Hi guy. You know many penny stock players worry about a reverse split. If the company is real I don't worry about it at all and in some cases welcome it. Aret could have diluted shares to an unreal level if they chose too and haven't. Hell, I even recommended it at one time to pay the taxes and get the filings done. So do I think they need to do a r/s? No way. Not at all. They need to do exactly what they are doing. Catch up on the filings and hope they can get funding to buy Charlie's oil wells.
Hey Oilbull, I was taking a nap today. Email me with your thoughts. I really don't like talking on the phone that much.
Even though the last 10Q filed was only thru 9/07, it still had the current share structure included in the document.
"As of December 21, 2010, Registrant had 493,155,754 shares of common stock issued and outstanding."
The pic posted by CBAI calls this a temporary facility so it doesn't surprise me it's currently not in the same complex. The deal is still on. IMO Madame Wang is key to getting any licenses.
Having trouble getting on FB now. What is your point? I saw the pics.
Can you give me a link to the pics?
The picture is all I know at this point. But we should find out soon as you can see things are still moving forward. I don't think this deal can happen without AXMP.
Trust me. Our CEO is a fighter. Making libelous statements about CBAI will not go unanswered.
Here you go Lenny. A new picture of our temporary building in China. It's looking good.

I don't agree. Not many details about the new company have been provided but it doesn't mean AXMP is not a part of it.
I still believe the deal is on. If it wasn't, I feel sure Matt would have announced it. Doesn't mean it couldn't still fall apart though until something is announced. We should hear soon one way or another.
Lenny, I'm not Locks (but he is a friend of mine), but I think I can answer your question. CBAI recently announced a new China company had been set up and Matt was President. He didn't say who was the CEO or who the other Officers were though. At one time Matt suggested they could be storing by the end of 2010. Well we're there and nothing more about that has been stated. IMO if we don't hear something about the new China company with more details by the end of January, we're both in trouble as regards the China deal. All my opinion.
Matt's going to tell you less than that.
By the way, my personal attorney and friend in Tampa is now a significant shareholder of CBAI.
Cryo-Cell is attempting to get a Temporary Injunction. If they don't get that they lose. And I don't think they have a prayer against Matt. And I'm not just saying that because I believe in Matt. Cryo-Cell has to prove there case. Period.
Clearwater, Florida at the Pinellas County Courthouse.
All have a great Christmas. Nice to see we're finally making some progress.
Everyone have a great Christmas.
On another note, does anyone know if this hearing will be open to the public. I live 20 miles from the Courthouse and might want to attend. Neck, you thinking of attending?
Thanks for your info. Pretty much confirms what we already knew that the Mexico company is independetly owned and is only an affiliate. Unless Matt has already informed CCEL that he plans to cancel a contract or something I'm not sure what their reason for suing is exactly. Certainly an independent company can sell if they like. Regardless of who the buyer may be.
Matt's not going to be happy just winning this suit. Oh no. He wants more.
Why don't you make it your pick tomorrow morning and we'll for sure break thru resistance.
Excellent. Thanks.
Just got back from Christmas shopping. Nice close. I'm going again tomorrow. Hope it works again.
I highly doubt any injunction will be granted in the first place. But I doubt Matt will stop there.
They are going to need it for our countersuit. Do I need to explain?

I believe we're going to be firing some bullets back at MW/CCEL thru some PR's. Can't wait.
It's really not necessary. I believe Matt has his attorney doing just that already. And I'm dead serious.
You win some and you lose some. But keep looking.
And had VFIN holding down our share price hoping Matt wouldn't be able to get financing. But it didn't work. Hahaha.
What happened? I missed the significant drop in share price you predicted today. Wrong again. Why hasn't CCEL announced the lawsuit? They must be embarrassed a "newcomer" stole there largest affiliate right out from underneath them. Dumb dumb dumb.
I'm really surprised CCEL didn't say anything about the lawsuit yet. If they don't tomorrow morning, I think we should all call them and tell them we're shareholders and ask when they are going to update us. I'll post the phone number tomorrow if nothing is said in the morning.
So wouldn't that require a fairly quick hearing to determine the merit of the requested injunction?
I'm sure they are lurking. But I doubt an outsider will get involved until the lawsuit is settled. And I don't think that will take very long. It certainly doesn't stop CCEL from making an offer to buy us if they know the contract to purchase Mexico is solid. I really think the lawsuit is all about keeping the royalties flowing and not to stop the deal.
I agree Agent. Today we saw strong Bid support and could see an up day soon IMO. Good to know the lawsuit didn't scare many away. Thinking about this lawsuit I imagine it's mostly about CCEL trying to keep the royalties coming in after the deal closes. It's a substantial amount and would hurt there profit line for sure since the royalties are all profit. I'm also thinking the next logical move for CCEL would be to make us a buyout offer. It's a pure guess but they have the cash to do it and said they were going to be more agressive even hiring a firm to help with acquisitions. This could get real interesting and all good for us I think.
You like talking about this huh. Like I have said before but you ignored, the subject was in talking about paying off the debt. I've said from day one shares would have to be used to do acquisitions. And for the most part that is exactly what they are doing. How about coming up with some real DD? And stop insulting our CBAI mgmt team. It's really not effective and why you do it is very unclear.
That's been a while so I doubt it has anything to do with that. But it's hard to figure out exactly what they are suing for until they come out of hiding. I'm really surprised they didn't come out with anything yet to explain the move to their shareholders. Strange.
And send a PM to a Admin and ask for your posts to be reinstated. I did and they gave me back full status. I'm sure they would with you also.
The difference is CCEL has money to lose if they lose. I'm still waiting to hear why they are suing.
I believe my post said something like "if he pulls this off", then he deserves a raise. That's not the way you portrayed my statement. Anyway, today should be interesting for sure.
So what do you make of the lawsuit?
Is that a nine or eighteen hole course? LMAO
I smell a challenge. I bet on Booger. How about an aircraft carrier? LOL
