Cellman, they had significant debt issues. The money raised during dilution will help get there balance sheet to a cash positive basis and will allow Matt to buy up more smaller companies. If you have L2 just look at the gap of asks above Nite. Once the dilution is over we're golden and these prices will be long gone.
