maybe 3Q which is why I've always said November this thing will rock, and I still believe that. GLTA
Not selling anytime soon. But I told Matt last night he's scaring me a little. GLTA
Maybe my understanding was wrong. Would welcome others thoughts if they truly understand this filing. Here is how Matt at CBAI just explained it to me.
"The registration statement is in connection to the $7.5M in funding we announced 3 weeks ago with the Optimus fund. If you read, its "preferred stock" which is not tradable. The warrant coverage is tradable, but a warrant is only tradable to a funder if the stock goes up. if it goes down, the warrants are worthless."
We have a new filing. Not sure if these 750,000,000 shares are the ones currently being diluted or are in addition. And we're now over 3 billion outstanding shares. All bad news IMO. GLTA

Yeah, I've communicated with Matt many times. He actually lived in Tampa where I live before starting Cord Blood. I'm holding long also. GLTA
I was thinking the same thing regarding the selling but Matt has twice announced they are paying off debt. So where else is the money coming from if it's not him selling. Just my thoughts. GLTA
Joe, if you give me your email address I'll tell you what I think the truth is now. I'm not sharing my info on this Board cause nobody else does.
Cellman, they had significant debt issues. The money raised during dilution will help get there balance sheet to a cash positive basis and will allow Matt to buy up more smaller companies. If you have L2 just look at the gap of asks above Nite. Once the dilution is over we're golden and these prices will be long gone. And if you have any questions that CBAI can answer legally, just write Matt. His email is on the Cord Blood website. He always responds to my emails but can't give out insider info. GLTA
Doing well. And yes, very close to it.
English please
Well BBQMan. So much for being "extremely confident" last night with sooooooooooooo much DD.
Exactly why I posted his cell phone number. I want everyone to call and let him know we're upset with the lack of shareholder info.
I keep thinking it's a funding issue. Which could kill this thing. But it's no excuse for not filing the reports to get back on the OTCBB, which they said would be done by the end of June. They need to announce something or give us an update. I plan to call Chucky again later today and let him know I'm angry. GLTA
Well it would be nice if you shared some with your fellow investors.
If anyone would like to call Charles Gamber on his cell phone and let him know how unhappy we are about the lack of information the number is 303-912-6992. They missed both of there dates and yet obviously don't feel we're due an explanation/update. Wish I lived closer to Colorado or I would make a personal visit to there office. GLTA
Everything in the article was totally up to date (1Q/09 financials and recent announcements), yet they calculated the Market Cap at $990K using outstanding shares of 309,474,243. From what I have seen that is very misleading and makes me wonder about there motive. Has anyone tried to call the TA to get a current share count? I've never done it but see where others do. Or is the CBAI TA gagged? Thanks. GLTA
Thanks for posting the link. Did I miss something as I didn't see any opinion of Cord Blood in that article? Just info.
Has anyone been able to read the www.skymarkresearch.com report that was posted to CBAI news last Wednesday? It implies the report is favorable and the next day, Thursday, was a heavy volume day when the price reached .0043. But I have been unsuccessful seeing the report. I tried signing up at Skymark several times but it won't let me into the site. Anyone have a copy or read it? Thanks and GLTA
There were at least 3 almost 500K buys. Someone still believes. GLTA
I know. I said unlike a pinkie. At least I meant to say that. Myth, I can't send private messages but would like to chat in private???? GLTA
They had terrible debt issues plus this CEO has visions of being #1, and he needs cash to buy smaller companies. Unlike normal pinkies, this company is going to use the money to improve the balance sheet and gobble up smaller players. Watch. GLTA.
I say it's because they are still diluting (raising cash to pay off debt and buy more companies). But when it ends kaboom. GLTA
OK 1. You have your forecast so here is mine. At least .02 by the end of August. GLTA
Great post. Thanks for the link. Should be a great time for Matt and his new Lab PHD to find additional revenue opportunities. GLTA
Price dropping on increased volume. Hmmmm
Thanks for the short selling explanation. As for you Rock, I totally agree with you. This is the only penny stock I feel little chance of losing money long-term and every chance of hitting big. Every quarter the news should get better and Matt has made it clear he is looking to buy other companies and get into other revenue streams with his new facility. I see these hospitals starting to store "donated" cord blood but when you donate blood it doesn't mean your blood will be there when you need it. And also, it's just another indication of how hospitals think storing cord blood is a good thing and that should further increase sales for us. Go CBAI. GLTA
Not sure I totally understand CBAI being taken off the naked short selling list. Can someone please explain? And failure to deliver shares in 2007. What is that? Thanks. GLTA
Nite took a breather but he is still there. For how long is the question. This is just a small indication of what this stock will do in time. GLTA
Exactly. This Baby is a long-term hold as each quarter we get results this thing continues to climb. GLTA
I was watching Nite on L2 today as I normally do and it appeared to me he was being much much less agressive today at hitting the bid. He let the price go up from a low of .0028 to close strong at .0032. There are always plenty of bids stacked up and this thing could gap big if in fact Nite is done or close to done with the dilution. GLTA
The only question I have is when will the dilution be over. If you have L2 you can see the bids stack up each day, and only Nite is keeping the price down. After Nite quits the price will gap up very quickly for sure. Especially after 2Q results are released. GLTA
Dogface, are you saying our Board is boring. How insulting. Wait till the announcement. In time my friend. GLTA
2Q results will be out about August 20th. And then you will see a company with a much much better balance sheet and predictions of much better things to come. And hopefully by then the dilution will be over. Now is a time to accumulate. As I'm sure major firms are doing. Can't believe you and I are buying all these millions of shares. In the meantime, I suggest you don't even look at the price if your weak of heart. GLTA
Why am I always getting you and Dogface confused? LOL. I personally like a Big Mac.
You know it really irritates me how people keep all there information to themselves but are on here trying to find out anything anyone else knows. When I spoke to Gamber I posted everything I could remember about the convesation, and held back nothing. I see this site as helping those invested and feel this site is worth visiting. But not all do. Anyone that wants Gamber's personal cell phone number just ask. I'm here to help.
So did you ever speak to anyone at ARET?
Yep. I like this guy. GLTA
